Glad to review another Walmart beyond Rockwood. This store is always nice to go in. They have everything you need and offer to order stuff for in store pickup if needed. The store was clean and everything was organized. It wasn’t hard finding what I needed. My only complaint was the cameras that on the health and wellness aisles. They make an annoying dinging sound when they start recording and make me feel unwelcome in a way. I understand they are there to prevent shoplifting, but they end up making innocent people feel uncomfortable in the end.

Had to run in for a few last minute items. Pleasantly surprised it wasn’t too busy for the day before Thanksgiving. A few items I needed were not in stock but that’s was to be expected.

I ordered two separate 8 inch cakes from the deli to be made. The deli worker that I spoke with were very helpful! Whoever decorated the cakes did a fantastic job!! They look just like the pictures from the catalog, maybe even better! And the cakes tasted great, as well, they weren't dry or anything. I'm absolutely blown away by how excellent these cakes turned out!!

I have a slight stutter, and i was trying to get my prescription at the in-store pharmacy. I have never received a prescription or filled one with Walmart and i never will again. One of the older ladies at the front counter was rushing me and embarrassing me because i could not finish my sentence in the time she wished. And to me, it is very frustrating to be rushed when you have a stutter, let alone criticized for being too “quiet” or not talking fast enough for her liking.

Nice store & employees however they are still crookedly duping us with rice flour & we are buying it but i am returning mine until they make an honest batch of echinacia goldenseal that is what it says.And unlike other walmarts you have to pick up boxes between 6 & 7am which is the middle of the night for some of us....

By today's standards, this is SmallMart. Limited selection compared to bigger stores less than a half hour away. And things are often out of stock. Seems to be a lot of theft, too, judging by empty packaging. Better than not having one in town? Yes. As good as it could be? No.

The first thing I see when I walk in there is a woman not wearing a shirt, holding a naked baby, she has Luis Vuitton, Gucci pants, any way she then put the baby on the shelf and walked out, do better people

Clean Walmart supercenter. Friendly staff, came for the eclipse. They allowed a lot of people to congregate in their lot. Thank you guys for a great time.Images from the eclipse. First is the crazy shapes of the shadows. The second was during totality, at 2:30pm.

Yesterday evening was nice, not nearly as busy and I went through aLine with a " live cashier" which was so nice and the young man was super friendly and made the experience much better. They need more young people that are good customer service people. The last 2 times I have gone to Dayton Walmart I went through the cashier line and the young men were real nice and friendly. Thanks Dayton Walmart for having a cashier for people to go through instead of self checkout.

Listen, there are walmarts everywhere in this world. But the one here in Dayton is fabulous. And it's all due to the amazing customer service I receive every time I'm here. God bless our little town, and it's sweet people.

Shelves are poorly stocked. Items you have gotten for years suddenly no longer there, NO MANAGEMENT PRESENT. Very few lines open but always bunch of employees standing around in groups talking.

Asked for help ringing up dog food by the dozen an am told Walmart wants you to ring up each item. So then I ring in 2 extra by mistake and 4 workers standing chatting, I just left. Not one register open and if it was the line would be out the door. Self check out is free labor (you) and now they won't even assist at self check out????Soon it will be a ware house where we all wait in the heat to receive thru the parking lot....

I just left this Walmart and I didn't like how I was treated. I saw some receipts that were tossed away and I got them to get points in an app I have to get prizes, I was stopped and told to give them back and that I was "stealing from customers" I wasn't stealing them because they were tossed away that's the same as people dumpster diving and getting items that stores didn't want anymore or someone roaming threw peoples trash thats at the road that's saying you don't want it anymore. I don't dumpster dive or roam threw people's trash but I know the law and I didn't like how I was treated picking up a receipt or two. So I'll continue my shopping at the other Walmart that I usally go to and then go back to this one until I really need to like I had to for today.
