Although there was a misunderstanding regarding the voucher I had, and I thought it covered the complete spay and a rabies vaccine and I was very upset because I found out I owed $60.00, the veterinarian there remained calm and was nice to me. They called and followed up on Millie Bird and she is doing great!

Dr. Molly Shaw and her team have been so gracious and helpful with getting my furbaby ready for international travel. Doc is attentive to his needs, patient with my stress-induced questions, and their services are very fair-priced. The staff at Rhea Pet MC are gentle and caring, and I couldn't recommend them enough.

Staff are all friendly, patient and caring. The vet is attentive and mindful of your concerns regarding your pet. My girl doesn't travel well, and doesn't handle people she doesn't know well either, but (aside from being understandably displeased about her shots) does as well, or better, than she has with other vets here.

Love the vet but my dog is 9 years old and this was the absolute worst grooming experience we have ever had. She was there for 7 hours, the cut looks horrible, and they cut her neck. They shaved her so short, I’m not sure her hair will even grow back. 100% do not recommend this groomer.

Emergency with my 9 month old cat took me here. The veterinary staff was great! They took my cat back immediately and communicated with Dr. Roddy via video call. Treatment was started within 10 minutes of our arrival. Dr. Roddy kept me updated with phone calls throughout the day and discussed the treatment plan, which included keeping Skittles through the weekend for IV fluids, meds, and observation. I am very happy with the services I received. The only downfall was the amount charged. It's getting to where most people can't afford to care for animals anymore, and that is unfortunate for many reasons.

5 years ago...I brought in my injured cat, Tactar The Magnificent, and they were very compassionate and fixed him right up. 2023...I took my pup to 2 different vets. Each one gave me a different diagnosis. How do you know who to believe? Prices have gone up considerably.

Dr. Roddy and her staff are the BEST. You feel the compassion and love for animals as soon as you enter their facility. They have treated all four of our guys, would not have had anybody else, so blessed they are in our area.

If you’re experiencing end of life care for your pet, this is the most inhumane vet to take care of your pet. Do not believe them when they tell you, you will get a call back for an emergency. Either my cries for help were ignored or no one takes care of the boarded animals. When I’m ready for another pet, this will not be my choice of a vet. It’s been days and I still have not had my calls returned. Pick a vet that is compassionate and humane. Not this one!

Love the facility, the services, the staff, and especially Dr Roddy. Sure, it's not the cheapest place in town, but it's also nowhere near the most expensive. Less only in wallet strain, though - as good or better in every other way.

Hello everyone, this place was the one and only place that actually took the kitten that we had that was sick with no issues and tried to help it. Unfortunately the kitten passed away today due to its health. (Not due to Rhea Pet Medical Center). I tried many of other vets and places that I called all morning trying to get him help before he got way worse. Finally found this place and they took him in. Once again thank you guys for your kindness and for trying to help the stray kitten! You will always have my appreciation and thanks. God bless you all.

The staff is very nice and the Doctors take great care of all our animals whether they are sick, hurt, or boarding. We take our 4 dogs and 3 cats from young to senior and love the care our animals get. Very happy to have an affordable option with great care..

I took my Piper and Hugsie there to get their check ups, heartworm tests and pro heart 6 shots. They have a great staff, and the Dr was super sweet. I think I finally found a vet a trust with my dogs...

Friendly, polite and helpful staff. We got a rescue St Bernard and took him there for his vaccines, ID chipping and neutering. They also boarded him for 4 days. He was treated well and they called and took pics to show how well he got on with children. Could not be more pleased with the services provided and would definitely recommend this vet to others.

Dr Roddy was recommended by a cat rescue here in Spring City. Making an appointment was easy and when I went in for my first visit, Dr Roddy was very friendly attentive and very knowledgeable. She went above and beyond the call of duty to try to save my cat that had been seen by a different vet that was negligent in his due diligence to diagnose my cat over a three week period that she was in his possession.My cat was experiencing diabetes and Dr. Roddy immediately did blood work, checking for UTI and kidney damage as well as other conditions. My cat was placed on insulin immediately and was also being treated for her kidneys (kitty dialysis). She responded well to the insulin and bounced back, but her vitals for her kidneys showed that her vitals were not improving and her kidneys were failing. She remained at Dr Roddy's facility and Dr Roddy checked in on her personally throughout the weekend. Dr Roddy in my opinion did everything that she possibly could do to try to save my cat. Too much time lapsed and she was peacefully passing away.She passed four days later.I'm very pleased with Dr Roddy and highly recommend her to anybody looking for an awesome veterinarian. She really does care and goes above and beyond the call of duty to try to care for your animal!Thank you again Dr Roddy for the awesome job! Any future pets I will definitely bring them to you!God bless!

