We moved here about two months ago. We probably go to this Ace, at least 2 to 3 times a week. They have never failed to be nothing but nice and helpful. Levi was so helpful with helping me with a chainsaw. Even with the cold weather, the gentleman working in the lumberyard have been nothing but friendly and helpful in making cuts and loading my vehicle.

Moved here about 2 years ago and you'd think that a hardware store in a small country town would have items that would help the needs of a small country town. 🤔 Unless you want to buy a grill or a flagpole, this place hasn't been much help so far...

I Love to do business with these owners. They have a very friendly store that's always ready to help in any way possible. They always have what you need. Beautiful flowers every spring in time for mother's day and you garden. You as me will be pleased with them I know. Have traded with them for years.

Wonderful staff. A very large range and selection of products, lumber, and services. They even have a repair service for Stihl and Husqvarna yard tools/small engines. They may do others. Would call first to confirm your own.

Ample parking, well lit, helpful people. Product availability is awesome. Willing staff asks if you need help and provides the same. Store is clean and well organized and ample signage is displayed. Put all this together and you have a winning combination.

This review is for the Husqvarna dealer at this store. I purchased a Husqvarna weed wacker on-line, used it for 20 minutes and shut it off. I went to start it back up and the primer bulb would not fill up with fuel. So I called Husqvarna and they referred me to THIS store in Dunlap to get it fixed. I called and the mechanic and he said because I didn't purchase it there at that store he, and I quote "ain't gon touch it". That's terrible customer service...that's not customer service at all. I wouldn't refer anyone to that Husqvarna dealer.

Only hardware store for miles first off! Since your here though, might as well strike up a little conversation with the locals. Good people around these parts and met alot of them here at Ace. Always friendly and very helpful and I feel that most around here would give you their last $ to feed you if in need. Not too mention, this Ace has bout anything you could imagine. You will have a brighter day after stopping by.

I love my local Ace Hardware, Farley's Ace Hardware. I know i can probably get what I need for a dollar or two cheaper somewhere else, but the customer service I recieve is so worth the extra couple bucks I might spend. The man in the paint department has helped me so many times that he probably wants to hide when he sees me coming lol but hes always there to give me guideance on my projects

I've been shopping here since I moved to Dunlap as there are no other viable options. I bought a stihl chain saw and all the oil and additives they recommended. Not a week after, and I tried to return the still brand new saw (didn't even load it with fuel and bar oil) because it was too small for my needs. Long story short, for almost a month I got the run around of talk to this guy or that guy, and they never seemed to be in the store. Eventually, someone had the cajones to tell me they can't take it back because, get this: their power tool sales are really low and they can't take the return.I wish they'd have told me from day one so I wouldn't have wasted my time calling and going there repeatedly.Now I happily drive an hour to get to Lowe's.These guys suck!

They usually have odds and ends I'm looking for in hardware and they make a wide assortment of keys that other stores may not. It'll cost you a few pennies more but it'll save you from a trip to Chattanooga and the costomer service is awesome.

Customer service at the store is fabulous.Farley's carries everything from paint two parts to Small engines to building supplies. And the lawn & garden section looks like it's going to be fabulous they're just setting that up with spring items.

A good locally owned businesses that has pretty much what you are looking for in building materials, hardware and lawn and garden and some hunting supply. They could really use a good bit of supplies in their hunting and outdoor supplies.

I love this store. Especially the after Christmas sales. However, there was an employee in a wheelchair that was following us around and made me feel uncomfortable while I was shopping.

Saturday morning we asked for help several times to get a chain for a chainsaw. Stood there for 10 to 15 minutes and noone ever came. Overheard them talking about a customer after he had left. We will never come back to this Ace.
