ABSOLUTELY EXCELLENT!!! We took our St. Bernard for the first time to Milk and Honey today. Our Saint was way overdue for a grooming. The groomers there did a phenomenal job beautifying our pup! She looks AMAZING!!! We will definitely be taking our pup there regularly from this day forward. The ladies there at the boutique are wonderful, caring and extremely attentive. Hands down the BEST groomers!!! Thank you Milk and Honey!

They do such a great job with our dog. It's a little pricey since we have such a large dog but you definitely get what you pay for. I've brought him here several times and will continue to do so - worth every penny.

Brought both my dogs here for the first time. They’re quick to reply to get a good time slot that works for you. Unfortunately one of my dogs bit a worker. I’m glad they told me so we can work with her and hopefully find a groomer that won’t put her in a cage. My other dog Bear looks like a toy and I’ll be bringing her back regularly since she’s used to being handled. Whoever did bear is really talented. Thank you

I have a pomp who gets gromed alot and I just moved to Barnes and I was recommended by someone close to me and worse Decision I have ever made my duppy has been in the worst stage of his life. His little butt has been burnt and his ear has been infected. I had to take him to the vet early because of his ear. He has been miserable ever since and has been almost about 6 weeks. I will never, ever take him back again.

We used Milk and Honey for about 8 months. From the first appointment we had, we got negative feedback from the owner. It was disheartening the first visit, but it never improved. The final straw is when we were told in November that our dog was “aggressive” (their word, not ours). I kept pressing for details because this was very concerning. After getting to the bottom of it, our dog was barking at other dogs and reactive. Reactivity and aggression are NOT one in the same, and I’m disappointed that a professional dog groomer would use them interchangeably. I am well aware she is reactive to other dogs, we are working with a trainer. But telling a dog owner their dog was AGGRESSIVE is an entirely different situation. On top of those issues, communication was lax. We had one issue where we were never told us they canceled the appointments for the day, we showed up, and in the messages back and forth they said they “assumed I would know since there was a parade downtown that day”. Nope, you are a place of business. I definitely assumed you would be open and available for the appointment I had confirmed three weeks before.I will say - the haircuts were always great. Which is why we kept going as long as we did. Ultimately, I didn’t feel comfortable leaving my dog there. **After reading the owner's response, I just felt I would edit this to say that they are excellent groomers. It truly boiled down to not feeling valued as a customer over an extended period. I am a positive person and in my conversations (messages) with the owner, I remained positive because I was hopeful things would improve. I truly wanted what was best for our dog. It is absolutely nothing personal. I wish you all well in the future!

I took my 2yo long haired GSD in for his first professional groom and he got a bath and deshedding and some light trimming - they did great with him! Super reasonable cost considering how much time it takes me at home to get him looking that good! Super friendly staff.

I took my wire haired/long-haired dachshund today to milk and honey. This was the first time he was ever groomed and came back looking amazing. I still wanted him to have his fluff but tamed lol they did an amazing job and would recommend them every time.

Milk & Honey Paw Spa has been the best place to take my maltipoo. She has been going here since her 2nd groom and I have had zero issues or complaints. She comes out knowing just how cute she looks and smells great. The employees have shown nothing but adoration for my pup and professionalism towards me. Their storefront is located conveniently in town and has the cutest boutique. I love the ability to communicate through text as well. Highly recommend!

I'm babysitting my daughter's Springer Spaniel pup and took him to Milk & Honey Paw Spa to get cleaned up. He's only been groomed once before and he was more than a little bit nervous going in. Hallie did an amazing job with him; he is perfectly trimmed, smells amazing, and handled the entire experience very well.I'm so grateful to Hallie and her staff for the dedicated care they provide to each pet in their care. We LOVED Milk & Honey! We took our four dogs, two of which are usually denied just because of their size (Great Danes) and they did a fabulous job! Our little Maltese mix looked like an absolute doll after they were finished! I also love that I can communicate through text! Parking can be a pain if you have multiple dogs, but they offered to help me bring them in if I needed. Sweet and very knowledgeable group of people!

I walked in with my grumpy little dog for a nail trim and they took him back immediately and within 5 minutes they had him back out to me. They are cheaper than the chain store in town AND they pay attention to their customers unlike the chain store where you stand for 15 minutes trying to get an employee to even acknowledge that you are standing right in front of them.
