Went to the store on 12/18/2023 @ around 2:20. I went to check out using self check out and scanned everything totalling around 50.00. I typed phone number in to use digital coupons and only one came off. (Lowest price out of all of course). I pulled the app up and looked and verified that the coupons matched the product I scanned and also verified the digital coupon sticker one the shelf which also matched. I clicked help button on the screen and the man running the register came over and typed his numbers in and said "there you go", and walked away. I then pressed it again. I waited for a few mins and he came back over and I said " the digital coupons didn't work so I want to take those items off". He stated he didn't have the credentials to do that and walked away. He then softly called out to Danny which is the store managers name. Danny never showed. I kept waiting looking around for the other 2 store employees with no one being located. The man behind the register again said a little louder, "Danny" with no response. I then said myself, " could I get a little help please woth no response. I then left everything and told them he could remove it all and walked out. I called corporate and left a complaint as well. This is unacceptable! 3 employees and no one could help!

Pretty typical of a Dollar General these days. Staffing problems are normal with a store being around every few miles. The people here often have to work harder due to being alone on shifts from time to time.For those interested this is not a location that sells alcohol.

Not one employee or customer except me was wearing a mask or face covering even though a sign is clearly posted on entry door..the cashier didn't disinfect before I gave him my items either..

The customer service at this location is really pitiful. Not once have I even been spoke to by a employee at this location. Not even at the cash register. The cashier doesn't even say one word when she is ringing me up, not the first word! And this has happened several times with the same cashier. I know she can talk because her and another employee was complaining about the manager and their schedule one night when I was shopping, but again when she rang me up still never spoke to me. I am really surprised this girl still has a job with the company.

This Dollar General gets 5 stars flat out. The nice young lady, Amanda I believe here name is or maybe Amber, in either case she asked what we wanted bagged with what, i.e she knew we wouldn't want soap products bagged with food items, yet still made sure that is exactly how we wanted.Also the store was clean and fresh smelling. Which us saying quite a lot about any store.All the employees seemed glad to see us and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The management is top notch in my book to have found such great,friendly, outstanding people!Good on ya crew!!!

This Dollar General Store on 92 is very open and spacious. Enough room in the aisles to push your cart through! Wide variety of items with a great food fridge/freezer items to get your daily needs. Clean store with friendly staff!

I am so disappointed in this location.The store is filthy. You can walk down the isles for product that needs to be put up. The employees are rude. And I have bought numerous items that were expired.New management needed ASAP.

Clean establishment and friendly service. No troubles finding anything and the lady that worked first shift Monday May 13th was super helpful and friendly. I’ll definitely be doing a lot of my shopping there.

First time visiting this store its the biggest one i have been in. The store was super clean nothing stacked in the aisles it felt great to walk down the aisle and not have to maneuver around things to find what i was looking for the staff very friendly and offering to help you

This store is my favorite of all Dollar General. It ALWAYS cleaned and stocked. Everyone is super friendly. And the aisles are never clogged with stock.

This is the only Dollar General that I will visit in the multiple ones around me. Clean (no more dodging stacks of boxes and clutter), organized (no more unorganized piles of madness) and oh my gosh...friendly!!!!

Foundwwon't I need quickly clean, and cheaper than Walmart, and believe it or not very friendly directed me right where it as no just wondering where it was, so surprising.A+