Dont erase THIS review! What happened to my review?? How did you take it off?? Like I said in the review that disappeared, I took my dog in to be groomed. Not only did they not groom her but she came home and became unable to move, then started having trouble breathing all night. She died about 3am that night. I only wanted her groomed and they made me drop her off and leave her in there if I wanted her groomed.Yes, she was sick but she was doing just fine when I took her in. She was walking around and doing fine before I left her there. You'll never admit to hurting my baby but God will give you what you deserve.

Came here with my daughter to bring her little puppy. The tech came to the car to test him for parvovirus. It came back positive 😢 They were so kind. We didn't have enough money to have him hospitalized so they got medicine for us to treat him at home and had came out to give him a booster of fluids to help him. But sadly he passed away while we were there. The tech got the vet who immediately came out and was so compassionate and caring at a time that was heartbreaking for my daughter. I would highly recommend them!

They are wonderful and not over priced as some veterinarians can be. I started taking my senior dog there in 2019 because I preferred their cancer treatment plan better than my other vet. Also they don't try to upsell you just to make more money. Very pleased with the entire staff. After our 14 year old dog passed we now have a new puppy and Rhea Pet Medical is where we are taking him. Yes, I would highly recommend them.

Having just moved to the area from out of state, rhea was the first to show up on Google. I have 4 cats and 1 dog and the receptionist let me register all of them over the phone without an issue. My oldest boy Lister was having some sneezing issues and the Dr was very nice and understanding. Definitely recommend!.A few years later and Dr Roddy is our go to, and we love our vet!

Took my precious puppy in Monday, not knowing how bad he really was. The staff and Dr determined it was parvo and started getting meds lined up for him and a shot of fluids. As my baby Sonic laid in my lap and the tech was giving him the fluids, he unfortunately passed away. The tech ran in and got Dr Roddy and she ran out to see if there was anything she could do. But it was too late. My buddy was so small that it would have took an absolute miracle to get him better. I lost it. My heart broke. Dr Roddy stood there and held me and let me cry on her shoulder. I had only had him 3 days but it was the best 3 days of my life. The compassion and love the staff showed me, made me like family to them and it’s something I’ll cherish forever.Thank you all from the bottom of my heart. RIP to my little buddy Sonic: I miss you

I really don't know where to begin. Our 13 year old border collie had to be rushed in for an emergency visit. We are new to area so we hadn't found the vet that we "just loved". I called ahead and they said bring her even though it was 45 minutes until closing. We found out that her issues would require her to be crated for at least 2 weeks because she was in a lot of pain. My daughter decided that it would be cruel to put her through this because she is a herding dog and she herds us 24/7. That's just not who she is. So she made the decision to let her go to doggy heaven. Dr. Roddy and the staff were wonderful! We have found our new home that we "just love". I would highly recommend this clinic. I just wish they treated horses!

Dr. Roddy and her staff have been treating my 17 year old boy, Scooby , for a couple years now. They have always been amazing, kind, compassionate, and well-educated. They made it as easy as it possibly could have been to send my dog to heaven yesterday. They are the ones that have the hard job! Thank a vet and their staff today.

The vet is never in office, and if she is it takes hours for her to see my dog. I don’t recommend this vet unless your willing to wait all day for a simple visit or emergency. Staff is friendly but as a vets office, the doctor should be there consistently or have more than one doctor.

I boarded my two dogs here for a night and was so nervous! I did not know what to expect, as I had never been here before. However, as soon as I walked in, I was impressed. This facility is very clean and new. The lady that takes care of the kennel (Reyna) was so kind and sweet to us and our pups. I will definitely use this place in the future!!

Not sure if whoever does the grooming is on staff there or called in for that job but my pet's fur was not cut. Nails were done and her face was trimmed up a bit and she was bathed but that was all.
