My husband and I bought a new push mower at Tractor Supply about 2 weeks ago. When we got it home and read through the set up instructions several times, we still could not get the pull rope to extend so that the blades would start. My husband called the store and we were told to bring the mower back to the store since it appeared it was not functional. When we got to the store last Friday we went in the store to get a cart and assistance in getting the lawn mower out of the back of the truck (both my husband and I have health problems). The first person we saw to request help from was Amanda. Amanda was awesome! She came out to the truck and helped get the mower out of the truck and then rolled it over to the outside bay doors and showed us what we had done incorrectly in the set up step. She set the lawn mower at the correct setting and it started right up so we were able to bring it back home. Amanda is absolutely a 5 star employee and an awesome associate of the Dayton Tractor supply! Thank you Amanda!!

I cannot say enough good things about this, Tractor Supply. The last time that the manager, Amanda went out of her way to help me. I I knew I wanted to write a review and I didn’t get around to it. I’m not going to let that get by me this time. Not only did she help me last time to redeem my rewards points, and actually helped me price match all of my items since I was going to have to go to the Athens Tractor Supply, but this time I forgot that they closed on Sunday and so when I went to pick up my curbside pick up, they were already closed! They had been close for 10 minutes, but nevertheless, she allowed me to pick up my items at the front door. The other manager Amanda literally helped me roll up to Matt so I can shove them in my car when my truck was in the shop. Both of them have gone above and beyond, and I could not be more grateful! The employees they have right now are happy and eager to help you in anyway that they can!

I went into the store like I always do and I asked a man that was working there for some assistance and he was very rude to begin with and then after he failed to help me find a spark plug for my generator he walked up to the lady that is the manager there and told her that he saw me put something in my pocket so he was going to follow me! I actually was getting my magnifying glass out of my pocket so that I could see the stuff in the store. I have spent thousands of dollars in this store but as of today I have spent my last dollar with them!! I actually have $4,000 in my pocket at the moment because I just lost my mother last week and the money is my part of some of her life insurance. Thanks a lot employees of tractor supply for making me feel lower than trash and hurting mine and my wife's feelings!!!! We will NEVER shop with your store again and we will be telling everyone we know about how you all done me and I'm betting you are going to lose my family's and friends business as well!!!! I hope you sleep well tonight knowing that you accused a innocent man of doing something wrong!!!

The person that came out to fill up my on board propane tank in my RV, didn’t quite understand the importance of signaling the driver. They were young, and I hope my reminder will help. We had a great conversation about where she was from and the restaurants she liked here. The cashier is absolutely the friendliest cashier I have ever witnessed! I asked her if they have employee of the month rewards, and that she should win, hands-down. I didn’t even mind standing in line as she was so fun to listen to. Talk about customer service!

JUN '23 Update: Not so much on the friendly staff on my last two visits, so I must knock-off a star.Very friendly staff and helpful with finding things when I've needed them. It has been a great place to go for deals on toolboxes, ratchet straps, tools, and other stuff that I've gotten there. Their website is helpful before venturing to the store. I use it to comparison shop a bit.

Had everything I needed for my chickens and dogs. They have a lot of useful things in stock that I never noticed before, such as wrapping paper and Christmas decorations. Definitely a great experience for me. They didn't have the 60 inch E-Tracks that I was looking for in the store but I was able to order them online with free same day delivery, but since I ordered so late in the day I should have them tomorrow.

I just moved to Tennessee from Northern Illinois where we had a store called farm & fleet that always had what I was looking for now that I moved to Tennessee they are not down this far they're all local family-owned place the tractor supply I was glad to see is very much the same nice people everything I could need reasonably priced clean store definitely where I will be going for any of my industrial needs.

I was trying to just buy a screw driver to change my taglight bulb and one of the associates went above and beyond her job. She let me borrow a one and even came and helped me change my bulbs. I totally forgot her name but she was awesome. There need to be more associates like her in this world. I'm almost certain her hair was a reddish blonde color. Anyways thank you so much for your help that night mam

I have a new kitten and had nothing for it and no idea where to start. I brought it in a carrier and was able to take it out, everyone was so sweet. Two ladies were very helpful to get me the things I needed and went above and beyond to help me.

Though most of the time I have a great experience here and look past the fact this location price gouges and is always out of something, I can not look over this cashier questioning when I told her a price match. Instead of questioning me in front of other customers, she could have easily called the several Other locations an seen that in fact was right. I spend a fortune supporting and TSC for my farm supply (10k to 15k yearly) Receipts for proof, however, they can look it up and see as well. I’m a good paying customer and don’t appreciate being questioned like that in front of other customers. I have go to several TSC because this location is ALWAYS out of stock so Im we’ll versed in the pricing... This location is always very high, So please check with other TSC before buying at this location. If the cashier would like to see my hundreds of receipts just from this year alone on the prices she is more than welcome. It’s fine to double check the price but it is not OK to question a customer like that in front of other customers, after questioning me, I told her to call them, she then went on and said they never answer, after paying I went out and called the other location to verify the price, I was off the call in 48 seconds! I will make sure to go out of my way not to use this location unless absolutely necessary!

I had a great experience. I went in for a spark plug for my lawn mower. An associate, Tiffany, asked if she could help, smiled the entire time, like she was happy to help me, and like she really enjoys her job. I left with the part I needed, and feeling overall in a great mood.

Walked in there for same nails early morning Monday, bitter and stiff from the elements offerungs. It was cold... Overcast & un-predictable w/ scattered flurries accompanied by the betraying howl of a wind chill SO foul, revenge had to put on a sweater.Excellent clearance sale going on as they replace the old w/ new products. I highly recommend the visit during these times. Staff was the most polite & intuitive group of individuals I have seen in years. Hats off to them, cheers !!!
