Called yesterday Morning at 8:00 am when the first open December 8th 2023. About our sweet Girl Bella she has been very sick. The web. Site mentions emergency care. The receptionist informed us that they didn't have any appointments available until Dec. 15th. To take Bella to the emergency veterinarian clinic in Chattanooga.

As always, a great experience. This was our first time with Dr. Cunningham and he does a fantastic job being compassionate and realistic. He explained everything in detail and was able to convey it in an easy to digest manner with the best interest of our dog in mind.

We love all the staff at Dunlap Animal Clinic. Larissa and Jessica have known my furbabies from the day we got them. My white cocker absolutely adores them. Great service and care from everyone working there. We are thankful to have them.

They need a payment plan options...They're EXPENSIVE on their labs/x-rays/medicine..Left feeling like we didn't matter and our dog didn't matter cause we couldn't afford their prices...all or nothing attitudes.

Excellent clinic with friendly experts and reasonable cost. No selling of things we really don't need but also great at making sure we know what is necessary and understand directions. I even got tips on the best place and time to walk my dog in the area because we just moved here. Health tips too, like different ways to handle seasonal allergies! My dog loves it here and I am grateful to have them be his medical team!

Just took my ten pyrenee puppies. Dr Cunningham and his very nice able assistant took great care with each puppy. They received shots and dewormer and a very through check up. Everyone was so nice and courteous. I will be taking all my pets here. They all smiled too.

They were very good with my VERY hyper pit bull puppy. Her spay is healing nicely and her trimmed nails is great. They looked at a lump on her side and assured us that os was nothing to worry about. Will be going back with her and our other cats and dogs as needed.

I have been training K-9's for over 15 years and I have dealt with numerous Animal clinics. By far this is the most professional and well educated staff I have ever dealt with, Malinoiscan be a difficultbreed if not trained properly. They treat us with the utmost care and consideration. I highly recommend them for all of your animal cares!!!!!

I had to have my Rotty put down and they were incredible. These folks make it quick, painless and allowed him to be in my arms as he passed and them gave me time to say goodbye. Very good people here.

The receptionist, Larissa is the most uncaring person I've ever encountered. She would not even try to work my 8 lb. dog in to see the doctor after he was bitten by a snake. She rudely informed me that they aren't an emergency clinic. Don't trust them to have your pets best interest at heart, they don't. I called Dr. Kirk's office and was told to bring him immediately. So, if you want a clinic that cares, I strongly recommend Dr. Kirk . This lady shouldn't even be allowed to work in this field.

Our first visit to Dunlap Animal Clinic was a very pleasant experience. They took good care of my dog. His staff was friendly and Dr. Blevins was kind and thorough. And I was comfortable with the cost of his services. This is definitely our new vet and I recommend Dunlap Animal Clinic to anyone looking for a vet.

Went in for an emergency situation with a kitten. Called ahead and was basically told oh well. First ones through the door and had to wait while the kitten was dying. Bedside manor was horrible. Need someone who cares working the front. Very rude and uncaring.

My in-laws live just outside of Dunlap and are elderly. We drove from Arkansas to help load a stray dog they adopted into their vehicle for them to take to Blevins to get fixed so the dog couldn't have babies. Doing what is best for the dog because they're caring loving people.We made an appointment months ahead of our trip to TN and the office told us to be there at 8:30am. We had trouble getting the dog loaded in the car. Then we had issues finding the vet office in town. Arriving at 8:50 a.m, then being told we're an hour late and they couldn't accept the dog.My in-laws live in the mountains and it takes at least 30-min to get into town.The lady at the office then proceeds to tell us if we'd called and told them we were running late, they would have accepted us. However, where my in-laws live there is no cell service. So how are we supposed to call when we have no cell service?The whole office staff was extremely rude and very unhelpful. I would not recommend this vet to anyone in the area. I would drive hours before I took any animal into town to this vet office. Poor service and scheduling.

I wish to share that our experiences with Dunlap Animal Clinic has been exceptional. I have three pets and they’ve all been here for one reason or another and the care has been top - notch. The receptionists are welcoming and kind, the techs are compassionate and knowledgeable; the doctors listen thoughtfully, provide sound care and are all very experienced. The practice is affordable and provide the best course of treatment advice. Thank you.

Went there on 3/22/22 my pug was having a hard time breathing they were more worried about paperwork then trying to help my dog. After waiting almost 5 min telling them he is making a gurgling noise they wanted to weigh him first then when the doctor came in says he is in cardiac and maybe try to take him to chattanooga which he would not have made it so the suggested putting him down wich I had no choice being he was suffering. What gets me is that this office claims to do lots of services emergency services and yet they were not quick to implement them. Charged me 106.00 for them to do nothing but put him down I have no issue paying but didn't even try to save him paperwork was there high priority. I would never recommend this vet to anyone the absolute bare minimum was doneif my vet wasn't so far away he may or may not have had a chance but they would have tried unlike this office it was a joke. Hope they enjoy the money I paid cause they will never see another dime from me again nor recommending them ever.. beware of this vet clinic...

We brought our 2 foxhounds here to be spayed. One had been vomiting as well. Dr Blevins was so kind and gentle. During the surgery on one he found a bowel blockage. Our little buddy is always chewing things and carrying things in her mouth. Dr Blevins found a rock stuck in our dog's intestines. We came in for a routine spaying and he ended up saving her life as well. Jessica and Kyndall are also fantastic. This is a really great place to bring our girls!

There were such great to my best friend lil pup,, and there were so good to my friend Benny Songer, on October 1st they found his lil b (the pup) Had complete kidney failer. So Wednesday they had to put him down.. 10-06-2021 They were SOOOO GOOD. Thank you Dunlap Animal Clinic ❤️🐕🐶🐾🐾

Great vet and staff!! We are new to thw area and had to get established with a local vet for our 4 dogs and cat! The vet really listened to us and our concerns and had great suggestions for us to consider😊
