I own a 2011 Jeep Wrangler which takes the chip keys. The folks at Dandridge did a GREAT job at cutting the keys I ordered from Amazon. The 2 keys they cut for me works as good as the original. I highly recommend them if you need keys cut or anything else from a hardware store. It looked like they had a lot of different keys in stock. Also their prices are lower than a locksmith or dealership, and compare well to the big box brands.

I called in advance asking if they had two specific plumbing parts. A man said yes other than I’d have to pick out which valve. I arrive 15 minutes later. There are two ladies and 3 men. The men were sitting around chatting amongst themselves. I approached and requested what I needed with pictures to support. The women tried to be helpful, but wasn’t finding the one universal part. None of the men offered to assist. I asked do all three men work here? She confirmed they did. I said can one of them not come help us? She asked one of the men to help. It was obvious they did not have that part I needed. The other two men had walked to stand in the doorway watching a building truck try to get to a house across the road. One of those men was the one who told me on the phone the parts were in stock and he was obviously purposely avoiding me. I was super aggravated I had wasted my time, but I was more perplexed at the laziness and lack of customer service in that store! There was only one other customer there at the time I was. I try to shop local and give my business to small businesses. I left, ordered online at Lowe’s, and it was delivered curbside to my car at a much lower price with a smiling, friendly face. Dandridge Hardware you need to step it up and get some employees that know how to help customers!

They have almost everything you could need except for lumbar. Their prices used to be difficult to justify, but the new owner has the place headed in the right direction. Love to buy from a local community store, who cares about their town. Highly recommend

Not only are these folks knowledgeable, they make it known they care for your hardware needs, or in my case, equipment rental. Fair price, and all worked as it was explained. Go give them a chance to make you a believer.

I live in Dandridge, so this store is very convenient for me & my family. I've used Dandridge Hardware for over 30 years and can honestly say that there's never been a time that I've walked through those doors & not been greeted with a smile & 90% of the time walked out with exactly what I needed. The staff & inventory are amazing!!👍

I've received bad service several times here. I suspect they just don't like people who are not "from here". Once the person at the checkout tried to charge me much more for an item until a bystander mentioned that it seemed too high a price for that item. She was embarrassed and pretended that it was incorrectly entered into the system, and at the time I believed her. But another time she began to charge me more for something else until I mentioned the posted price. At the beginning of the pandemic another employee was very rude to me when I asked a question about how to purchase something (the store was closed at the time and you had to call a phone number to order your items). I never went back.

Small town feel with a large selection. Staff didn't try and sell me a $35 outside faucet when all I need was a 25 cent o-ring. They didn't get rich off me but I will be back anytime I need something for the house. That's great customer service in my opinion.

No!!, Very unfriendly and had to wait for someone to quit having a conversation before being helped at all! Three employees sitting their before I was even asked for help or questioned!! Acted like I was interrupting them!! I was the only customer to come in!!I have been to this location three times!! Have been treated this way every time!! I support local business!But come on, when you walk in and the only customer and have to wait for employees to stop having a conversation and not acknowledge your standing there waiting for help and just look at you like your bothering them or something!I would like to talk to the owner about his employees! I would rather shop local close to the house. Next time I will take my buisness to Lowe’s if local buisness here in Dandridge is going to treat citizens here this way that live in the county close by. I will make sure not to give them a recommendation to my neighbor’s either!Thanks Dandridge Hardware on 25/70 for not treating your customers like their people!

Great place with knowledgeable staff always ready to help you...... I gotta say I'm extremely disappointed after giving good review months back for being impressed with the service I go in last week and had to look around and make sure I was at the right place..I asked about a item I wanted to purchase and the lady said yeah we have one I then asked the price and she said they are expensive then walked away like either she figured i could not afford this item ( it was roughly 900 dollars and I was prepared to to pay that considering I had already bought the same item from them a year ago)or she was too busy and considering all she was doing was gossiping with another man that was there she wasn't busy and i hate to see small businesses go under by the larger chains but with service like that and the prices a bit higher anyways looks like she doesn't care if they survive but for now I'll make the drive to Lowe's and if she isn't the owner I hope the owner realizes she represents him and very poorly...so to anyone thinking of going there the inventory is not like the larger stores and the service now is a 50/50 shot

Before you go to Lowe's/ Home Depot go to Dandridge Hardware. You will find far more needed selection of supplies. Especially plumbing. Need information , or ideas on problems . They will gladly help.
