Love stopping at Pilots! They're always clean and have variety of snacks and food or necessities for a trip! Good place to get gas and stretch a little after being on the road for several hours. We stopped here on our way up north to New York. It was fast pleasant stop.

A nice travel center, cheap gas when compared to near by stations , the think I loved here is they maintain the gas station well and convenience store is nice. Windshield cleaning solution on each bay is clean , fresh and new. I specifically went on each pump to check and they clearly maintain that and not like many stations with some dirty water solution. Kudos to the staff maintaining this.

Horrible set up, impatient ass drivers who won't wait for you to finish backing before shoving by almost hitting us. Hardee's next door is a plus, a few other food options within walking distance.

Very clean gas station and travel center. Had the lowest gas price in the area. Bathroom was very clean. Equipment is well maintained. Appreciated the long handled squeegees and clean solution for washing my car windows! Many stations either don't have squeegees at all or have squeegees but don't maintain the window cleaning solution. I've only encountered one other service station in my travels that had these squeegees. Staff was friendly.

Worst truck stop ever! I'm feeling diesel right now and guy, that works here Brandon don't want give me hot water for free, like other , I mean all truck stops gave before. I always took hot water to take my pills at the morning. Thank you curly guy Brandon!

I usually stop there at night, it’s a preferred stop for fueling discount.I think I understand why, they may be trying to encourage activity, very few sane of mind truck drivers would go there on their own volition.Getting there is not a walk in the park, with steep uphills and odd layout. The fuel island area is tight. There’s no room to pull up when done, so it slows down the whole process. If cars are parked along the edge in front of the islands, it makes it difficult to get out. Extra handicap added if you have a spread axle. On your way out, watch out for the gigantic pothole, which you can’t really avoid entirely, and prepare for a steep, narrow uphill with a stop sign at the end. Lots of fun.Other than that, the store is ok. Toilets aren’t spotless and sometimes lack toilet paper, but I guess the night crew is stretched thin, and it’s more or less the same everywhere. Employees are usually very nice and helpful.Edit: as of October 31st, the big pothole was patched. Thanks!

The store is excellent however I am not sure who the girl is in subway with the long reddish hair but she is extremely rude and has an attitude. She has very poor customer service. I have been here before when a gentleman worked there all by himself and a long line and he didn’t have an attitude . Subway needs to hire someone else if she cannot work with customers nicely. No one was in her line. I was there 1/2/23 about 500pm

Hubs and I are team drivers and we stopped here for the night. Upon arrival my husband went inside to use the restroom. Afterwards, we both entered the store to shower. the showers were clean but very small. Later in the evening, we sat in the truck making sandwiches so hubs went inside to get some chips and drinks... that's when the fellow working behind the counter proceeded to ask my husband if we were staying on property. my husband replied yes we are but asked why he was asking. the man says it's because he had seen us in the store a few times and was just curious 🤨. We have been OTR for 3 years and have traveled through every state on the mainland and have never been questioned this way at any truck stop. My husband proceeded to ask the employee "do I not look like a truck driver?" the man simply replied that he likes to know who's on property.My husband is a 6 foot latino with tattoos and a goatee. Not sure if he was being racially profiled but he felt very uneasy about this guy's questions. The guy was a short white dude wearing a grey button down so he may have been a manager. Regardless ... we will not be patronizing this Pilot in the future. Very rude

Average Pilot, nothing special. All parking is angled for trucks and a small turn around. Not alot of spots. Decent food in walking distance.

