I have shopped at this dollar general since I was a kid & as of today I’m official done with it. I am a digital coupon user & I always scan every item before placing it in my buggy. I have never had an issue with anyone fixing my total if it doesn’t match my phone. They can see my items on my phone match the items in my bags. But ever since Connie has been there it’s been a huge issue to get a resolution. I’ve let it slide a few times & went ahead & paid the total they gave me instead of what my total should have been. I went in today & the lady called Connie & explained to her what she was seeing on my phone & in the bags. The lady stressed to her I had the right items for the coupons that were on my phone. She even took a photo of my phone & sent to Connie. Even with the proof she only offered to honor half the coupon & refused anything more. So I left all my items & I went to the one beside Rhea Middle school. I got all the same items, used all the same coupons & had zero issues.

Very nasty and unprofessional staff. No masks worn by employees or customers. Gross. Had not been swept in weeks it appears.

I went in for juice. They was stocking the shelves. One lady moved stuff so could get juice. As soon as I walked away the other employee said the nerve of people can't they see we have a Job to do how rude of her. Well that is my last trip there. I will drive to Walmart next time.

While I was shopping, two employees walked past me several times saying nothing. I'm not from here & actually needed help finding something. I had to approach one about pricing on an item. She gave the price & quickly walked away. Not "Can I help you find anything else". Other customers walked in and were greeted with "Hello", "How are you today", "Good morning". I quickly realized it's not they can't greet customers, rather the pleasantries are reserved for "certain customers". I'm sure it wouldn't be hard to guess what ethnicity I am. Last I check, all of our money spends the same.

I will begin with I came 30 minutes before they close with that being said the store was in really good shape nothing on the floor. As soon as I walked in, my eyes went directly to 3 or 4 clearance storage bins.. I asked the cashier if I can look through them because I recognized a ton of clearance things , she said she did not know whether it was or what with left in them. I just think she was just ready to get done w/work and I understand that, but you know how that feeling is when you feel like somebody doesn't want u there ... soooo I'm not so sure if I'll go to this 1 again .. this is the one across from Sonic ... In Richland Park..

I know they have a job to do. But their was so much stock out to put on the shelves that you couldn't get to anything I went in for. So, I just left. Just a suggestion. But, you can't work on that many at one time. Just bring out a few out a time instead of lining them up in front of whole isles and many isles at at a time.

This is one of the cleaner dollar general location I've seen. At the time of my visit there were no u-boats lining the isles and they didn't seem to have the stocking issues other locations have had recently. Hope they keep up the good work here!

They have a little of most everything and you can be in and out fairly quickly. Prices are good. They have unique things you won't find at Walmart. I have also found some good books there which surprised me

For the most part I will give DG 5 stars for products. For neatness and ease of finding items I will give 5 stars to one of the 5 stores I have visited in my area 3 for my closest store and 2 for the other remaining 3 stores. I prefer shopping DG over Wal-Mart for the ease of access. It is less congested, employees more helpful and friendly. On my 5 star store, the manager and staff keep it exceptionally neat and clean, stock is on the shelves and not in all of the aisles so there aren't any trip hazards, and home decor is arranged in a very pleasing manner allowing customers to see availability and possibilites.

They are always real helpful. Sometimes seem a little uptight. But thats expected. Really wish they would get more acrylic paints in though. My only complaint.

Young guy cashier knows nothing about credit cards and how to make one go thru. Stood there 5 minutes before he helped them ran my card 10 times before I told him to just cancel it and I walked out. Train your people!

Close to my house, has just about everything I need and it keeps me from having to go to the big shopping centers..its never to crowded and the employees are always helpful and polite

It's an older dollar general so the store is kinda small. You'll find most items that you would find in the newer stores.
