High prices. This is the highest dollar general in Dyersburg. If you go to any other stores the prices go down significantly. Just because its located on lake rd doesn't mean you should hike everything up.

Once again, customer satisfaction is their middle name! We bought umbrellas, immediately opened 2 of them as soon as we walked out, but they were not great product. The manager fixed the over price 3r umbrella and exchanged them out for us, she was kind and bubbly! We walked away very happy with our purchase!

I was standing at the counter and waiting to be checked out; me and another customer and one of the employees was helping a customer. She told the other employee to help the first customer and she did but after she helped her she walked and I had to wait another 10 minutes on the lady who was helping a customer find a box. Well she finally came and she did apologize for the wait but I thought if there is a customer waiting to be checked out at least someone is supposed to come help. Thank God I have patience

It's the cleanest Dollar General store in Dyersburg Tennessee and the people are very friendly there. I've been in Dyersburg for a year now this is the only dollar store I will go to I'm grateful for the staff the Isles are big enough to move around in without having to be all crunched up with items all over the place.

Always good experience,only wish they would have a few carts for the disabled.there are so many who are older that had rather shop at DG than to go to the big brother stores.

I went in to use a 3/15 survey coupon. I also had manufacturer coupons. The manager on duty at 12:15 during my lunch break is the rudest person. She was ugly! Told me that the manufacturer coupons had to be scan first then I couldn't use my 3/15 survey. She messed up and then redone and it was still mad. The cashier had to call her and she was outside.She said that your not allowed a survey coupon off when you have manufacturer coupons! She needs to learn the rules!

My new favorite place to shop for household products with their new DG go app I use along with my DG app. You get an extra 10% off when using the app and check yourself out without having to stand in line!

This dollar general was awsome in customer service but the store was very messy and unorganized... This stores register did not freeze up and did except my coupons ... For that I can except the messiness in exchange for my coupons... Great job

If this is the $ store in Roellen, it's great, however the $ store in Dburg Square Shopping Center needs some help, no shopping carts were avaliable, out of stock & long wait @ checkout.

It's a good store but there's always a mess stuff in the floor stock that ain't put up corporate I don't think they really how busy this store is lines are long almost every time you go in there it's backed up .

They didn't have any of the items that were advertised on BOGO free and when they added up the sale it didn't take the coupons off like they were supposed to

Its ok. Parking lot is hard to hey in and out of and not well maintained. Much better than the one on 51 in Dyersburg.
