Over 30 minute wait not only because the cashier joined in, but this woman was the worst I have ever seen!! Know what you want and how much you have before going into a store. Several customers walked out. I bet if I went back this would still be happening.

We were driving through from Gulf Shores to St Louis. We stopped here to grab a couple things and asked to use the restroom. We were told no that even if buying something, we could not. I've never seen a dollar general that refused to allow customers to use the restroom.

I used to work for this store and the manager I worked for is no longer there. When she was there the store was very well kept her shelves were always stocked, and store looked wonderful, now the cashiers are very disrespectful, unprofessional, and the store looks as if it has just been ransacked, I have had to tell other cashiers how to check people out because they didnt know how, and could not find their lead anywhere in the store. I am very disappointed in how much this store has fell apart. They need Jen back.

Shopping at DG is actually a stress reliever for me. The quality of their merchandise is really good. They have a huge selection of home decor!!! I completely redecorated my bathroom with things from DG. I've had so many compliments on it.

This visit was supposed to be quick but there wasn't any help available for the phone case. The 1 that did come didn't have the key and had to run down the manger who was Outside on her break. It ended up Taking about a hour just to buy a phone that cost 40 dollars more than it was worth. The lady at Verizon said I should of just called and ordered one. Thank you Dollar General..

Typically not a bad place to shop. Every store has their bad days, but this one is fairly competent about keeping stock, staying clean, and remaining friendly, also doing this all in a timely manner. Not the best, but far from the worst.

Mrs Jean- store mngr here- is the kindest, sweetest lady ever. Can't thank her enough! She has a heart for people & will help anyone in any way she can! She really should be recognized! Every employee we've encountered has been very kind.

On October 12, 2020, received unsatisfactory customer service and was slight victim of discrimination at this location. I had come in to use a service that Dollar General offers(PayPal Load) And was denied the transaction by the unpleasant “manager” of the store.In addition, the “manager” was not wearing a face mask, as is required by the location itself and threatens against everyone’s health and safety.I will discontinue my business at this store until their customer service improves.

Pretty much same layout as the one back home and all the others, dont get me wrong dg is the place to be,they have a good aisle of everything is a dollar type stuff also practice safety with a sign that says no mask dont enter....all stores should be this way honestly....

At least this dollar store is more organized than most I've been in they don't have boxes sitting on the floor you can actually move around in their store them boys are most of the time currently and the manager goes out of her way to help you

Great about 6 stores I went to. Just to get some empty boxes for moving. They gave theres and there convenient in small towns. Why 4 stars I hardly ever go there. Thanks for the boxes they helped.

Had to return some things, had receipt. Swapped the Christ mas gifts for two other items. No hassle about return policy and all that stuff. Friendly and very nice service.

Dollar general behind mcdonald's went beyond today for me.after doing some shopping,got into car and it would. Not start.the gentleman that was working register came out to boost me but that was not problem.friend was with me and had bought ice cream which he took and put in freezer for her until the great people from dyersburg automotive (gidget and jase) arrived to have my car towed to their shop.dollar general checked on us and dyersburg automotive is going to take care of my auto.best auto shop in dyersburg for all your needs,and they stand behind their work.thank you all for your help today.

I think that this is the one beside SAV A LOT.EVERYTHING WAS IN ORDER. THANKS TO THE Staff that is always stocking. This store should have 3 trucks bringing things in, lol. Must have the busiest store in town.

It's hard to get to anything bc the store is a disaster, but they were actively working on it. They didn't have everything I had coupons for but they had some good coupons.

My favorite store ! I do suggest not going around 3-5 p.m. Its the busiest time. If you can wait a few min they do try to hurry.

Something needs to be done about coupon users they hold up the lines to much other people may be in a hurry and don't have time to wait on them I took 30 minutes Just to save him a few cents not fare to other people.

The store is really big and the cold drinks are all over the store, different brands, different area. Took awhile to find what I needed.
