We usually just get ice cream of some sort but this time we ate lunch which consisted of three cheese burgers, two vanilla malt shakes and two onion rings. It was nicely brought up our table without the condiment we specified which half of them came a short time later. We had to procure our own. The onion rings were very small portions yet delicious. The burgers were dry and semi warm and also on the small side for the price. The shakes we good but with very little malt flavor. Overall the place was clean with friendly service but we won't recommend it for lunch burgers due to price and what we got in comparison to other places. We will be back for ice cream products. I understand being understaffed, however if you can only get 3 people to come into work during the week then you probably shouldn’t be open. Not only was my wait time 30+ minutes, but my food was also wrong. When I tried to go inside to get it fixed, their doors were locked. If this happens again, please don’t stay open. Just call it a day and go home.

I was a bit disappointed 😞. We had bacon cheese burgers, fries and drinks. The bread was very dry and honestly I didn't taste the meat at all. All I could taste was mayo. The fries were good 👍. For the money it cost to eat out the food should taste good. The service was good so I guess it was worth $30 and change to spend time with my husband and daughter.

If your going inside prepare to wait about an hour for your food. You get free entertainment though by watching them make ice creams and sit them under the lamp to melt instead of handing it to the customers though. I waited 10 minutes for an icecream cone while the employees chatted in the back. Also they are extremely rude and act like it just pains them to do the job they get paid for. If you do decide to chance the drive through it’s faster but half the time they leave out some of the items you ordered and then act like it just infuriates them to have to go and get it.

DQ in decherd- terrible service tonight. A bunch of high school kids working the night shift. They were not polite when giving food to us, I said" thank you" and had the glass door shut in my face. Found out we didn't have all the items we paid for so we went back through the drive thru and gave them our receipt. The manager, obviously a HS student in FCH garb, was acting like we were lying and being dramatic behind the glass. She even poured fries out when the kid gathered out missing items. There was no polite "sorry for that", just attitude. I paid $40 for a few meals and was treated like scum for asking for what I paid for. Won't be back for a while.

Walked in to one of their limited time blizzards kid behind the counter tells me they didn't have the one I wanted anymore so I ordered a chocolate chip cookie dough blizzard they bring them out an by dq policy if they do not turn it upside down the next is free i get my blizzard an start eating it i about break my tooth on something in it so I spoke with a manager that didn't look old enough to be a manager the girl making the blizzards ran out of cookie dough so she decide to change my order to a heath blizzard instead of getting more from the freezer this location has nothing but children operating it or trying to
