I had a good idea of what I wanted when I walked in but the young woman in the store showed me the differences in several different models. She was extremely knowledgeable. Working alone, she juggled several customers at once and took care of us all in good order. The process was painless and I'm tickled with both her level of service and my new phone. Can't recommend enough.

Outstanding customer service! They got me the exact phone I wanted when Verizon online said they were sold out and it would be over a month! The entire process was simple and painless! My ipad has been ‘locked up’ for over a year and after much manipulation Leonard was able to remove the restricting ID’s, leaving it free for me to once again input my own. Nothing’s ever that easy with these devices and I went back the next night and Christy entered my ID, removed all the ‘blocks’ that had been placed there (remotely) and in 15 minutes I had a working device once again.Thank you so much for making my world a bit easier.

Leonard is a true cell phone master. In the time that I was there , I watched him singlehandedly troubleshoot and fix the problems on three different cellphones while activating my phone. The man never skipped a beat, and seemed to be enjoying himself at the same time. It was a pleasure watching someone so deftly handle the problems on these small devises that bully us mere mortals. It's so nice to know that I have a cellphone guy now. If anyone is having problems I will urge them to search out Leonard and watch their cellular woes disappear.
