The store itself was great and organized, but one of the employees was horrible and unprofessional. Nobody was around, and I need to get something off the top shelf and it was in the back of the shelf, so it was hard to get to. I had to take matters into my hands, and stand on one shelf to reach the top shelf. (my weight is estimated to 115.) The unprofessional worker (has red and black hair) then proceeded to yell at me and say something similar to this, “Do you need something? That’s very rude, standing on my shelf. If you fall that’s on us and you can sue us.” She then proceeded to curse at another worker to help us. I was very shocked at her unprofessional attitude. I also understand that she didn’t want anyone standing on the shelves, but she could’ve came at it with a different approach. I hate to write this, but it needed to be said.

Hey this is our community store! My whole family loves our new Dollar General Store. We all are very thankful we have the convenience minutes from our house. The staff all are very well trained and always make you feel Welcomed. That being said is why I gave our Dollar General Store a 5*****s. You will see for yourself whenever you visit.

Very friendly employees. Would drive the extra 10 minutes to another town to be able to walk into a clean and organized store. The one in my town is always crowed with u-boats and freight.

Very clean neat and organized. Only two things is your way behind on clearance mark downs. Everyone else was at fifty and 75 percent off. Why are u still at twenty five. And number two why, if something is on sale ,do you not have it set in the computer. I get tired of going back in while there is a line every time, to fuss about a few dollars on my reciept. Hello fix it or have the worker get it right by knowing the product

It's very clean and well stocked. Needs more employees but the ones they have are very well liked and sufficient. The way it's laid out when you are checking out is completly confusing and a "hot mess" to say the least!

Store is ALWAYS in order and ALWAYS easy to find every thing. Shelves ate always stocked and prices are visible. Clean and neat. Great and Friendly staff. Love this store.

They need a new manager. That's why there is a new employee working every time you go in there. She is so crooked. She can't keep employees. And that's annoying seeing someone new they cant help you find what your looking for and answer any questions. They need to get rid of the manager and it might run a little better. People might actually want to stay.

The $ General in Roellen has good customer service & pretty much in stock for what I go in after. Concerned for employee's safety after robbery Sat, 6/9/18, maybe staff more employees & install panic button for cashiers, hire off duty offs for security.

This dollar general is the cleanest and most organized store I've been to. The selection is awesome the dollar general on East Cort doesn't have nearly the selection this store does..

It is reminiscent of the old country store. One on every corner, run by and get a gallon of milk, a loaf of bread, shampoo, etc. No running to town for one or two items.

Dollar store on Forrest st need to b shut down it is dirty and the ppl that works there so slow and they stay on the phone and don't even clean up that is why ppl walks out with the stuff they want and not even pay for it
