Great store, perfect location to pick up last minute vacation items! Sherri and Tyler are AWESOME! This store is the cleanest, best organized Dollar General Store I've ever shopped in. Had to make two trips today (needed a loaf of bread). The customer service is TOP NOTCH! We were greeted upon entering, thanked and told to come back again when we are in the area. I appreciate the AWESOME CUSTOMER SERICE! Kudos to Sherri and Tyler!

Don't remember leaving the review I put up four years ago. So I'm editing it, store is nice, organized and has most things in stock, never had a problem with finding anything. If I am correct, Tyler, should be the current store manager. He's always helpful, nice, and always asks how we're doing. One of the BEST store managers. Everyone else who works there is nice and helpful. This is one of my most preferred DG stores to go to.

I go in here A LOT and the only complaint I have is two of the employees. One being one of the managers. He’s usually in there of a evening. He’s a bigger guy with long dark brown beard and hair kinda shorter. He’s never friendly nor helpful. If he rings you up do NOT expect a hi how are you or a your total or or a have a good thank you NOTHING. By far manager material. The other is a older blonde lady. She actually tried to keep my coupons one time when i told her they didn’t come off my total so I would like them back. The place is kinda cluttered, but what can you do, its a small store. The lady manager that works of a morning, bravo to her. She’s more than excellent. Great attitude extremely friendly and very helpful. You need to demote the guy manager who seems to never have a name tag if he’s gonna act like a child.

The store is nice and pretty well organized. The staff is OK. When I came in the guy at the register was on his phone and when I can up to check out his was still on his phone. It seems to be the norm these days with younger kids but I like to be greeted and talked to and not feel like I am interupting something.

This place isn't bad, I go here quite often. Today at around 10am I went in and only needed three things and knew right where they were and was in a bit of a hurry. It didn't take me but a minute to find those things..I stood at the register for about 5 min before I started getting frustrated because no one was showing up. There's two girls working that shift. Why am I waiting there that long to have 3 items rung up? All I'm saying is if I had a mask and a hat on, I could have just easily walked out the store with those item and no one working there would have noticed...

Cashier was nice, but wants to carry on a conversation with customer that was already checked out. When 2 people are standing in line and a third get in line. You need help!!!!! A bit An organized. Small. But the good they had what I need. Therefore I'm thankful

Went to check out with 6 items, all of which I had digital coupons for. All but one rung up wrong, 15 to 35 cents higher than marked on the shelf. The guy that checked me out acted like I was suppose to be ok with the fact they were more than marked. The guy that was stocking the shelves were I got one if the items from walked by and I asked what the price was on that item and he said it was $3, what was marked on the shelf. The guy that checked me out told him it rung up $3.15 and the guy stocking the shelves said to change it, not the customers fault. I told him about the other 4 that rung up wrong and he told the other guy to change them as well. The guy checking me out said "how do we know he isn't just saying they are wrong?" Which is why they're getting the 2 stars. The guy stocking said it isn't like half the store isn't ringing up wrong so go look if you want. I walked with him, which he didn't like and said, "it isn't our fault, they change the stuff in the computers before they send us the price markers for the shelves." Well, it isn't our (the customers) fault for sure! So watch how your stuff rings up at Dollar General everywhere because a few days ago I bought a gallon of milk that rung up 25 cents more than marked buy the cashier seen it and fixed it because she had already had to change that item a few times. It isn't the fact the stuff rung up wrong, it's the fact the cashier acted like it was my fault and I was lying about the prices instead if either just changing the prices or just going to look to begin with!

Always slow. They have more than 2 cash registers yet they only use one and maybe if your lucky someone will come help. But I have never been able to go in to buy 1 ITEM and be able to get out of there under 5 minutes its at least 5-10 minutes to get out and I only need 1 item, come on people how hard is your job, I've worked retail in way busier places and nit had that bad of a problem.

Was a great place when first opened. Now it’s messy as the othersStaff does not have time to disinfect between customers. Hire more staff to put up products. Then staff would have time to disinfect between each customer. Just a thought

I got a cashier name Daniel and he was so rude, I talk to the manager and the only thing he said “ he didn’t mean it that way” or “maybe he was in a rush” I mean if I didn’t look at my total he would just stared at me. I had 2 kids with me. So disrespectful never coming back to this store

The store was a wreck. Shelves were so disheveled I couldn't find half of what I needed. The lady working was nice but she was by herself and had no help at all, apparently it us always poorly staffed

Nice New store. 1st time I been in that one but it is like all of them clutter n stick in aisles u cannot get thru. New stores cannot hire enough people to get the stock outso it sits in aisles n workers try to put it out while they have to stop n run the front register n help customer n answer fone. The only Store that's not cluttered is Newport TN near the hwy. 411. That sucks they all can't be like that one.

They have a decent selection of food, some items I cant find anywhere else I get here prices are low on most food items. Milk is a bit expensive here though. I also get most of our otc medicines here, children's tylenol and cold medicines are cheaper here.

My fiance was in need of some Ibuprofen so we came here cause it was closest. We had left our masks at home and was in the store for maybe 5 minutes. Well we hardly walked into the store when a female worker who had her mask below her chin looked at me then at a coworker and smarted off and said stay away from us as much as possible out loud and rudely

Great place to get in and out of when not wanting to shop forever. Very friendly people that work there. Really clean and to find right off the interstate about 2miles or less. It's perfect for a traveler that wants to get off and right back on.

Dollar general stores always have a lot of various things that you always seem to need but forget til you get there to the store. I always take a walk down the tool aisle and a couple other aisles too, looking for stuff I forget to put on the shopping list.

The cashier was rude to the older lady in behind me.The lady ask her to put her two cold items in a bag together. The cashier didn't respond. I told the lady that I didn't think she heard her. To that the cashier said, I heard her just fine, I know how to bag things.

Every time that I come here to Shop I check prices and it's always more expensive at counter than at the shelf And none of the employees will even get up and go check so if u want it u have to pay more I don't thank that's right ripping people off

This used to be a clean and friendly store, not anymore. New management can't keep help let alone the store clean. Most days the line is so long people just walk out.

This store is very disorganized..No room to push a buggy..They never stock their shelves..Boxes always blocking the aisles..They have a lot of outdated food items..Better always check the date..Saw a complete stock of one certain cookie that the date expired on 4 months ago..And when you get to the checkout the checkout line takes forever..Sometimes you have to go thru the store to find an employee to come up front and check you out..When they have a sale the sale price never comes up on your receipt..Instead you get charged full price and I am sure a lot of people never look at their receipt thinking they got the item on sale.
