The Poplar Ridge cabin was a great getaway for us. Although there were only 2 of us, it was the cozy , quiet getaway we needed. Sat outside on the deck and watchedthe rain and the deer from the hottub while relaxing. Disconnecting from the outside world while enjoying nature . A great place to go. We are definitely going back

We stayed at the Snuggle Inn and let me be the first to tell you that it was the best experience that we have ever had. We didn't have to supply anything. It was all ready for us and was more than what was described on the website. The beds were all super comfortable. The entire place was like new. It was out of the city and tucked way into the woods. super private and absolutely beautiful. We already booked again for next year. Thanks again for the hospitality.

We stayed at Holly Hill. It was AMAZING! The cabin exceeded our expections. It was spotless, well appointed and comfortable. Though the drive to the property was partially gravel roads and we had to cross a stream, it was an easy and picturesque. Bryan was fantastic to deal with throughout the booking process and super responsive. We did have one small mishap with a broken chair, however, I texted Bryan just to let him know at 10PM. He responded immediately. My hats off to such a great company, as they are few and far between.

The staff was nice and the views spectacular. Amazing little area for quiet reflection. Really enjoyed seeing the deer go by and for the first time in my life I saw a groundhog up close and personal. This place was really beautiful. The cabin brew with a view has gorgeous granite countertops, beautiful wood floors, large windows and from the upstairs den you have a mountain view to die for. My only issue which seems to be with every cabin is that it is never as clean as they claim. Although I don't mind cleaning which is what I do anyway for my own comforts this cabin was over 8 hrs from me so it would have been nice to come in shower and go to bed. Lol but instead I had to clean. perhaps next time it will be better. I always give people a second chance, everyone is untitled to an off day.

This is a 4 1/2 star review ! Went with my sister for a week to play around Blue Ridge area. The cabin was absolutely beautiful and very clean. Had very comfortable beds. TV with plenty of platforms to chose from after wearing ourselves out during the day. Hot tub was great. There are a few things to mention. The frying pans were unusable (age, rust, decay) The shower downstairs takes f o r e v e r to drain, the sink in the same bath leaks. Easily rectified by owner. And be aware this cabin is WAY out in the country. Which has its benefits and drawbacks depending on how prepared you are. Take FOOD! We loved most all of it!

The wife and I came up for a kid free weekend and stayed in the new tiny home. Perfect little get away with perfect weather! The cabin was very neat and clean and we had everything we needed there! Nice fire pit clean hot tub. Very nice get away. When the kids are older we will have to bring them. They will enjoy the nice upper loft area and corn hole boards and all the games! Great experience!!!

This was a horrible experience from the beginning! The road to get to the cabin was very dangerous as stated ABOVE! The demeanor of the way they run this business is horrible not professional at all! If you communicate with a customer for at least 2 months there are several things to mention such as the road it has nothing to do with being able to DRIVE no one wants to die in the process of getting to a cabin! The receptionist had to be a child because they way she spoke on the phone was RUDE even when dealing with upset customers it’s a way to handle it! Reading his reviews seems he has NO customer service as well!! The owner was very nice in helping the 1st DAY after that it was do or die your on your own!! These people are committing bank fraud!! Horrible horrible business the way he quickly responds to the reviews he could have done with the email that we patiently waited for! For 5 daya instead all we received was a $800 FRAUDULENT charge DO NOT BOOK horrible business people!!

We had a great time watching the Eclipse at Bryan's Place. Memories will last a life time. Everything at this cabin retreat was exceptional. The cabin was in great shape and had so many amenities. We loved sitting out on the screen porch listening to the creek down below and watching the wildlife.Bryan was always quick to answer any questions we had during our stay. Very professionally managed. We would recommend to anyone.

We have come to this area for 3 years now and always go through Bryan with Mountain Escapes. We have never been disappointed. We stayed the past 2 years at Adams Cove and we Love that property it wasn’t available this year so we stayed at On Top of it all and once again Very pleased 😊 If anyone is going to this area I highly recommend going through Bryan @ Mountain Escapes they are Great very reasonable prices and Great Cabins the cabins are Always very clean and they have everything you need. Thanks Again Bryan and Mountain Escapes for another great stay. See y’all next year if not before😊

My family and I stayed at the Dogwood Dream cabin for labor day weekend. Overall our stay was wonderful! Inside the cabin you have access to everything you could ever need; from games for the kids of all ages to extra comforters and blankets for those who just always seem to be cold to plenty of cookware to prepare big family meals. The owners seem to have thought of everything you and your family would need so that your stay is comfortable and worry free. Outside of the cabin you can enjoy romantic sunsets from the hot tub out on the patio and roasting marshmallows by the firepit. We especially enjoyed that you get the mountain views without any roads or noisy traffic obstructing the relaxing feel. Dogwood Dream cabin is just minutes from Blue Ridge Lake and downtown Blue Ridge restaurants and shopping. My family plans to make an annual escape to Dogwood Dream and we suggest that you and your family does too!

