Cash only! This doesn't affect me, just wanted to let others know. I read some reviews about it being pricey. I don't see it. I bought a box full of tomatoes for $30. Not getting that at a market. A basket full of colorful bell peppers were $7 & there were at least 8 in there. A bucket of fresh spinach for $3.50. I'd gladly pay these prices for fresh picked food. It can get busy on weekends, just be prepared for that. This is run by the Mennonites so there are no frills, and I love it. I go almost weekly when in season.

We love coming here. It is only May and they already have LOTS of gorgeous big slicing tomatoes, cucumbers, potatoes, green beans, peas, summer squash, zucchini, and lots of other things. All of it is raised right there in their gardens and greenhouses. Excellent prices too.

Authentic Amish farmer's market. Note this establishment is CASH and carry only. The restrooms are porta pottys, but they're clean. The prices on the vegetables and produce are really low. They also have baked goods, sorghum, homemade cookies and canned (jar) goods. We'll definitely be back.

They sell fresh vegetables, nice staff, nice product, affordable price, nature quality. Better come before lunch time so you can have enough stock. They sell green house with custom build, wood chair, wood table, picnic table, etc. They sell animal also but I cannot see yet, for animal market they will open on September 26th. Will always back here.

Awesome place for fresh vegetables and fruits. I've never seen or tasted a better selection and variety of veges and fruits. Included are ground wheat pastry flour and corn meal, pastries and canned spaghetti sauce, jams, honey just to name a few. Also home made shampoos and bath soaps.

This place is a true blessing. As you walk inside, you feel simpler, sweeter times all around you. The Amish folk work hard to make their livelihood and share it with you. They have an excellent selection of produce and other goods, grown/made right there in Delano. I literally teared up in gratitude my first time there because of how fair the prices are (no tax either!). You get lush, quality produce, full of flavor unlike grocery store produce. I got a huge bunch of leaf lettuce for $2. Bell peppers $5 a basket. Real food that you can feel good about feeding your family.Tips: CASH ONLY and bring a basket or cart with you to carry your items. Get there early too.The market fills up fast!

Excellent local produce! They have fresh produce with good variety, home baked good, preserves, handmade furniture; the list goes on. Everything is high quality and reasonably priced. Definitely worth the visit. Please note that they take CASH ONLY.

I have been coming to this wonderful place for years and am always delighted. Never once have I been disappointed with any purchase made here. Best produce and prepared goodies as well. If you have never been here and experienced the quality of everything at this delightful Mennonite market, you are missing out!Was back yesterday and it was delightful, as always. Ran into the nicest couple you could hope to meet and they let me sit in their amazing car & took my photo.Five stars always.

Great products, friendly helpful service and quality veggies. Most people complaining and giving low reviews are clueless as to what theyve come to and when theyve shown up to end of week market.Market starts monday, ends saturday.Opens at 9AM!

Farm fresh, naturally grown, beautifully provided fresh garden farmers market- everything you expect in a farmers market. You can get coops, benches, and other woodworking; fresh seasonal veggies, fresh baked bread, hand made soaps and lotions, canned goods, even an animal market and some trees. If they use it, they sell it. I am so impressed at the welcoming kindness and service; humble interactions and I also enjoy just stepping to the side of the building and looking at the bountiful fields growing and the wagons carrying the goods to and from the market. Wonderful place to load up. I can tomatoes and pickles every year. So grateful for this market.

I went to this market for the first time this week and thought it was great! The people are friendly, and their prices are insanely low. On weekends they have more options than they do during the week, like different kinds of bread, cinnamon rolls, and sometimes even an animal market! Not to mention the land it sits on is beautiful, and you can see little horse buggies drive around across the field. :)

What a nice place to look around & find fresh veggies, honey, apple butter...even soaps! I've been coming here for over 10 years, it is reliably the same good products and produce every time I visit. I've never left empty- handed either- reasonable prices. Nice people on a beautiful farm 💕

I almost hate to rate them because it is already crowded enough, and selfishly I'd like to keep it for myself. Bring cash or stay home because they won't take anything else. Beautiful, perfect produce. My kids eat their vegetables first now because they are so delicious. They also sell plants that grow beautifully in your own garden. Their prices are fair. Don't come dressed for the beach. They farmer's are modest folks and they appreciate customers being considerate of their values while at the market.

