I would like to say ive never had a problem until now, can in got all the items i needed and went to check out. Of course i greeted the cashier in a nice manner ( how are you, at the beginning) !! No answer back!! So I thought she didn’t hear me so i said i love your makeup!! She looks at me ans doesn’t say anything!!! Well of course when i went to leave i said thank you have a blessed day!!! AGAIN SHE WAS RUDE WITH NO REPLY! Anyways this is just a rant really! Even if your having a bad day your always supposed to have a good attitude towards your customers especially if they have a good attitude towards you!

It gets bad review on employee customer service. I never get a thank you and please come back. Ever I would think I was shopping at Walmart where the cashiers never say that only the self out computer cash registers says that. A nice smile and a thank you and come back means alot. If I were in charge, it would be mandatory or they could go work somewhere else. What is wrong with a world that the big chains aren't taught or insistent on manners. Man, I live in the south and I give such and I expect such. Is that to much to ask for? Maybe it's a big company that they dont insist their employees do that. However, they are very helpful and polite when I ask for help or help in finding a product. They are very nice just no manners.

I just ran in for a pair of reading glasses and they were just about sold out , I managed to find 2 pair in my strength so it worked out okay .

Happy to see one employee at counter and another in office that came & helped me find what I was looking for.However, owner needs to be sure cardboard is in trash. One 👍 supply may be good, but trash 👎 look for store. HOPE THE OWNERS RESOLVE THIS ISSUE.

The store was soooo nasty, stuff all over the floors, nasty carpet....it's was pitiful!! There's no since for it to look that way!!! Clutter everywhere, needs to be cleaner & things to be more organized!!!

The Dunlap store, which used to be neat and clean, is now filthy. Clutter all over the floors, both merchandise and scraps of all sorts of junk. I avoid going in there now.
