My little one has terrible separation anxiety. We get to go in the car and she shakes so terribly. When I tell her she’s going to see Carol, she gets excited. We get there and she can’t get out of the car the car fast enough. After having her (a rescue) 8 years I never boarded he bc of her fear. She does great an they will send you pictures daily. They also groom her so beautifully and at a reasonable price . A definite go-to for our anxious dog and this worry full mama!

This place is the absolute BEST!! I have had my dog groomed and boarded here and every experience has been wonderful. He always looks handsome when he comes home from a groom and is exhausted when he comes home from boarding. I know he is well loved and taken care of by the amazing staff at Bubbles and Bows!

Initially, we were delighted with this place for boarding and grooming. But after our second grooming, they unexpectedly raised the cost by $10 and saying our dog was too difficult during grooming. At the same time, they said the next such incident would cost another $15 extra. We were shocked because this policy was not posted nor were we informed of it in advance. Also, that is not something that we have any control over - no other groomer we've used has said any such thing about our dog. Hopefully, your experience will be better.P. S. The 'difficult' part above was stated as dog behavior not difficult to groom due to coat matting or such. She has never been bad behaving during grooming for any other groomer. That was what we found shocking about that statement. We have no control over how our dog behaves while under the groomer's care.

Our first visit with Bubbles and Bows was very good and our little 4 pound pom Jazzy looked great. The results from the 2nd visit were not so great. The 3rd visit I spent 30 to 45 minutes just evening her up, and she had two very large gaps on her. Bubbles and Bows said they were bare spots on her when they started grooming her. She had never had these before. In a very short time her hair grew back out where they gapped her. I should have demanded my 50.00 back. Will not be using them anymore. When I spoke to them on the phone they could have cared less. There are too many good groomers to settle. We had used Ms. Normas grooming for the past 10 plus years until she retired. We miss you Ms. Norma.

They were kind and sweet. They did a great job with my boy. He tends to be anti social with all dogs but when I picked him up, he was running around with a bunch of other dogs. I was shocked that he was behaving so well.He was clean and fresh and ready to rock n' roll. Very happy.

The ladies at 'Bubbles and Bows' are so nice and welcoming. They took my little Nash right on in and made me feel very comfortable about leaving him. When I came to pick him up, the lady showed me a video of him playing with the other dogs and it was comforting knowing that he had a good time there. Nash's haircut is so cute. I am very pleased with my experience and will definitely be back.

The first time I took my German shepherds here I had an awesome experience. I bragged to everyone about them. They smelled amazing and looked good too. They were done within 3 hours. The lady even had us pull on their hair to show us no loose hair would come off. I got the firmanator bath/groom for them which costs extra. I was so pleased with their work that day... Took both of my dogs back yesterday and got the firmanator done on them again however they were still wet when I picked them up and hair all in my vehicle where they were still wet and not brushed out like the first time. The dogs stayed there from 9:45 to till about 2:45 and I'm the one that called about them to see when they'd be finished because they close at 4.The dogs didn't even smell as good as the last time and nails on my female didn't look like they had been touched. I was highly disappointed in the results I got this time for the price I paid. We called yesterday left a voice mail for a call back. No one called us back, so I went in today and the girl I talked to acted like it was my dogs fault they didn't get the same treatment as last time. Yet, I still paid the same price. Smh...

Normally happy with the services here but my yorkie came home with missed patches all over her. She acted terrified since being home hiding under the bed. Not sure what happened but the grooming has been better.

Outstanding customer service, extremely knowledgeable with many different breeds of dogs and not easily intimidated by challenging breeds, top tier grooming job and best of all my dogs love going back so I know they are treated well. Wonderful experience every time I go.

Took my bichon in for a haircut a while back with explecit instructions NOT to cut any length off the tail. When i picked up a good 2-3 in were cut. Never to return

Not happy with the customer service we're not told it front we needed to bring proof of rabies vaccines after scheduling the appointment we get there and are told they cannot see us because we didn't have proof of rabies vaccines not a good way to run a business if this is something you require on new customers you should tell them up front so they don't waste their time
