Love this place. They have some of the most unusual food items in there. I live in Florida and every time I go to Dayton I go there and stock up. They have very nice cuts of meat and last time I visited I packed a cooler bag of meats to take home!

Most things are just fine here but the old white haired cashier is absolutely the rudest guy and has said rude things to me my daughter and my great grandbabies. Surely they could find someone better than this old jerk

Usually really like ugo. The cashier over range my order by $15 at least. I got 30 10 for a $ items they charged $15 instead of $3. Called manager he refunded $11 must be new math 15-3 should have been $12. Left went through the order at home had 4 two for a $ items that was charged $1 each. Had two more $1 charges than I had items 1+2+2= $5 overcharge on this trip. Started at $45 which seemed high. Change to $34, but should have been $29. I don't like being cheated

So much cheaper than a regular grocery store. I go and shop UGO first and get what I can use. Then go to a regular grocery store and get items to go with what I bought. I can have a buggy full at UGO for $150. Excellent prices! Go to Walmart you buy five things for a $150.

This store is a breath of fresh air....a new Manager and it is a delight to go shopping in a refreshed store......the best kept secret in the area....all should know if this store to get organic products at a fraction of the price.....✴️✴️✴️✴️✴️✴️✴️

The prices are good and they have good things sometimes but you have to watch out for the bad things too. Like expired products. Yesterday was the first time I'd ever seen spoiled meat in this particular store. It was gross. And this door to me is very dirty and not clean-looking. There are some things I can look past but the spoiled meat is not one of them.

Always clean, well-stocked and organized store. Every employee has been super nice and helpful on all of my weekly visits since I found out about UGO 2+ yrs ago. I love the bargains and all the prices are affordable. Great selection always, even many specialty (i.e. Organic) items at fair market value. Well worth my time and dollars!

My wife and I love this grocery store. Their prices cannot be beat anywhere in town. Racks of baby back ribs, Lil smokies, cheese, eggs, or, etc are always really low. And if you eat and drink like my family does then you are missing out on some great deals!!

UGO is a place where you can find pretty good stuff and even brand name products when you visit at the right time. You do need to be mindful of expiration dates so please look and make your decision to get it or not. It is still a place where you can save quite a bit compared to big grocery stores. Worth checking it out if you are minding your pennies.

One of my favorite places to buy snacks for work and for my little ones! Prices are always low and they have a nice variety of different things. But be sure to check dates on things. And if you see something you like, get it while it's there or it will probably be gone by the next time you're there.

Great prices! Only one concern, my friend almost bought a ham that was out of date. We went to take it to the grocery manager and he told us that the hams had been frozen and then thawed so the date wasn't accurate. I think it's still of concern and confusing. I think it would be better if they just kept the hams frozen and sold them as such. Just my opinion.

It's an outlet store, so expect that when you go in. Odd and unexpected brand names and suspect expiration dates. However they do have nice looking selections of meats. They also have frozen seafood types that you won't find at your local Walmart.

Big brand Tea bags for a buck and 1lb applegate organic bacon for 2 bucks. We even scored several boxes of Challenge butter for $1. These items can hold up in the freezer pretty well to. Usually if prices were this cheap you'd expect them to be close to expiration like other discount grocers near rhea county dump but im impressed.. not here.. Found some giant chicken legs and their ground meat and pork are high quality and extremely low cost compared to Food City. We always come here to buy our meat groceries and to fill our freezers. They don't sell any fish but you can find great low prices on black angus steak and chuck roasts and the meat tastes great. The customer service and cashiers as well as the manager are extremely welcoming and helpful too!

A wider variety & far better prices than anywhere in town. The staff is very helpful, polite, & pleasant. The only thing that keeps me from going more often is that I leave with so much food that I almost need a second refrigerator after one visit.
