Simply amazing service and care for your fury friends. Did great on our dogs ear cropping gave take home pain meds and all free follow up and meds needed to treat them included in price. Also cropping is done by laser. In the pics is right after bandage was removed all the hair hasn’t grown back yet. They look amazing.

They have always been great with me and my dogs. Even though my one dog does not do well with people. I have had to call the emergency line a few times and they were always very helpful. Prices have been reasonable for the most part.

Unfortunately my cat went missing- when he found his way back home he was pretty messed up.. having bad experience with Jackson emergency animal hospital we were scared to bring our cat anywhere, however, even with the horrible news (kitty Jack needed a leg amputated) they did it pretty quickly and kept us informed the entire time. I don’t think I met the actual vet but the staff was nice. AND TO WHOEVER WAS INVOLVED WITH CARING FOR JACK, THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART. He’s a sweet cat and deserved to live and get the care he received

Dr. White truly and obviously cares deeply about the animals that he treats. 12 years ago our young Labrador retriever, Jackson, broke out of his invisible fence and went on an “adventure” while we were at work. He wound up fracturing both of his front legs at some point during his trip and wound up at the Dyersburg Animal Shelter. When we got there we found that his legs and already been cast and taken care of by Dr. White. We went to the Dyersburg Animal Care Hospital to meet with Dr. White. It was very, very obvious to us that he cared for Jackson, just like he was his personal pet. Fast forward to 3/27/23 and our darling “adventurer”, now a 13 year old, was in bad shape. Sunday night he began refusing food and could not stand for long periods. We brought him in first thing on Monday morning and the Staff was great. Dr. White came in and examined him and found that he had a 17.5cm spleen tumor that was pushing on his lungs. You could see the tears in Dr. White’s eyes as he delivered the news to us. He discussed all the options open to us and what each would entail. While it was an extremely difficult decision, we elected to have our wonderful old boy put to sleep. Dr. White was very gentle and caring. He made sure that Jackson was comfortable and gave us all the time we needed to make the decision as well as spend time with Jackson before and after. All doctors, everywhere, should be as truly caring as Dr. White is. The world would be a much better place. Thank you Dr. White and staff. We sincerely appreciate all you did for us and for Jackson.

Called to try and have someone look at my cat to make sure he was okay. He's drooling, sneezing, not eating or drinking and absolutely no one here could take 5 min to look at him and make sure he wasn't deathly sick or going to die. I'm worried it's an upper respiratory infection and they couldn't even tell me home remedies that may help. This is terrible. I'll never take my animals here again.

They were so nice and compassionate. Putting Lexie to sleep was hard. Animal care sent me a sympathy card, and paw print. If I get another pet, I will definitely take it to Animal care.

They are great with fur babies! I have been there with all my pets & they have treated them & me with respect from puppy to adult stage. If you ever have to deal with a pet that is at the end of life, this is definitely the place to go bc they have such respect & dignity for you & your baby.

I'm writing this postl And putting it before my last reviewDue to the fact that I have been a customer of theirs for many years nowHowever I took red over there yesterdayI was 10 minutes late and I made it clear that all I had was a certain amount of money before the visit which ive been in that situation there before and it was never a problem. However yesterday it was a problem and it wasnt bc i had not paid the ones prior bc i had. I had spent $2700.00 at one visit to them before. I have been taking my pets there for years and have spent a lot of money there for the care they provide. When they couldnt do a nail cut and check out a knot on his arm bc all i had was $50 until a few days later really upset me. There wasnt even anybody else in there waiting to be seen or anything. Those actions made me have a different outlook on them thats for sure. It wasnt like i was somebody who just walked through the door for the first time or somebody who had bills with them that was never paid. Not to meantion all the money i had spent over the years there with them. It just showed me its all about the money not really the animals. js.Previous review I am so happy that I took my fur baby to this place. There is another one with almost the same name right up the road from there. They almost let my baby die. But this place here saved him. I could not be more thankful and happy and blessed to have come across this place. Thank you that I still have a few more years with my baby. I've had him for 13 years and as long as I'm in Tennessee he'll go nowhere else but this place.

I brought my dog in because she had been limping. I had an appointment and still wasn’t seen until 2 hours later. Every person that came in behind us went in before us. After finally getting in a room all we were given was medication, no X-rays, no physical exam. Here I am a month later and my dog has a torn ACL. The front desk were not friendly and unprofessional how they talked amongst themselves out loud. I should’ve listened to a co worker when I was told they were trash.

We have our dogs groomed there. They know our fur babies by name and treat them with love. Wonderful, caring staff. We will have our babies groomed there for as long as we have our babies. Cooter and Oreo will be the last of our babies and we want to make sure everyone who has contact with them care deeply about them. Love Petcetera.

It sucked. I needed help while my dog was suffering through awful seizures. A quack spoke to me, and after 10 minutes of talking, he said he couldn't turn around and come back because we weren't a regular patient. Of course, we were a patient to Dyer Co Animal clinic, but they don't even have an emergency service... which is another sad story....I'm done with both...I didn't have time to take my baby to Jackson... I was begging for help! I had to watch my baby die as he fought through seizures one after another...trying to get up and not understanding why I couldn't help him!!!

I won't take my dogs anywhere but here. My concerns are heard every time I visit and my questions are always thoroughly answered. I feel like they care for my animals and aren't just rushing me in and out. I highly recommend the Dyersburg Animal Care Hospital to anyone local.

Explains all options and gives treatment recommendation based on experience, not based on profits.We really lucked out finding them. It's definitely worth the drive we make from Milan.
