This DG is one of the better managed Dollar General stores that I have visited in the past. The staff is very helpful to advise where to find an item or they will show you where to find an item. The aisles are usually free of stacked boxes awaiting to be shelved. The lady's bathroom is usually clean but supplies need to be check regularly.

Always friendly cashier & this store rarely had empty shelves. I can find what I'm looking for easily and is organized & kept up to date with their products

Cleanest Dollar Store I have been to yet. The staff were also very happy people. Helping me , was not a problem for them also, they are the first one yet that I have been into that had enough staff on duty to do so. If I could I would give this DG. A big. 10. Thank you guys for the great spirit that was felt in your store. 💜💜

I love DG but they are always so understaffed. I commend the cashier at mine tonight. She never lost composure or patience while having 25 people waiting in line. Treated each customer with respect and in a timely manner.

2nd time in 2 weeks they were out of milk. Highly disappointed. I buy a lot of things from this store. It's the only one closest to me. It is convenient to go there. Next time I'll call ahead to see if it's stock. I had to buy milk somewhere else. Not happy.

Great staff and clean store. I work for dominos and meet customers there for deliveries.. Easy parking lot to get in and out of... Very convenient for any items needs.

When you pay money to get cash back it should not be a problem to give a ten a five and five ones. She didnt even let me finish asking a question when she rudely cut me off. If i wasnt paying for the cash back it would be different but you are charged a fee.

I live in etowah but i go to Benton ....because the workers are nice they aren't yelling to other workers in the store about other workers and beating them up and they have their stock put up. Seems in etowah they are so busy gossiping stock is NEVER put up and thwy don't care if you can't get around

This is a bad place. Pulled in tonight at about 9pm. Woman saw me pull in and locked the door as I was walking from my truck. Very shortly thereafter the entire police force. Two seperate jurisdictions fly up surrounding me. Informing me the woman inside called the police and said I was threatening the staff with physical violence acting crazy. Complete fabrication of a story as I did not even speak to these people. Shame on you dollar General. I'll be bring forth official litigation in any way possi le against this convaluted act of dishonesty. I am the CEO of successful trucking company and often my drivers carry dollar General loads for a cut rate. I'll be retracting my carrier from being an official dollar General supporter.

Friendly staff, usually stocked fairly well, but the Dollar General right down the road in Delano is considerably nicer and better stocked at any given time.

The store is ok. They need to hire more people to work, every time you go in there you have to wait 5 - 10 minutes in line and they need to hire someone for stocking shelves.

The line was long one person was in the back one person was register. It took approximately 20 minutes for me to stand in line and check out in fact a few people left. And my day customers came first then you took a break not the other way around. And the cashier was hateful about it when I asked where the other cashier was.

Needs a manager . Stuff every where you look , my wife tore her shirt trying to get around inventory buggy in the aislings . It's dirty . I go to Family Dollar it's like this place used to be !

This place was clean but the restroom was not available asked for the key the cashier didn't have no clue where it was lol.No one was not in the restroom.I get my essentials and left.

They need to hire more people to stock! Shelves are always empty and pallets full of stock always crowding the floors. Merchandise always in the floor every where. This is in reference to the majority of the dollar generals lately.
