I have never been a big fan of Dollar Generals because of the lack of caring the staff give. I don’t blame them because they aren’t paid good enough to do their job. This shows how little the managers care about their business and the people that shop there. The staff need more training. The managers need to actually have some common sense.

The shelves were basically empty and the aisles were stacked with inventory in the boxes throughout the entire store. Basically it was a mess. Employees were nice but they didn't have what I needed for a preschool project.

This store is nasty. I went in to get a few items and the store was trashed. Product just laying around everywhere, isle blocked with end caps, the shelves are never stocked, rotated or made presentable. Everything is very disorganized including the employees. I was trying to shop and all I kept hearing was what I assume to be a manager and some employees cussing and talking about all the other employees. Look I understand it's hard to find good help and people that want to work, but if you dont change the culture you will not have people that want to come and work. Customers were coming and leaving and listening to the whole conversation which was very distasteful not to mention disrespectful towards the employees whom were mentioned by name more than once.

This store has to be the WORST Dollar General I have ever been in! Can't find anything! Every time I go in, there's full stock carts IN EVERY AISLE. There is merchandise strewed everywhere. Nothing is straightened up and it's always a mess! Merchandise is stuffed in every aisle.

The best dollar general I’ve ever been to. I love this dollar general so much. They have so much to choose from and the place is huge! The only dollar general I visit.

Well masks are required and apparently keeping your feet stuck to the floor is as well. Worried about mask but cant walk through store without getting stuck to it. Went in at open should have properly mopped sometime this week. If so concern of my mask yet no telling what I was walking on that my feet made sticking noises through out my entire visit.js.

The store is completely trashy and dirty, floors haven't seen a mop look like in days , employees sitting down at cash register, it's sad to go into it I shopped regularly when I lived in Winchester, at least my store in Hillsboro is clean I won't be going back to this store...

The Dollar General in my town is it really a nice place to have seems that the closest town with any kind of store whatsoever except for a gas station is a 6 too. 8. miles away really nice people with a new place to shop

This DG store is always a Mess. Stuff always in the floor! Boxes everywhere shelves are empty! Employees have no sense of urgency to getting anything cleaned up! It's overall appearance is dirty!!

This dollar general.. the coolers never work so you can't get any or that.. and what they do have looks risky. The isles are always a mess with merch all over the place.. and it seems like the cashier is always doing other work.. due I'm sure to the lackbof employees.

The store was clean and smelled fresh. The produce was ok. Not a lot of brand names; mostly store brands. Still looking for a favorite grocery in the Winchester/Decherd area.

Getting price as Walmart. Dollar tree will close yall if not dollar prices .come on your name really dollar store dollar prices or change name.people think name tells them dollar prices.thank you bathroom nasty. Friendly people though.they can't help over managers.

On my shopping day I always go to Dollar General first and then Kroger. DG saves me money on most of my list. Like all stores you have to know your prices. Not all DG prices are a savings.

If I could rate it a zero I word. This is the worst DG I've ever been to. Line a register is always very long , there's only 1 register open at all times ,the manager sits outside smoking instead of opening up another register. The store is cluttered.

Prices are good, staff is never friendly and no matter what store I go to they are always a mess. You can't walk with a cart down the isles.

I don't like how you have to wait in line since the remodel, but almost all of the people at the register know my dog's name and take time to talk to him! I like that.

The new store is neat and clean. My only complaint is vendors and customers not wearing masks.

Always have boxes everywhere. Always low or out of stock of merchandise. Needs a good cleaning and better customer service

Had to give a star before could write a review this place needs cleaned up!! Also went in the middle of day and other people trying to open a locked door then seen a note that said . Closed because lack of staff?? Be back open normal time tomorrow. I thought wow
