I only had a few things to pick up which ended up being a buggy full and I went thru the self check out and it declined my debit card 3 times when I knew the cash was on my card. The clerk took my order to her register and rung up everything and took my card to pay it with. She got my card to go thru which I was very appreciative. She was really sweet and helpful.

Everything runs great when the general manager, Scott is there, but not so much if he is not. Checkout is much faster in his presence, however, if he is absent, the checkout makes me walk out if the line snakes around half the store, and I mean that literally, so when there are 2-3 people working and the cashier calls for help, don't wait until everyone has been checked out to show up ready to help. Customer's really get annoyed with your avoidance.

Staff is really nice. Unfortunately, our store isn’t carrying the products that is being shown available online. If an employee is putting back products (which is fine) they should have a cap on the amount. I’m sure policy covers this. Hopefully someone from corporate will see this review and make certain they understand customers come first.

Being on ssdi and living 20 miles from store really don't appreciate being charged double for the items I purchased. Every dollar counts! Now I have to drive there and back again because of someones incompetence!

Nasty, can not navigate through the store for unpacked stock sitting on most any aisle you try to go down and the staff are rude and/or unresponsive if you ask assistance. One cashier during peak hours even though, I took note of 4 other employees trying to "look" to busy to notice us. Would not recommend to friends or family.... :/Unless I was mad at them already

They are very good with keeping the store stocked but they are worst then walmart with not opening more lines. They would have three workers running around but the line would be about 15 deep before they open another line. Long wait time

Great store but if you need deco mesh or holiday Ribbon you can hang that up some one that works there gets it before it ever hits the shelves!!! Other than that its a pretty good store.

It was clean and cool, staff was friendly, but I didn't see a savings. Looking at price per volume or price per quality, better off going to a higher end store, and getting your money's worth.

Horrible. Three cashiers and lines backed up through the aisles trying to check out. Aisles were blocked with stock that they were going to put up. And only 2 employees putting up stock so it should have been left in the stock room until they we're ready to put it on the shelf and NOT blocked the aisles with it.

Staff gets 5 Stars, DollarTree makes the environment a miserable experience with little to no air conditioning and their products are not as nice in options, as other locations - for the Dyersburg location.

A little hard to find some of the prices on items. Now that everything is no longer a dollar it would help if everything was priced instead of getting to the cash register and finding it's $3 or more.
