My family loves Jeff Co Drug Center. We will not go anywhere else. Everyone there is so helpful. The pharmacist is the best around. If you are looking for a good hometown pharmacy where everyone knows your name look no further than jeff co drugs. Having to get medications is never a fun thing but we love seeing everyone there when we go by there. My dogs even love going because they get big milk bones. This is one of the few true down home pharmacy's left. The staff are always friendly and they genuinely care about customers. Inside is always very clean. Service is always great and timely. If you have questions about your medicine feel free to ask. Most of the larger pharmaceutical establishments act like you are a burden, just another number. At Jeff-Co in Dandridge you are treated like family.

I'm truly impressed with Charlie and his staffs ability to remember all of his customers and the details of our lives.. I didn't have insurance for a long while and take quite a few medications,they always have tried to find the best prices for the customers in this position..I love going there,I'm always met with the warmest hellos and how's your family and new granddaughter..I feel very fortunate to have a pharmacist like charlie, sometimes they are as crucial as your doctor at ensuring quality of life.. Without a doubt this is where you should go if you live in the area..

I was told that they didn't have my medication via Hannah that works here and she called told me she found it up the street at food city she was transferring my prescription there they had my medication and come to find out I spoken to the pharmacy at food city and the thing is No they do NOT HAD THE MEDICATION EVEN IN STOCK thanks and way to go the thing is just be honest it's been 4 days ago my Dr called in this medication I've yet to hear from anyone from Jeffco I had to call this Saturday morning and then I still got the run around just to get booted never again
