Well I enjoyed being there I hadn't been there in years so all I have to do is look at the signs to find whatever I wanted and when I ever got confused where to find something I asked for help in some of the employees help me out but everything was nice and priced but overall I enjoyed my visit there and they had a crazy deal on coats 12 pack by 2 and get three for free I love that I'm definitely going back again before the sale ends but yeah I loved it always go there and get my gas anyway but I hardly ever go in the store but this time I did and I'm glad I decided to go in so check it out for yourself and be the judge whether you like it or not and I'm pretty sure that's all day wanted to do oh by the way I used to be a cart Pusher out of the store and I couldn't resist to fix a larger carts that I saw in the court station in one of the employees came out and told me thank you because I organized all them for him so have a nice day

Store has its issues with prices ringing wrong, but gas pumps have hit a new low. Always multiple pumps blocked with cones, but today maybe 4 pumps were working. Took me 45 minutes to get gas between waiting in a 4 car line and the pumps being dinosaur slow. Entire store and pumps really need a demo. Sucks because I love kroger, but ours is awful.

Easy to get what you need and get out. Most of the time they have two check out lines open so you don't have to check yourself out. Prices are ok. When they have a sale it's better then walmart. The only thing I hate is you got to watch the so called 5 items for a price and of your don't get the 5 item you pay regular price which can be too high.

This is a pretty good store. It's nice because it's smaller than our nearby Walmart, but it seems to have about the same stuff you'd need, or at least food and health wise.

I do a lot of shopping at Kroger. They have things that Walmart doesn't. There seafood and meat selection is better and so is their produce.

Called to place an order and the lady told me she was to busy to fill my order. She asked that I shop around first then call her back if i could not get what I wanted from another place. Well!! my call to Kroger meant I wanted Kroger order and not from someone else.

They have what I need. Their fresh fruits and vegetables have always looked nice!! Self check out is easy. This specific visit, I went to a cashier whom was friendly and the person bagging my groceries did so accordingly! Meaning, nothing was smashed or mixed up or all shoved in a bag. Use your Kroger card for (some) sales prices, plus it builds up gas points and ten cents off, it's worth it to me!!

I usually don't write reviews a lot... especially for grocery stores but I wanted to leave a review because of Margret (I hope I got her name right!) She was a straight up riot and super sweet. Keep up the great work! One of the coolest people and cashiers I've come across in customer service.

This store has a few departments that are horrible and deserve a -8 and a few employees thats are a 5. The deli is the absolute worst. Not one is polite no one wants to wait on the customers. They are rude. I shouldn't have to apologize because I want thin sliced cheese. I won't be going back ever.

I moved into the area last fall. I love Kroger's. My mom worked at Kroger's for years and we have another relarive who works at a Memphis Kroger's. However, I am very disappointed with Dyersburg's store. I can understand it is a small town store and may not carry everything. My disappointment is with customer service.Over half the times I shop I have to go to customer service to fix a problem. Today I had 2 items double rung. I had to go to customer service to get my $8 back. As always, there was a long line of people with similar issues.Some of my problems in the past:Bags of ice rung up that I didn't purchase. I don't know how this happened since there was no ice in sight.Very rude people at customer service who had let me know they do not want to be bothered with a refund.I asked one lady at the checkout to not bag my 11 gallons of milk/ tea/ juice. She preceded to bag them. I repeated myself (while she looked right at me). She continued DROPPING each gallon into a bag while smiling at me, then told me to have a blessed day between her teeth. I removed every jug from the bags, placing the bags on her register before leaving.I wish there were other choices in the area.