Best produce in town! Be respectfully dressed and bring cash!

Ok, I know I'm going to get judged for this, but...CASH ONLY!! I understand they do not use electricity. therefore, no cards. However, it took us quite a while to find an atm machine in "town," and it wasn't close (more than 5 miles one way). FYI: If you google for the closest ATM, the first listing at the gas station in 1 mile is a bad one. Plus there's atm fees which we haden't paid in a long time.We were sent by a friend, who only said it was a farmer's market, "go get the cinnamon rolls!", without the important detail of cash only. Of course, it didn't even dawn on us until we had shopped for 2 hours, were ready to checkout, and had no way to pay. My bad.One item they are FAMOUS for is their homemade cinnamon rolls. These are always fresh made, still warm on the shelf and bagged as single rolls or in trays of 4. They are large in size, not too gooey or sweet, and well made. They are great to eat right away, and they sell out fast. Although... we didn't get there until noon, and there were 10 or so single rolls and 10 or so trays of 4 left. We liked them fresh to eat on the way home. However, we didn't like them reheated the next morning. That said, we would still make the trip for fresh rolls and produce. QUICK NOTE: If you do reheat, I recommend putting a large pat of butter on the center of each roll, sprinkle a spoonful of powdered and brown sugar mix over the whole roll, cover with plastic wrap (not to tight) and microwave for 30 seconds or until butter melts and they are warmed thru. Then, eat 'em up with a spoon and a glass of cold milk!NEXT, I love the REAL, fresh harvested honey, the homemade housewares (serving utensils, dishes, aprons, etc), carpentry items (birdhouses, butcher blocks, etc), health supplements (PRE-biotics, etc) and cleaning items (laundry soap, shampoo, body soap, lotions with fresh herbs, etc) in the backcorner. As well as the rockers, gliders, swings, and fresh fruit saplings you can purchase out front. If I remember correctly, you can get a horse and buggy ride, but we chose instead to send some healthy treats (apples) to the horses because of the heat. Just ask permission to do so first. There is an animal market in a separate building. We weren't interested in that area so I haven't any details except to note that it was closed up on the Saturday we were there. It's very, very busy and for good reason (great for them!). So if you want to see all they offer go early, there's a good amount of parking and bring cash! The parking area is of stone, so if you have a disability you can get dropped off in the front door area. The inside of the building is concrete floor and smooth. No A/C inside, obviously because of no electricity, so be prepared for heat or cold. Also, this is not a large place, maybe 1200sf, crowded aisles, and they do use shopping carts. I RECOMMEND BRINGING YOUR OWN REUSABLE BAGS to use instead of the carts. This makes moving around for everyone a bit easier. I had my toes run over, and my backside/legs bumped into many times. It couldn't be helped because they were all staring at the beautiful produce and not the foot traffic. All in all, this was a really lovely experience and a great afternoon date.

Fresh vegetables and fruits, the bakery goods are great while they last (get there early). Prices are very reasonable. They sell plants and canned goods. The people that work there are so friendly and helpful. Cash only and I love the manual adding machine they use and the pull cord bell to get the attention of the workers down stairs. The roads are a bit rough coming in but that's expected from a country road. They do have signs posted asking to please dress modestly when visiting. It's a bit of a drive for me but worth it. I go there regularly.

Healthy and Fresh. I watched the Amish buggies roll up out the back door and then the melons, the cucumbers, the squash and colorful peppers land on the wooden shelves inside only moments later. Hint: arrive early.

Freshest produce at the best prices. You can watch them unload the produce out of their wagon straight from the field. If you go, please be respectful of the dress code. Purchases are cash only.

We love the variety of vegetables and the kind service always provided. Everything is excellent quality. Just recently we purchased several boxes of tomatoes for canning. When putting them on the counter, one fell out of the box and hit the floor. The clerk told my son to go get a other one. I assured him it was fine. He said we don't want to sell damaged items to you.

Went there to buy some green beans but they looked too mature and dried out. I bought a few other items but the collards were too mature to cook tender. Most everything was over priced and not the quality I'd seen in past years.

The strawberries are just incredible. We bought and froze stringbeans , peas are sweet and delicious. Broccoli is full of flavor that needs nothing added to it. Can't say enough good things about the fresh vegetables and baked goods at this market. Best around.
