Professional staff, check in was easy. Shipping starts at 7 AM. Two hours waiting in line 2 hours on the dock. But all three docks were full by 730am. Yards a little muddy.

Great staff. First come first serve. Thanks Cody for a quick load. Very muddy place but understandable due to the days if rain we recently got in the area. MAJOR HOLES on property make to drive slow. There is a nice size lot if you run out of time waiting.

Have picked up here for Walmart and Sam’s at least a dozen times thru the years. Usually about an hour to an hour and half to load. DOWNSIDE is the drive and parking areas are EXTREMELY rough, large pot holes, And has been like this for years. They make no effort to repair it. Friendly enough employees. Very dusty in summer.

Doesn’t take long to unload you but company entrance have lot of potholes and it’s it’s not safe for trucks to pull in if it’s raining. I request to the managers to repair their driveway as soon as possible please

Was there for a live load. Got assigned a door pretty quick and they got me loaded in decent time. Bring your boots though because the dock area is half flooded. Also it's cat litter so wear a mask you don't want to breathe in that dust

Avoid this place after 2pm they will not load you. I drove a little over 3 hours dead head from Nashville arrived at 230pm just for them to tell me i will Not be loaded today. And mind you this was my load home. This is the second time they have done this to me. Time wasting sobs ! By the way the lot is full of meteorite craters!

Parking lot has more craters than the moon!Showed up at 11am for my appt....it's 4 pm and still waiting to get loaded.The people are really nice......but nice doesn't pay the bills, load the trucks, or fix the parking lot!!!I'm unimpressed!!

driver was here for an 8am appt. It is now 1pm and nobody seems to know when the load will be ready. This place is a joke. David from shipping told me to call Reta to see when the load was going to be ready and Reta said it was ready since 8am so i call David back and he said that Reta doesn't know what he is talking about so why would he even tell me to call Reta in the first place if he is the shipper and knows when the load will be ready. It seems they are playing games and have no respect for drivers. DO NOT COME HERE!!! I'm never coming back to this place. We are professionals here and don't have time to play around. Driver finished getting loaded at 2:15pm. it took more than 6 hours to get loaded. NEVER COMING BACK!

I picked up a load here I arrived at 10:30am for a Noon appointment which I knew ahead of time. I finally got loaded at 3pm, which still isn't as bad as some places.. BUT being there 4.5 hours I needed a restroom by 12 and was forced to hold it until I left.. They DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES ALLOW TRUCK DRIVERS TO USE THEIR COMPANY'S RESTROOM. I find this just plain PATHETIC and INCONSIDERATE!! I hope they change their policies some day, but I'll never be hauling out of here again!!!

THE WORST PLACE I have been treated in my life, The man in the office greeted me yelling and in a very bad mood for no reason, I don't know if it was racism or another reason, I don't know who this person is but he shouldn't work there and To finish, after two hours of waiting, he told me that he would not load me today, being Friday, until Monday . Rude Person , I would like to know why this company has person like this man working there ?

It seems experiences vary here, I arrived at 0930 for a 1000 appointment. On a dock by 1030, loaded and down the road by 1140.Guys there were cool, friendly.

This is ridiculous. I came here 2hrs ago, still counting, they loaded 3 guys before me. Never again in this place, plus i am not gonna be able to make my delivery appt. 0 stars for this place.

Easy to find if Google will update the location. Watch out for the pot holes in the parking lot. They will swallow your car
