The wagyu steaks we got over the weekend from Bryant Beef in Dandridge Tn. were the best we’ve ever had, so tender and juicy. We didn’t have to marinate them at all. We will definitely add that to our monthly order.

I have had the pleasure of doing business with Bryant Beef for several years! I love the quality of their meats are second to none as far as I am concerned. I have bought individual items from their store and I have ordered bulk meat packages from them and I have never been disappointed in the quality of their products! First time ordering from a local farm. Ordered 1/4 beef in November and now I’ll never go back to buying beef from the big stores again! Every cut has been great! We really enjoyed smoking the brisket with the neighbors over the holidays! Can’t wait to place another order soon!

I was going there too until I found out the meat is not locally sourced and they lied to my husband and I. They lost my business. They get their meat from Kentucky and transport it in a non-refrigerated uhaul. Never again.

Every time I go into their shop everything is very clean and the gal at the desk is always very kind and helpful! I just ordered my first bulk order. Lots of options, great price and again the gal on the phone answered all of my questions and was so sweet and helpful. Highly recommend.

We recently had our 1st visit to Bryant Beef. We've never purchased fresh from the farm before, and we will never again purchase meat from the grocery store. The 1st difference you notice is the visible difference, but when you try the meat... oh Lord have mercy! The difference is definitely in the taste. We are 100% customers for life now. Not only is the meat top notch, the woman behind the counter was super helpful and there was another customer in there raving about their meats and seasonings. I can't wait till next week's shopping trip!

Bryant Beef for the win!! Super great price! People were very pleasant, they carried all the meet to or truck and helped load it. Even the butcher helped and introduced himself. We had the rib-eye tonight my daughter is picky so she had the ham steak. Let me tell you I rolled the steaks to 145 medium rare and 160 on the ham steak!WOW! Absolutely amazing beef and the ham was so juicy and perfectly cured! Can’t wait to dig in to the rest! If you’re gonna make an investment in your family’s food supply Bryant needs to be on the top of your list! We will buy all our beef and pork here! Thank you for providing a great service at a great price.

I wrote a review yesterday but couldn’t reply to the owners comment so I’m going to re-write my review. Fair pricing. Super quick turn around. Staff was all friendly and pleasant to deal with. There was a misunderstanding about part of our cut, so if you are looking for bacon, this is not the place for you. But with that being said, if I weren’t looking for bacon I absolutely would use them again. They got us in so fast after other slaughter houses were telling me it would be five plus months. The meat we got all looks incredible and I can’t wait to cook some up. Everything was labeled so as a first timer that made it a lot easier on me.

Just recently got an entire wagyu beef. Besides it being enough to feed a small army. The cuts are amazing, and everything was packaged perfectly! Finally got to try some tbone steaks out the other night and just cooked up a whole pile of these incredible wagyu burgers. Can't get over the taste! It's as if someone fed this cow sticks of butter near the end of its time.

Amazing meat! Not so great at getting the cuts that you order. Ordered bulk, half cow and whole hog. $2300 so I would expect to get what I ask for. Most of my pork was not the cuts I wanted and the ground beef was packaged anywhere from .6lbs to 2lbs. Not ideal for pulling a pack to cook with. The steaks are not super tender but pretty good. Ground beef is a little fatty. Some meat that we got appears to be a little freezer burnt already due to vacuum breaking. All in all good meat but poor quality control on the packing side.

I purchased the registered Wagyu christmas special they had. In this, you dont specify any of the cuts that you get. I was disappointed that for a quarter cow I got over 50 lbs of ground beef, and a lot of roasts, with only a few steaks. They didnt even give me an option to have the tough cuts cut and packaged as a steak. So out of 100 lbs there is probably not even 10lbs of ribeye, ny strip, fillet, etc. The vast majority are roasts, ground and cubed/stripped steak.Additionally, one of the big London roasts came without a vacuum. I sent them an email and I didnt get a response. Froze it, but I dont know if its compromised or not.I think more transparency on what will come with the package is needed because you can get that everywhere else you may buy a cow. For 1300 dollars, the Wagyu they have looks like prime USDA, nothing more. Which is not necessarily unexpected, but disappointing.

Incomplete order due to their driver’s negligence and they flat out REFUSED to replace the meat or refund the monetary difference. We are now out $240 (or more accurately around $500 considering it was the steaks).Our order for a half cow was delivered on Friday Aug 26th, late evening, after 7pm, most already partially thawed. When the delivery driver arrived, he rang the bell and I went out to meet him. I walked around from our front to the side entry at the garage and opened it up for him. He brought the boxes in, but there was no sheet to check it against, so we presumed all was delivered.Saturday Aug 27th, we did not leave the house as we were preparing to leave for our cruise on Sunday Aug 28th.When we walked out of the garage just before noon, we saw a box sitting at the side entry door and it was a Bryant Beef box containing the bulk of the steak cuts from our order. It had we presume, been sitting there since Friday night. It contained 39.91 pounds of our beef and was obviously completely ruined.I attached photos of the box outside along with all the cuts of meat inside and an itemized list of the cuts.

