Purchased a new commode for my Dad. Paid a plumber to install, only to discover it was not working properly. We uninstalled , and returned it. No apologies for the trouble we had. Bought another one and paid for Lowe's to have it installed. Another $175 for installation. But they can deal with it...well they didn't show up. We will call you within 2 days to set up your appointment. REALLY? You already missed your first appointment, and we can wait another 2 days to hear from you? Very bad experience.

Got exactly what I needed! Without ordering and having to wait to come in. They had the strong cleaners and disinfectant that I needed. That u can't find at walmart unless u order and wait for it.

The Dyersburg store hires people who have little to no knowledge or experience in the home improvement industry. I know of several knowledgeable people with extensive experience who applied there and never ever got an interview. Yet shortly after they hired some young girls who have no experience at all. Nine times out of ten the Dyersburg store doesn't have what I need and I have to drive to the Union City store. Now I don't even bother going to the Dyersburg store at all.

Long story short. I had to deal with 2 store locations to get my washer & dryer pair. I was offered 12 months differed interest. Due to having to deal with 2 stores, I was given 6 month no interest. By the time I realized I was being charged the interest I called customer service for the Lowe’s credit card. I couldn’t understand the guy, but he said it was fixed. Come to find out it wasn’t & I was charged almost $300 of interest. Another call to customer service & they said they would review the charges & notify me of the outcome. I got no communication. Now almost 1 year after the purchase & waiting for something to be done, a manager for the credit company tells me it’s too late to do anything & it’s my fault I should’ve watched my statements. I told her I have a busy life & a job of my own & it is not my job to do hers too. She refused to remove the charges.Do not make high dollar purchases from Lowe’s & if you do, do not use their credit card. Buyer beware, if you use their credit, it is your responsibility to babysit sit them the entire duration of your loan period.I will never make another substantial purchase from any Lowe’s store and lesson learned, I will never use their credit card again!

It's Lowes.The jewel of the super home supply stores.We bought a floor upright freezer and a new dryer. Two distinct transactions in 2 different weeks.Was delighted with the dryer. Not so much for the freezer, but definitely a great product at a reasonably fair discount. I think another $100 off the offered price would have just about right for a basically new unit with untold wear from customers inspecting it on the floor.But, we are in no way dissatisfied.In 30 years buying from Lowes in 4 States, not once have we ever had a bad experience.

Great selection of household and yard equipment. Great location right in town. The only issue I have is the employees are extremely rude when loading equipment into your vehicle, especially if you don't have a truck. They made me do all of the hard work myself when loading a push mower into my car. I also ordered some appliances for my new house that were supposed to be moved in 2 days later and, for some reason, they delayed the shipment an entire week. I had to go a week without a refrigerator, washer or dryer. The people that brought it were very rude about us not having everything we needed when we were never told what was needed beforehand. My roommate had to make a special trip to Lowe's to get the piece himself, without knowing exactly what to get. He got the wrong thing and therefore never completely set up the ice maker on the refrigerator. We wouldn't have moved in if we knew our appliances were going to be a week late but we were unaware of that until we were here the day before for them to come in and set everything up. It made our move extremely unpleasant as we would have waited another week to move in if we had a notice before the day it was supposed to be shipped and installed.

I am always thankful when either James or Michael waits on me. Last week I was shocked to get someone on the phone who knew the answer my questions and it was Mike. He knew exactly what I needed, the location, the sizes and there were plenty in stock. When I arrived to the area he happened to be there and showed me the item and answered my questions. I was on my way home in a matter of minutes. I always look for James because he always knows the answers. A+, 10-1/2, the best grade any way you want to do it to these two.

