Robin helped me today at CVS in Dresden, TN. She was friendly, helpful and professional. I was having issues with two prescriptions and she got it fixed and I’m headed to pick them up. I would love to be able to get her help every time.

The staff are very rude and unprofessional. Never have my medicines ready when they say they will be the last time I was there I was told I would have to wait one hour for my medication to be filled. After waiting about 25 minutes one staff member it was a gentleman, which by the way, Was the only nice one there came back from break and ask if I have been taking care of. My medicine was filled and just sitting on the desk right next to the girl that first took care of me. If you don’t like your job, quit find something else.

This is my POC ( pharmacy of choice ) !!! I have been filling my prescriptions here for three years. Both the store staff and pharmacy staff are Awesome! Even though sometimes they do not My daily medications in stock, but that is not their fault. That’s a BIG Pharma problem. THANK YOU TOO. This CVS is the most friendly I've ever been in - and I've been in a 💯 or more in Tennessee and Texas since 2004. Easy to get to know the staff and they don't mind conversation. Easy to humor. Some work really long hours and 😩 exhausted by end of day, but they like working there. They offer assistance, but not to pester. I say, drop in and show them your family album.

As any other business employees are going to have a bad day now and again, with that being said Corey and his staff have always went out of their way to help me any way they can. Actually I feel bad for them the way some customers are disrespectful to them on a daily basis. I heard this personally when picking up meds myself.On one occasion I had a staff member be extremely rude to me at the drive thru. I did call their main office and the issue was resolve instantly by Corey. So with that said I still gotta give them a 5 star rating.Thanks and God bless you all.

2-4-22 @ 1030a.m. to get a shot. Lady giving shot was rude and ignorant. She demanded that I sit to get my shot, even though I politely declined. I then asked her to give me the shot using the Z track method. She had no idea what it was. Please train your personnel or have them trained by a real nurse. Having some manners would be nice too. I'm glad I don't treat my patients that I seethis way.

They always go above and beyond to help. Every time a customer has an issue with a prescriber messing up or their insurance isn't covering CVS and Staff try their best to offer options. I've seen so many people get mad and guilt trippy over issues that are well beyond the pharmacist control.

Please stop letting people wait 10-15 minutes in the drive thru lane! I came through here because I need to grab my stuff and go. People who have their medication ready to go should not be forced to wait for those who didn't come prepared!

Thank goodness for their corporate office. They were professional and helpful. I have been going here for 2 1/2 years. I have had nothing but trouble with them the last 4 months specifically. I have 2 insurance and nothing has changed as to which ones go to who. I have 1 that goes to one and the rest to another. This has been a constant mixup, I have been told I couldn't get a controlled substance I take that they mixed up the wrong date. They could have looked into it but I was constantly told that was what was on their computer. And then I was hung up on. I did not call names nor swear. I called corporate as I was certain of my prescription date as I do not overtake my meds. Corporate looked into it and got back to me and I was right. Had the pharmacy checked into it like the corporate team did, this would never have happened. Needless to say I am going somewhere else as Kelly was rude, needs a class on customer service, or just fired. Also nobody seems to be able to get things right, time and time again. They are as bad as Walmart.

Every time I come to pick up a prescription, they never have it ready. I have called them to check on a prescription and they said they were wlrking on it. About an hour later, I went to go pick it up and it still wasn't ready. The pharmacist only have me 1 out of 3 that I needed. And I had to ask about the other two to get her to tell me that they would be another 30 minutes.

My son had 4 wisdom teeth extracted today and I dropped his prescriptions (5) off about 12 noon. I returned to the pharmacy at 1:30 and they told me it would be at least 30 more minutes. I called another local pharmacy and asked about transferring my prescription. They called cvs and told them I wanted it transferred and the person the pharmacist talked to said they called me and told me the prescriptions were ready...which was NOT true. I asked that the prescriptions be transferred anyway and they said they would fax them. It is now 2:30 & I’m still sitting in the other pharmacy and cvs has not even faxed the prescriptions yet. Meanwhile, my son is ln excruciating pain. I will never use cvs again and do not recommend the pharmacy.

Bob's Pharmacy is my new pharmacy in Dresden, TN. DO NOT go to CVS of Dresden, TN. Unfriendly, disrespectful pharmacy staff.The younger lady working there is mouthy and lazy. She does not want to look any meds you. Mouths off. Insults you or ignores you all together. This place is a real headache and be prepared to wait over 2 hours for even the simplest scripts to be filled.

Other than being short on meds at times ide give them a 5. Service is awesome and med issues are out of staffs control... Love them all. Very kind and caring...
