Bought wire and returned it to get a gift card. Wouldn't be an issue if the cashier hadn't blanently lied said we could get cash back. It's understandable that it's a gift card but when you lie to your customers you get no return customers. First and last time shopping here.

I love all the summer merchandise. It makes you want to be outside. I love the perks of the neighborhood rewards program but I'm disappointed that the app isn't more reliable and accurate about the store inventory. I recommend browsing the store instead of waisting time on the app.

Love going in to tractor supply because they usually always have what I need at a reasonable price all except for their pet supplies such as puppy/dog pads and wormer and fleas collar's are a bit expensive but our local Farmers Co-op has them at a better price and for sure a better price and quality on bales of straw. Harbor Frights hay straw is very poorly quality.

We got some chickens. Unfortunately one did not make it. You were very considerate in replacing it. They are all happy and healthy. My dog is absolutely pleased with her chicks. This is a great place to take your dog and allow them to shop. My little dog loves going here. Tractor supply also has dog grooming services. Anytime in any store your staff is always inviting and helpful.

Had the product I needed but was locked in a case. Asked the four employees at the front if they would open it for me. Waited 10 mins walked back over to the counter and asked again they are sitting there gossiping not even checking anyone. I asked again then waited another 10 min. Them just decided to go to the kimball store and get it. ALOT better service there.

Most of the staff is nice. They helped my pregnant wife lift some heavy stuff once when I wasn't there. So that was really cool.

The people that work there are really good at their job. Very helpful and smart. But I can't pay 3 times price for lawn mower blades that I could get the same blades for half price or cheaper at Reggie's on East valley road inside of Bledsoe co.

They need to train their employees on filling propane tanks. Every time you go in to get a tank refilled they say we don’t have anybody here that’s certified to fill it today. And it’s been this way for at least 6 months or more it’s not like they just started filling tanks. So I give them one star for poor customer service. If you need a propane tank filled just go to either gas station across the road and they’ll gladly do it for you!

I bought 2 baby chicks earlier & one of them i bought is sick and dieing . 😫👊ive done everything right. Heat lamp. Food and water. And correct bedding. Ever since i got him home hes been acting weird

Normal Tractor Supply. Nice customer service, good selection of clothing, tools, and animal products. They tend to have events on Saturdays like Farmers market and animal sales (chickens, rabbits, etc.) in the parking area.