Upon arrival I was greeted with a filthy cabin. It smelled. There were bugs on the kitchen counter, bugs and sticky debris in the refrigerator, windows & windowsills caked with dirt, a porch that hadn’t been swept in weeks, a fire pit not cleaned out in months. I cleaned everything and mopped floors in order to feel comfortable staying there. Brian with the company was rude each tome I had a question. Check out was 10am. All of my belongings were out of the cabin well before that time. I left my car in the driveway to walk my dogs. Because of that I was charged an extra $112 for “unauthorized late check out” which was actually a parking fee in a driveway badly needing fill in, Rude, dismissive responses, and an extremely dirty cabin but much cleaner than I found it. Find another rental company!

We stayed at the D'Anconia cabin 4th of July weekend. Beautiful house with lots of room. The view is awesome. Huge back porch and gorgeous loft. Bryan McMillan was excellent. We arrived late and everything was waiting for us. He sent great directions, and was super informative when I called. Can't wait to book something else for next year with Bryan.

Had issues with a cabin. Email them but haven't heard a word back.. here are a few things. There were spider webs on the master bedroom ceiling and widows.. some of the white towels looked stain and miscolored. There are a few more things... but they don't seem care after. 2emails not a responseFinally got a response.. it said basically if i wanted a cleaner cabin I should look at the more expensive cabin..

My party of 3 stayed at A View of the Creek early June 2017. We bought groceries on the way in and relaxed at the cabin from arrival until departure. It was our definition of perfect, so quaint and had everything we wanted in a 2-night getaway: Babbling creek, fire pit, hot tub, seclusion! Plenty of towels and all the essentials. There's a foosball table in the loft, hammock, gas grill, outdoor shower and screened porch. Bathroom is very nice with awesome water pressure. We did not bring pets, but it is pet friendly. Management was very responsive; we had one Issue to which they resolved promptly. The winding stairs leading to the loft were very tight and difficult to walk, you just have to be cautious. It's a small cabin designed for a small crew; however, the only real downside for me was terrible cell phone service (Verizon and T-Mobile), pretty much nonexistent. Wifi, however, was available and was a good form of communication with the outside world. We would LOVE to return!

Mountain Escapes have beautiful cabins available. The staff is ever so accommodating and quickly takes care of any issues with the properties. I've been booking with them annually since 2002, and can't wait until our next trip in August.

We stayed with our church last month at Pleasant Hill Hideaway. Omg so peaceful and quiet. Set up beautiful and I’ve got to say the housekeeper had to be sent from up above because even though it’s an older property, it was so clean and fresh. I cant wait to come back next year!!!

This is an amazing home!! It is very spacious, extremely clean and secluded. We ended up with a group of 12 and everyone slept comfortably. It also has an amazing view from the back porch!! There's a huge hot tub on the basement level (outside). There's also a small pool and air hockey table in the basement. The home is approximately 10 minutes from downtown. GPS says 15 but it takes about 5 full minutes from the home to the main highway.There's also a treehouse suite that is accessible from the home. You have to access it from an outside door which was awesome for my 13 year old son!! It has its own tv, refrigerator, stove, couch and bed high in the sky!! The management and/or owners were extremely nice. They made sure that someone answered all of my questions even during our stay. It is deep in the woods so be prepared with an SUV or a four wheel drive vehicle if possible but this is not mandatory. I can't say anything bad about the location. I love this place. I will definitely book here again.

Easy check-in, great price, nice spacious cabin with well equipped kitchen (Sunswept in Epworth, GA). Property manager gave good direcions. All was wonderful until I woke up with severely painful spider bites all over my body.

A repeat customer and there are reasons for that. Bryan and his staff are incredibly easy to work with. They bend over backwards to help you out in ways that no one even notices. Call with a problem...no problem...they solve it...before, during and after your trip. There may be other places to rent from but our group will continue using Mountain Escapes every time we come to the Ocoee.
