My dog is so excited when I tell him we are going to “daycare”! He loves everyone there, which says more to me than any review. We are greeted with a big smile and open arms for drop off. I feel they really know him and I have no worries about him!My schedule changes occasionally on a whim and these guys have been incredibly flexible, and I love I can text to communicate and make reservations online.I really can’t say enough about these guys, the peace of mind (and candid pictures) I have when he is with them is immeasurable!

Would highly recommend these ladies for taking care of your fur baby. They are very loving and caring for your pet they spend one on one attention also sending beautiful pictures of your baby playing and having fun.

I was very nervous leaving my GSD that was 10 month old, but after the first day pictures of him playing outside I was relieved.The staff, especially Tiffany was awesome. She told me to call and check on him whenever I need to.I received daily pictures and that made it much easier for me.Will definitely use Dog Haven Lodge again.

This is our dog’s home away from home. She loves it, and they always send me a cute picture of her interacting with her dog friends while we’re away. They have several accommodations for different prices.

Our dogs were so well taken care of here. The staff was awesome and the place is beautiful. They even texted us photos of our fur babies have a great time. I would highly recommend them and can't wait to use them again.

Just dropped the pup off for a night of peace and quiet (no dog chasing the cat). Great place, good rates, good service, great kids working there. Just wish they had a groomer on weekends, but aside from that they're awesome. Been there before, we'll be back again🙂

This place was amazing! The staff was fantastic and so sweet. Our dog loved her stay so much she whined when leaving. We used them while on vacation locally and they were so accommodating.

Took my dog for a full grooming and did not receive what I paid for. This time he didn't even get bathed, hair cut was terrible and he still has fleas! Last time Brittany was there and it was wonderful he looked and smelled great with no fleas and it was cheaper. What's the deal Dog Haven?

This place will never receive my business again. I had very high hopes for this place after the wonderful reviews! But, I was let down. When I dropped my dog off on a Saturday (for a full week of boarding) I told the young lady at the counter that we were unsure if we would pick my dog up on the next Saturday or Sunday depending on how our travel goes. She explained to me that it was no big deal, just text them and let them know when I can be there to pick him up. I was told not to prepay because at the time of drop off we were unsure on how many days he would be there. I was promised daily updates/pictures which I never received when I dropped him off also. On our way back from vacation (the next Saturday), I text them and explained that we would be getting home late and wanted to know what was the latest we could pick him up that day. Their response was “can you pick him up at 5? We have another dog here that has came in and took his bunk room.” Pretty much saying they have no room for him anymore knowing that my dog might have been there an extra day. They told me that they had a lot of other pets book throughout the past week. And they filled up quickly. The miscommunication with this place was unbelievable. They told me if I couldn’t be there by 5 to pick him up that they would put him in a grooming kennel and I could pick him up the next morning. No, that’s not the agreement we had when I dropped him off. They knew I was unsure when I would pick him up at the time I dropped him off that’s why I was told not to prepay like they normally require for boarding!! They asked me if I had anyone else that could come and get him that day (because clearly they didn’t have room for him anymore) and my sister in law ended up picking him up for us. Also, when she picked him up they didn’t even give her all of his belongings that we sent him with. They still have his leash, food/water bowls, and his 2 toys. Never again.

This was our first time boarding our 2 little Pomeranians and we were nervous. But there was No need because this is a wonderful boarding facility!! Our dogs were loved & cared for in such a sweet way! They had opportunity to play outside with dogs their own size in a safe guarded environment instead of being inside all the time. We were sent daily updates & pictures! They were happy when we picked them up & I could tell they had had a good experience! I would not hesitate for one minute to board them again here! The owners & staff are so nice & pleasant. I can’t say enough about how happy we are with the choice to board our “babies” here!!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place! I boarded 4 of my 6 dogs at once and one of them was feral when we made him a part of our family. Since then he has only been to the vet and that's it. After dropping them off within 3 hours she sent me a pic of my 4 and her husband. And I knew I could enjoy myself knowing he was in good hands.

Dog Haven Lodge is incredible!!! The staff is terrific, and so genuine. They truly care about your pet and have everything in place to ensure your dog's safety and health. Do not hesitate to give Dog Haven a try. It will be the last place you go for boarding and grooming. Thank you Dog Haven for being the best.

