Long wait times continue. Whats with the long wait for pharmacy personel by phone, long phone advertisement to get to anyone. Would prefer u tell me if out of stock instead of discover its not in bag. Maybe write note on the bag for cashier.

The longest lines to get your meds ever. This week I’ve sat in line there for 45 minutes total and have had to leave without my meds every time. I’m going to have to change pharmacies so I don’t have to go several days without my meds.

I've been trying all day to get ahold of someone in pharmacy to refill my script for in the morning. They will not answer the phone. I've done business with them for over 20 years and the last 6 months they have been going down hill.

Donna and Jessica have really made my experience with filling my meds, getting them covered by insurance correctly, and getting me the lowest price possible when insurance can't cover it. All of the staff are very pleasant and helpful and I'm very happy with using their service.

I'd never get my scripts anywhere else! The people greet me by name, are always in great happy moods, and when they don't have my full script they keep me stocked daily until it comes in Wich is usually only 1 or 2 days

I love coming here to get my prescription filled, and shop in the store. Everyone is so nice. I had went to Walgreens for a little bit but they was so rude so I started at CVS and they are so easy to work with. I cannot see me going to any other pharmacy but CVS in Decherd, TN.