Went in to store and noticed that front area and coffee area were not very clean. The rest of the store was fine though so maybe a busy morning?. As I was getting my coffee I looked around everywhere for sugar and found that there was none left. I had asked an older female employee for some and she seemed to be frustrated because there should’ve been some there which there wasn’t. She then came and checked and saw there actually were no sugar packets or sugar. She seemed frustrated by this fact. After about 10 minutes another employee (maybe a manager) came out with a bin of sugar packets. Come to find out that there indeed were sugar packets right in front of me but I did not notice as they were totally different packaging than what sugar is regularly packed in. When I explained that I had found the sugar she made a face and seemed extremely upset and slammed the bin down on the counter and went to do something else. I could understand how this could be frustrating especially if it’s a bit busy but as a director of a customer service department I believe this was horrible service. She should’ve came out and explained that sugar is there but it may look different from what I’m used to. I mean even the first employee missed it. If a customer needs guidance it’s their job to help. No matter how busy it is, how frustrated that employee may be or any other situation. Every customer needs to be handled properly which would make the transaction and the customer experience a lot faster. Instead you got a customer that’s confused not knowing what exactly to do not knowing if to wait or to leave and all he gets is 2 frustrated employees. Not very professional guys. I just needed some sugar. Which was right in front of me without me knowing. It would’ve taken about 20 seconds to come from the counter and say “sir this is the sugar here. If you need some more let me know!” Simple!

Gas at good prices!Nice clean, well laid out parking area. Handicap accessible, clearly marked.The bathrooms were spotless. A worker came in and cleaned the sink area just as i went in. It wasn't dirty, but he said it was time for it to be cleaned. The toilets were shining they were so clean.The entire store was as spotless as the restrooms. The hot food area didn't have one drip of sauce anywhere, and all the options were clearly marked.I spoke to both a worker and the manager to commend them on cleanliness of store. They were both super friendly, and spoke of the pride they take in their positions. The manager said her people are the best workers she has ever had.The only downside was that i didn't win the jackpot on the scratchoff ticket I bought!

Store was very clean. But the lady working night shift Friday morning March the 11th at 12:30 is very rude she just not know customer service at allShe watches you like you're trying to do something like you're trying to steal something. Very offended by that. But mostly I was also offended by her attitude. I can't believe y'all work people as rude as her. She apparently does not like her job at. I mean if you don't like where your job go somewhere else. Don't be rude to customers. Because I am local and I'm not sure if I won't ever come back there or not because of her.. I'm not sure what her name was but she had kind of long kind of gray looking hair dark circles under her eyes just rude rude rude rude cuz I like to say she does not need to be working there

Well stopped to grab a snake or two. An the customer service was great. Not alot of room for parking but great area to grab a quick snack or just sit an eat. Meet a young lady name Jess she was very helpful and patient. An showed great southern hospitality. Showers was clean and also food was fresh and hot. Follow me on Tik Tok@Geewhiz00. I've been to dozens of Pilots Travel Centers, and this one is the 4th best. The octane ratings were EXACT. The coffee was fresh. The restrooms were spotless and smelled okay. And - best of all - the parking was FREE! But no valet, so there's that.

Pilot travel center is a good place to stop. It’s easy on and off the interstate and there’s a place to park overnight if you want. We parked the bus overnight in the parking lot and kept travel in the next day. It’s really nice because you can get up in the morning after sleeping in a vehicle all night and go in and have a shower if you want and a hot meal. The bathrooms are clean and the service is good. And the fuel is basically same price as everywhere else.

This is a small Truck Stop. For what I experienced, the women bathroom was nice and clean, the whole store was organized and clean. We even found home made goodies.... Just for the truckers, the entrance is in the bottom of the hill, and the exit is at the top of the hill. Hope this helps... oh! And the manager was Soo nice and funny. Thanks!!

Friendly staff. Not very easy to get truck in and out of. Very small and tight parking also. No hot food. Tired of seeing subway everywhere. Shower was nice and clean, towels didn’t smell fresh though. Typical Pilot. Nothing exciting. Wish they had bean to cup coffee here.

Some of the cleanest bathrooms I’ve ever encountered while traveling the interstate! Clerk #690 was such a pleasant, happy person! She seemed to enjoy her job and I appreciate her waiting on me with such enthusiasm and a positive attitude!

Great place to stop for cars but a little less room to maneuver an RV. Ours is only 32 feet long. The fact that this was VERY busy and there was tight maneuvering necessary caused the 4 stars instead of 5. Service inside was great and restrooms were clean.