The Deli/Bakery employees are such a delight! They always have you laughing when you're shopping there. Overall the store is lacking in product cause ya know...pandemic! Thats understandable but the employees are great and doing their best! I love this location

We visited the store on the Monday following Christmas. My grandson has an extreme allergy to milk, so he has to have Oatmilk. The milk on the shelf was dated for December 18th. We brought it to an employees attention who said they would get fresh milk in on Thursday the 29th. I came back to Kroger on Wednesday and the same expired milk was on the shelf, except the date was now December 23rd, which indicated to me that customers had bought up to the 23rd now. My issue is that the same milk was left on the shelf for customers to buy. It would have been way better to leave the shelf empty rather than to have expired milk on it, knowingly. I guarantee those who did buy it did not look at the date. We put our trust in you that when we purchase something, it will be safe. Please be more attentive to these things. Unfortunately Kroger is the only one that sells the Planet Oatmilk that he can tolerate. Thank you!

Less than a 1. More than once could get no real help. Person just afternoon knew nothing of applying Kroger app to specials or digital coupons. Put groceries back and left. More training needed for personnel. 7/29/23 Friendly and courteous this time

WHY do they call this a grocery store! Hardly nothing on the shelves, prices ridiculously high, a lot of employees you can tell hate their jobs, rude, short, and bothered if you ask them to cut meat in the deli!! Self checkout WAS A JOKE! Dear god machine over and over saying SCAN ITEM AND PLACE IN BAG! I was doing that. Not my first rodeo! Prices so high no wonder Walmart taking over! Take pride! Will avoid this place for sure

I usually like kroger, however recently, there's always difficulty obtaining meat from the meat and seafood counter, also the staff at the self check out peers over your shoulders, at times making you feel uncomfortable. I prefer Walmart's self check out lanes.

You would think a small town like Dyersburg Kroger store would be very nice and pleasant I have been to the one in Nashville, TN .And quite a few in North Georgia and everybody was so nice and helpful however this Dyersburg store customer service is rude employees don’t want to help you nobody says thank you have a nice day it’s just like they despise you They don’t even want you coming in their store it seems like they have no competition so they can be this way if other grocery stores would move here than they would try a little harder. For instants every time I go to the customer service desk nobody wants to wait on me whether its To redeem lottery tickets because the lottery machine doesn’t work and will not let you redeem them so they despise people who buy a lottery tickets or if you try to use or western union they are like it’s such a pain for them have to wait on you

My husband does the grocery pick-up since he’s unable to walk around the store. And we’ve shopped at the Dyersburg store for over 10 years, but this one chicy-do has given my husband an attitude the last 3 times doing a grocery pick up. She has a smart mouth every time and every time he tells me to “not worry about it”. Not this time…

I checked out using the self check out Lane. I had a buggy full with about 150.00 with of groceries. I had everything finished and bagged in my cart and when the associate came to help me scan my coupons.. I had about thirty... He.. an older man and the only employee who has ever been unfriendly to me... Proceeded to make me unpack my entire cart to verify each coupon! Really!!! I mean it's not like they will scan and work if I had not purchased the items. I don't know if I will be back or not. It was a terrible experience that I do not wish to repeat. If I do return I will definitely not be using the self check out or allowing that hateful man to assist me.

Now that the construction is finally over I enjoy shopping here and much prefer it over Wal Mart. I was disappointed recently to find they had almost no decent steaks to choose from. Hopefully this is a temporary issue. Since the store went through a major remodel they have attempted to step up their selection of craft beer but they still lack variety. I would think this is due to the distributor but the liquor store across the street still has a better selection.

I asked a male employee where the bathroom was. Once in the stall, that very same man came into the women's bathroom, stood at my stall door for a minute, then says sorry and walks out. Then tries to tell me what a nice day it is outside.

So I just got some generic response on the app to a complaint about the Dyersburg, TN store. I don’t understand how this store even stays open but there is no competition. I heard Aldi was going to open a store here.... so what happened?This store has the worse customer service ever! The people that work there are so unfriendly and rude!!! We moved here 6 months ago and have shopped at Kroger’s a lot. The larger cities have better service than this small town! Dyersburg Kroger needs some COMPETITION!!! We drive an hour to shop if I need to go inside now!!!!! How unbelievable this is!!!!
