Everyone is so helpful and friendly, and they knew exactly what we needed and wanted, even though it takes a long time for the setup process it’s worth the wait. We used to use them about 2yrs ago and we switched to T-mobile , and now we switched back to Verizon. Verizon in my. Opinion has the best coverage, especially in my area.

This is Wanda (William was my husband that passed away) I came in yesterday to check on a phone and couldn't afford any that you had. I was told to go to walmart and get a phone and bring it back and you would set it up for me so I did and as soon as I get back with the phone I was told you couldn't set it up for me. I've been a Verizon prepay customer for over 20 yrs. I think it's pretty bad to lie to a customer. You should not have told me that if you was not going to set up. I'm so disappointed in Verizon, I am very much considering finding another provider. I will spread the word that you plain out lie to customers.

This specific Verizon store is incredible...because of the employees! We have never had such an easy and pleasant experience at other locations. Haley and Jynnifer in particular were excellent! Knowledgeable and very personable. It was actually a fun experience.

It is so nice to go to phone store and have great conversation while you upgrade your phones. Haley and the crew at decherd bring back that wholesome feeling of true customer service. No automation no recorded voices to talk to and best of all they have the phones right there in the store. Wow! Almost like a trip back in time. Oh yeah! They helped me set up my new phone too and doubled checked it to make sure I had everything I needed. I will be a loyal customer for years to come!

Amazing staff. Waiting time was just slightly long, but not bad. Our worker stayed with us through the whole process and kept us interested. The staff was also easy to talk to. Just a nice, laid back experience overall.