Dog Haven Is Our Go to Boarder / Daycare, Michelle and Staff are always welcoming and caring we have been taking our pups there for about 2 years. WE get photos while we are away.

I am soooo glad I found this place. I have used other places and I will never be going back to them after I found dog haven. The staff is amazing, the facility is clean, safe and amazing. I love the idea the owners are so close by and take time to love on my boys and know them by name. My only thing I would like better would be if their indoor play area was bigger but my boys are small so it's not a big deal. I love that this place is not to big and they know what they can handle, they DON'T cram as many dogs possible in their facility just to make an extra buck. I can't say enough good things about this place.

The staff is very friendly and, accommodating. I get the impression the owners are usually on site or, the ones to pick up the phone. Two of my dogs bordered with them and, seemed quite content. When we took them back for grooming, there were happy to go back. These are dogs that are usually not too keen on being boarded. The recently groomed all 3 of my dogs. My golden doodle is always in the lake or, pool. She stays dirty and, it is difficult to deal with her coat. Some groomers have just mindlessly shaved her down. Dog Haven gave her the perfect cut that is short enough to be manageable but, looks nice. They obviously put thought and, care into it. The owners were there when we picked the dogs up. They told me they have two doodles themselves. Most groomers in Florida want the dogs first thing in the morning and, they pretty much stay all day. This must be easier for their scheduling. Dog Haven wants the dogs in a specific window of time. This was not inconvenient for us, just different. The prices are excellent as well.

I took my dog over for a grooming. I was asked if I wanted the toe nails clipped or grinded. I did tell them what ever is the easiest for you. I was never told about an charge for the grinding thing until I picked up my dog. I really was not happy about that but I really have to say they done a great job with my first baby and she looked great. I would not give an unfair review because in reality they done a great job. Just be fair to the customers and tell them off extra charges. I really would hate to see you hurt your own business. Some people can't see beyond but this town does need a good trust worthy groomer. You have a nice clean place in a good location. Please try to build better customer relationships with your business. It hard to send you bussiness when I can't even give a price range. This is the place! I was so incredibly happy with the way my dog and I were treated by the staff at Dog Haven Lodge. I was met with smiles and a friendly and caring attitude that instantly set my mind at ease about boarding our family dog. They made me want to stay there too! I would 100% recommend Dog Haven Lodge to anyone and everyone!

Everything except the groomer was great. I didn’t talk to the groomer because “wrongly” I assumed they knew what they were doing. They cut everything off my Scottish terrier that had taken almost a year to grow. My dog was clean with no matting in his hair so why this happened I don’t know. If you looking for a custom hair cut for your dog look elsewhere.

I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone! I have taken my puppy here several times and had fairly good experiences until now. The level of unprofessionalism is UNREAL. I scheduled an overnight boarding for my dog and they wait until I drive all the way over there, and go to check him in mere hours before I am leaving, to tell me that they will not take him. They know my dog and how he does in the kennels, this is something he struggles with because he is a puppy or hyper dog and has separation anxiety. I am not saying that my dog is perfect by any means, but they left me completely stranded. They left me with literally no options for my dog hours before I was leaving. The fact that they could do this to someone is absolutely terrible considering people are relying on them when boarding. I 10/10 would never recommend them because of this experience and they will lose my business and recommendations forever.

Just spoke with them about boarding my two dogs. Was told they would be outside most of the day with all the other dogs. I asked "what about if it is raining"? The response was they stay outside anyways and their is a covered area. Are you kidding me??? It's currently 49 degrees out and if it was raining that is cold! Especially for an older dog or a puppy both of which I have. Be sure to ask lots of questions when you are choosing to board!

There just aren't enough positive words to write about this place! If you have ever kenneled your pooch any place you likely recall it has a "dog" smell. But, at Dog Haven, I have never ever been to a kennel location that smells this good and at all times I've been there. Truly one of a kind. It is the Taj Mahal for dogs! Play areas, play time, dog entertainment and, the customer service of the employees/owners goes unmatched. They've got it going on!

I HIGHLY recommend bringing your dogs here! I am very picky about who gets to watch my dog, Koda. I decided to try dog haven lodge for daycare as they are on my way to work. The second time I pulled up Koda went insane with excitement ready to go when he saw where we were. So even Koda gives them 5 stars.
