Manager and cashier was extremely rude. Cashier threw item after it was scanned and the manager acted like I was the bad person because I got mad. I am never going back there. I wish I knew were to report them.

Twice I have ordered a pick-up of product. Both times after setting the pick-up time around 2 hours after order. I received "Order running late" 1/2 hour before the earliest pick-up time set. There is seriously something wrong with either the inventory count in correlation with the availability of the product on-line or someone needs to fulfill the orders promptly. I have been in the store with the manager just sitting behind the till on her phone while other employees are filling shelves. Who takes care of the on-line orders. The store is not that big. The last order I went in after 3 hours and picked up my order from the product shelf myself. The claim was they never received my order even though I had a confirmation. Maybe they need to stop pick-up until they fix these issues, whatever they may be.

Manager and cashier were extremely rude. I was trying to use a few coupons and was having trouble getting them to work at the register, when the total came out to be more than I expected, I asked to just cancel the transaction. Instead she called over the manager, who then berated me over how coupons work. Wont be going back. Hope they have the day they deserve.

The manager on duty right now 4/11/20 10:20am was very rude to me. Over the years of Dollar General in Dresden I have spent thousands of dollars. But after today I won't due to the rudeness of the "Manager" on duty. What happen was: One of the things me and my boys have been do during social distancing caused by Covid 19 is riding our four wheelers. The brakes on one of my sons four wheelers stopped working. So, I called to Dollar General and asked if they had any Dot4 break fluid. I did this only after going to google and seeing the graph that showed they weren't very busy at this time. Anyway I asked about the brake fluid. Instead of saying I'm busy or call back I was told that they had blue and red break fluid. So I simple asked are they Dot 3 or Dot 4? She responded with "You can come and look for yourself." I said, "Oh, are you really busy?" Then I was told "I'm not going to argue with you about what we have or do not have!". I tried to say, "I'm sorry because I saw the graph on the Dresden Dollar General that said this particular site was not busy at the moment." But I never could get a word in edgewise she actually hung up on me. I called back and thought I got another person because her voice was different. I ask to speak to the store manager "because a girl I had talked to was very rude". She said, "I am the manager and I was the one you talked to." She started going off on me again telling me "Don't call back, because my boss said we didn't even have to answer the phone anymore!" Then she hung up on me again. We will drive an extra few miles and shop at another Dollar General. Signed a very dissatisfied customer.

Friendly clean store. You pretty much know a Dollar Store and what they carry in stock if you've ever just shopped at one. Outside was also clean with nothing blocking the walkway. Only reason I'm giving a 4 as opposed to 5 stars is the property the building is positioned on puts traffic in close call territory when turning in to or leaving their lot. Heavy traffic you'll sit there calculating your safest time to move.

Nice remodel. It was well over die. And better yet is the fact they had adequate staff working. Usually it's a chore waiting in line. Very pleased

Not a good store. I went in late for unexpected female issues and was actually trying to hurry and scan threw the prices when the two young girls working the one at the end of my isle yelled to the girl at the front counter "ya only one person left. As i started to pick up what i needed and check put at 10:01 the girl that was hollering went back to the isle i was in and said to me "um its 10:00 and the store closes at 10:00 soooooo. While staring at me with a nasty look. So i put back what i was going to buy told them wish i didnt feel so rushed and i would go somewhere else... my kids and i shop there all the time and we will no longer return. Could not wait 2 mins when i work 13 hour days sometimes longer being in mental health and just needed a store that was convenient for fenale products. But now im driving to martin. Dollar general will never get mine nor my familys bn again!

This is the worst store in NW Tennessee I have ever been in I live down the street from there and will go to the Gleason store when I need to go. It's always dirtyClothes and things on the floor in the isle's. You have to move cart's full of inventory from the isle's to go down them. The store needs employees who actually care about their stores appearance. I don't think they realize it reflects on them. Lazy.

Best DG store in my area. Always clean and well stocked. And great staff...always friendly and very helpful. I give this Store a 5 star rating. Wish my hometown DG was as well managed.

Good location on the 4 lane. Decient cashiers.My only complaint: At times there is a long line at checkout. You could be in there a little longer than you hoped.

Every time I'm going in there I'm finding exactly what I need and I'm able to leave the store relatively quickly and the personnel are always doing the best I can to be polite

They need to hire enough people, and schedule enough people to run both cash registers and someone to put away stock. There are stock carts all over the store and empty spaces on shelves because there aren't enough people to put away the inventory.

I was told by the new young boy that I was not suppose to use the restroom and I told him that I have been using that restroom since the store was built and if they didn't want me to anymore I can take my business some place else and left

Can anyone please do something about the pot smoking that has been going on in this store?! The last 3 times I've been in there, I almost leave with a contact high! It's getting ridiculous!!

Dollar General closes at 9:55 not 10 PM so make sure you get there 9:30 so you can wait 30 minutes for a cashier to get to the counter before thay close.