Great place to shop! I went to Blytheville Lowes yesterday Jan the 10 th 2024 wanted a dishwasher I couldn’t get any one to wait on me unbelievable bad service! People just standing around talking and rude service desk employees and rude manager ! Went to Dyersburg Lowes the following morning ! The young lady in appliances got my dishwasher all the plumbing I needed in 10 minutes I paid for it! And they loaded up ! They knew nothing about my bad experience At Blytheville last night! They were so appreciative for my business! It was simply amazing! It is hard to believe Blytheville Lowes is a terrible place to shop and Dyersburg Lowes is an amazing experience! Don’t waste your time at Blytheville if you live at Caruthersville ! Make the trip to dyersburg! Even if you live At Blytheville make the trip to Dyersburg ! Having a nice person instead of rude people make the difference for me! And especially people that appreciate you business!

I thought only Walmart hired ignorant "register gaurds"!Att lowes checkout, I ask my husband if we were using the credit card he replied yes. I said, "ok, self check is all that's open, do you have it with you?" The girl "register gaurd" (without being asked) yells "they take credit cards". We glance at her and turn back to each other, she yells again louder , "they take credit cards". People look at her and us. We were NOT talking to her, that had NOTHING to do with rather he had the card with him or not AND an insult to our intelligence (like we weren't smart enough to use a self checkout).Lowes I THOUGHT YOU WERE BETTER THAN THAT! Train your people too ASK if someone needs help; Not half listen to some else's conversation and inject in their ignorance. Most embarrassing for us and you, as the company that employees her

Went yesterday, and got a weed eater. Tacha, helped me get not only the weed eater, but everything in my budget! She was also exceptionally helpful and very well aware of my needs as a customer. I will say that next time, I visit Lowe's in Dyersberg, I will look for her!

Ordered tile IN STORE. Tile arrival 08/11. Go to customer service to check in tile. 08/11. 40 minutes no one can tell me if tile is in. Told, “we cant get anyone for info” “go to tile area and keep hitting ask for assistance button” even though receipt says go to Customer Service. Leave. 08/12. Back at Customer Service, asked for phone # neither phone # i give they have on file. Attitude. Store was the one who did not put phone # with order. Asked “Did we call you”. “ No, order was to be in on 08/11. Checking if it came in.” Finally, told your order is now due 08/20. Cancelled order refunded (2 stars) Contacted Mayfield KY store, received info on same tile. Great customer service. Drove the 1.5 hours for the tile and better customer service.

LAST update: after converting to a Home Depot customer the past couple of years we decided on some flooring Lowe's had and decided to try this place one more time and yet already regret it !!! absolutely no employees in there to help find something that website showed they had...having to wait forever in some help and finally we walked out....we are officially DONE with this Lowe's...on way to Home Depot at this time, looks like THEY will be getting my $800-$900 for flooring and all future products that we will need as we begin renovating our ENTIRE HOUSE 💸💸💸💁‍♀️UPDATE: here on 8/14/21 this is STILL the WORST Lowes I have ever seen!! NO ONE has a clue here..NO communication between employees...the idiots couldn't find the fridge we just paid for only to figure out it was sitting up front right in front of them!! We will NEVER be back! Going to Home Depot from now on..PLUS, the lady helping with exterior doors literally saw us there waiting for help, only to turn and walk away as soon as she got done helping some other ppl...___________Can NEVER find any employees around for help...they all seem to suddenly disappear when customers start coming into the department....was needing help in laminate flooring area on 10/31/20 just after 3:00...

I was in the store about 2 weeks ago and want to give an excellent review for the service I recieved. James from lighting was in that department helping someone and took the time to help me not once but twice.... even though it was time for him to leave. He went above and beyond to help me. We've shopped in other Lowe's but we never get the type of service we recieved from James. Sergio is absolutely wonderful too. The entire store to be commended for great customer service.

If you are going to wear the red vest and represent Lowes then at least say they will help you “whatever” not just look at you and walk by. Rude, very rude people at the lumber department. How did we know the screws were located to use for the decking. No where in that area. Found some nice workers with red vest as we search for real help. Lowe’s is better than that. Money, money to pay for real help. This is the wife.