Bryant Beef is wonderful!! The quality cuts of meat are fabulous and delicious! The filets, ribeyes, bacon, chicken, and ground beef are some of our favorites and we purchase on a regular basis. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Love, Love, Love this place!!!

I purchased a quarter of beef from Bryant beef in the summer 2022. It was very lean cuts, and great tasting meat. I was happy to be able to purchase from a local farm and mostly because my grandparents used to have a dairy and beef farm two and a half miles from them. This is where I spent most of my childhood. In July 2023 I purchased another quarter of beef from them. Not at all lean. Walmart beef doesn't have this much fat. I have had to remove approximately one third fat from each steak and roast before cooking. I was very disappointed with this, but figured it was a new processor, and I would bring it up when I made my next order. In September, I noticed a large roast ($34.98) in my freezer had lost its vacuum, or wasn't properly sealed in the first place. My wife went through the remaining meat, and found a pack of New York Strip steaks ($30.08) that had lost the seal also, but didn't appear to be frost on it. So, I decided to grill them the next day. I took one bite and realized it was no good as well due to losing its vacuum. I called about the issue of the meat losing the seal and getting frost bit. They will not due anything about it. They said if it would have been within 30 days, they "might" have been able to do something. I won't be making any more purchases from them in the future! No customer appreciation for returning customers. And I've read other reviews about the excessive fat having to be trimmed off, and the packaging losing it's seal.As a follow up to Bryant Beef's reply. Show me where I signed anything on the day I picked up, and I'll remove all reviews and apolgize. Also, maybe it's the way your employees threw the packages into the boxes that may have caused the seals to break? I'll even help you with finding the supposed paper I signed. I picked my order up at 2:00PM on Saturday July 19, 2023. Fell free to call me if you want to discuss this, as my name and phone number is on the order sheet, no pick up sheet. I think this will help people reading these reviews make a better decision to purchase elsewhere. Don't blame the customers for your lack of quality!

I wanted to add to my previous post.I had the privilege of going into the retail store to pick up a few things. Staff was so welcoming which made the others customers welcoming as well. When staff is this friendly it usually means it trinkles down from the owner because it's a good place to work and they are treated well. As expensive as everything is now a days, the prices of Bryant beef is very reasonable, especially since Bryant Beef is a locally owned small business. I will also add that the quality of the meat is so much better than any meat you will find anywhere else. My family enjoys the products we buy so much at Bryant Beef, we truly don't even enjoy going to a steakhouse anymore 😊. Its just not the same. We greatly appreciate the owner and employees of Bryant Beef!Everything about Bryant Beef is wonderful! My family has enjoyed an assortment of the meat as well as his jelly's, beef jerky and dog treats (Hats and apparel, too). I know Mr. Bryant takes pride in his business and it shows. It's nice to know it's all local and processed on site.Thank you Mr. Bryant and your hardworking staff as well.

I purchased 1/2 a beef $1400 in October. The beefsteak and roasts are so tough you can't stick a fork in them. Will throw out. Never will buy again . Don't recommend

i ordered half a hog to be processed and all the meat looked ok except one thing the ribs from a farm in KS prepackaged. this is not a local butcher they source meat from states hours away. i have never received prepackaged grocery store meat when having an animal processed. i question all the meat i received now and will not be going back. also when i called customer service to question they only had excuses and no intention of try to rectify this issue.

I'm not sure if I was in there the same day as the last reviewer or not. But I have also seen him talk down to the girl working I just figured he was having a bad day that day. But you absolutely don't want bacon from this place. Make sure to check that you got what you paid for, because they are really bad about shorting you and leaving stuff out. Edit cause I can't reply!! But you are correct this name isn't in your customer base it's under my brother inlaws name cause we went together and ordered it. I can even tell you the girls name was brandy. So put that in your pipe and smoke it crook look at all the one star review you got lately

First off I really wanted to like this company especially since it's literally 3 minute drive from my house. Worst customer service I have ever had. The owner was super rude to the girl who was working for him and in front of customers. She was super friendly and was trying to just do her job. Total crook will not spend another dollar of my money at this place. Will also be convincing everyone in my family who shops there to also go else where.

Nice people but ridiculous prices. Called for pricing on brisket and they want $6.99 a pound. Any local store within a 100 miles is $3.99 a pound and Kroger is $3.49. so much for buy direct for better prices

This place has high quality meat at very reasonable prices. I'm so glad I found it. I feel much better knowing what kind of meat I'm eating rather than what you get at the supermarket. The sirloin steak I had was "to die for", so tender. I just stocked up 2 days ago, bone in pork chops, chicken cutlets, pork tenderloin and more sirloin. I was very pleased to see how reasonably priced they were too. And an added bonus, the people who work there are so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Bryant Beef!!

I have ordered from Bryant Beef several times now. Meat is good everytime and delivery was on time. We usually order a full cow at a time. The only reason why I am not giving 5 stars is because they forgot my fillets last time and after several emails and enquiries they did not resolve the issue. Other than that, great meat and people.
