Nice clean store, friendly. Great produce department. Usually good meat, and well stocked.Parking is plentiful, and the fuel station is easy to get to from the store.Good self checkout, on this visit the 6 assisted checkout lanes were all closed, so line was backed up to get to the self checkout stations.The self check works good, but some have difficulty, it would be good to have at least one assisted checkout.A good grocery, a little higher prices than Walmart for some things, but more attention to keeping shelves stocked and produce fresh.

5 🤩 stars❗ I'd like to preface my comment by saying I never rate 5 ⭐. On this particular evening I went to Decherd TN Kroger at 9:00pm. I tried to hurry as I didn't need too much. By the time I reached the front to check out, Self-Check was the only option.😯😔 As I headed for self checkout, the wonderful Tyler asked if I wanted to use Self Checkout. Idk if he remembered that I NEVER use Self Checkout or what.I replied that I didn't want to.Then the wonderful Amy (who was transferring to the Lewisburg store) chimed in and said that she would ring me up 😁.Having worked in retail I know at a certain time drawers are counted and usually closed.Amy called me over to the register and Tyler emptied my cart onto the belt. 😁😁😁. I was so relieved.Also felt special as they both went above and beyond to serve me. 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾. I can't say enough about these two. They are a real asset. They know their customers and aim to please.Thank you again Tyler and Amy, I appreciate you. 🤩💯

Less crowded than before competition got to town. Multiple bare shelves. Great store and a name trust. Prices are still consistently cheaper than the newer place as they were before. I shop here weekly.

I don't know what I wanted for dinner. Im not from here im from TEXAS.I don'treallyl shop at Wal-Mart like Kroger. We have a Kroger in texas. The stores have a lot of sales. if u r a customer member that can turn in point & save u money. The prices are reasonable, not like walmart. Great customer service well stop & help. F u r reading this yr loved 😍 have a wonderful rest of your day 🙂

Some employees are nice and helpful like in the produce dept. most baggers and Anastasia. Meat mgr. seems to be a huge gossip. He gets on my nerves. Store needs updating and cleaning.

It's frustrating the amount of work necessary to get the sale prices at Kroger anymore. You need to go on the app to download digital coupons. There are over 100 of them. You must pick individual coupons, no mass download allowed.Their system is devised to make it look like they have good prices, but you have to do your homework to get them! Otherwise you just pay the higher prices, which are not at all competitive.

Not impressed with the quality here. I bought my kids the simple truth lunchables (I've always bought those at another store with no issues) and the cheese was molded. I also bought a large thing of strawberries and apples, and I had to throw half of it away because it wasn't fresh. The apples at the bottom has huge brown spots that I couldn't see through the bag, and the strawberries at the bottom had mold on them. I gave two stars because the prices were reasonable.

Kroger, it’s time to upgrade, enlarge and clean the store. This store has got to be close to 40 years old. The produce section was lacking to say the least and the aisles are very tight. I still can’t find the Michelob Prickly Pear/Cactus Infusion in the bottles and I’ve looked for 3 months/weekly. You have good sales on items we all need and use, thanks! Now, the one thing in your favor is your employees. They are top notch!To the customer that wanted an item rung up separately, we were all rolling our eyes at you!! Really!!

Coupons sent by the company are appreciated.Floors are dirty regardless of when I go inside and there has been a foul smell in the produce section that has not been addressed.Cashiers have been very kind and helpful.

Kroger keeps going downhill. If I wanted to be forced to bag my own groceries I would go to Walmart. 8 pm and not one single line open. If they are going to force us to check ourselves out with someone guarding us then they can lower their prices!!!!! 2 hours before closing and they can’t keep a cashier employed?

I had a question and found an employee named TJ. He had no idea a promotion was going on, but he grabbed a scanner to check inventory and told me he would get extra items ordered. It was refreshing he was so honest. No items in stock for the sale but the customer service was great.

My rating would normally be higher for this store except for the cashier who checked me out. She rolled her eyes when I requested an item be rung up separately and it went downhill from there. She refused to bag my milk when I specifically requested it, with a please, so I asked the bagger, who happily did so and received the thank you. She was a jewel and the only reason this day my rating was not lower other than finding everything I was looking for.Mind you, I have worked multiple jobs that have required good customer service even in later years when it was not the primary requirement. Had I witnessed this as a supervisor, which I put my all into just as much as any associate, I'd have had this one up on discipline up to and possibly including termination. And my reviews for other businesses today have been glowing, because their customer service skills eclipsed this one who was borderline if not actually abusive.

Some of their prices are a little higher than other stores so you have to watch it. And I had a best customer coupon that was supposed to come off automatically for $1 and it didn't so you have to watch that. Their produce section is very nice with fresh vegetables and fruit.

Dear Decherd Kroger,I am a regular customer at this location. I go here because it is close to my house. I've been doing this a very long time. My review here IS NOT a reflection on the employees but it is my hope that the management takes this review seriously and makes some changes.You really should reconsider OPENING YOUR EXPRESS LANES BACK UP!!! You haven't had them open since you got the self check outs. We all know you now have 4 self check outs. NOT EVERYBODY wants to use those and has only a few items. Besides that you have customers that pull up to the self check out with a BUGGY FULL OF GROCERIES. Since you probably won't open your express lanes back up due to hour cuts, then your self check out attendant should be making sure customers with buggies full of groceries are not using the self check out and holding up the people who only have a few items and that wish to get in and get out. Even though you have the self check outs, there is no reason, in my view, for at least one of the express lanes to be open.Thank you--A regular Kroger Customer.

My first trip to Kroger since a remodel. Love the organic products. Great buys this week on meat. We haven't been buying beef at other stores because of high prices - this week we came home with steaks! Store is clean, people friendly and helpful. Happy to see a mentally challenged employees.

Nice selection. Very neat shelves and clean store. Great deals and their rewards site offers even more deals on top of their already great sales. I bought diapers these past few weeks on sale in the store from 7.49 marked to 5.99 with a 2 dollar off Kroger digital coupon from their site that automatically connects to your shopper card. All you do is scan your card at the register and the discount comes right off. They have had this offer for the past two weeks and it will continue until the end of this month. I have been paying 3.99 and saving 3.50 with every buy. Their produce is a little pricey but their sales far exceed that of their local competitors or shall I say competitor big box store that is a poor excuse for calling itself SUPER! Not to mention the fuel rewards program. Scan your shopper card and for every hundred dollars you spend your receive ten cents off a gallon of gas on up to 35 gallons, (one full up allowed a monthly.) You can accrue as much as a 1000 points in one month. Yes you have figured it out right! You can receive up to a dollar off a gallon a gas. With current prices that would be less than a dollar? Can you remember when the last time gas was under a dollar a gallon? It was in the late nineties!!!!!!

Usually, i have an okay experience at this loction in Decherd, TN.but when y'all decide to not change your prices to match your weekly ads, and then REFUSE to honor your ad not once, but TWICE, then i have a problem. I will not shop at this store again and i will tell everyone i know not to shop here as long as you don't honor your ad prices and your employees are rude.

Was in there 2 days ago for produce not o ne Roma tomato ,potatoes onions too many to name. Never seen a produce dept like that as much as I hate walmart they have fresh produce. I wish the top brass would come unannounced and let them decide

This is a super place to shop! The employees are nice and always helpful, the store is always clean and the prices are good. I especially love the produce section. They have a great variety and a wonderful organic section. Definitely my go to for produce!
