The service and coffee at this place is excellent 👍. I asked for the best seller and she gave me Caramel Monkey (that's what it says in the receipt) lol. It was very good.The ambience is unique, set in an old cottage that's like a century old, maybe.There are a lot of food to choose from but we just had lunch before we got there.Greatl place to take a break when exploring Cumberland Gap!

In terms of a classic coffee house in one of the most perfect locations this place is 5 stars. The drinks are great and sitting by the creek is a perfect way to start your morning. BUT, then there's the food. It's not cheap and looking at this place I imagined the food would be high quality. It's not. My kids ordered waffles and they were just grocery store frozen waffles with whipped cream and processed strawberry sauce. I got a bagel and it was the same, just a basic grocery store bagel that I don't even buy at grocery stores because they're terrible. Lastly, my wife got a breakfast sandwich on sourdough thinking this would be a sandwich worthy of this shop on a bakery sourdough but... Nope. Same thing. Grocery store "sourdough" (i.e. straight up white bread). And again, this wasn't cheap (which btw, this place doesn't post their prices). As a stand alone coffee house this is a great place. As for their food, I couldn't be more disappointed.

We went to see the Open House At LMU vet center. Zachary has a Bachelor Degree In Vet snd has 7 years Experience small animal …. Wr drove 7 hours on Thursday stayed at great A-B and B. We try to frequent family owned shops and this place is amazing. If you visit you must try this place! We had breakfast dishes Zachary had the blackberry sandwich ….. you must try this ,… Here is the university. Vet school is harder to get into than being a doctor!!!! This is Zachary’s dream.

Atmosphere is great. Peaceful stream beside you, great views. Their window air conditioner needs to go. Kinda kills the vibe.Service was great but slow. Took probably ten minutes to get our drinks and it wasn't too busy.Coffee was just so so to me. I'm not a know everything in the realm of coffee land but it was on the weak side for me with the flavors not coming through well.Price was less than Starbucks so that's good.Overall we liked the place and would return and try something else.

My family loved our visit to the Gap Creek Coffee House! The food was delicious. Despite being very busy, service was quick and the employees are friendly. The inside has board games and such for family fun. There is a porch swing out front with a lovely view. We ate outside at a table shaded by trees. There is a creek which runs alongside the coffee shop. Check out the little library out front! I highly recommend a visit.

This is my favorite tiny little cafe. I come to visit this area maybe twice a year and we love stopping by this little tiny town and this cafe has so many options. The atmosphere is also wonderful. We got sandwiches and coffee. I got the Roasted Nuts flavor served hot and it was delicious. I also ordered the club sandwich with sourdough bread and my friend ordered a veggie wrap. Perfect little brunch place

This place has great ambiance. It's nestled in the picturesque town of Cumberland Gap, TN, with a view of beautiful mountains around it. Inside the cafe, there are quaint and clever signs around, with a coffee theme throughout. So much to look at, it's a perfect place to get off the beaten path in your travels.Unfortunately, the brusque woman behind the counter probably shouldn't be in a business in which she interacts with customers. She wasn't exactly rude, but she was certainly unfriendly. The timid young woman making the orders seemed like she could be friendly, but the older woman kept grouching at her, so we didn't get to see it.The food was tasty and the coffee was good. The prices are high, but that's to be expected in a tourist area. The churlish attitude was what we didn't expect.

This is probably the coolest coffee shop around. Tons of different coffee options and the coffee is great. They have several sandwiches and breakfast also. They could enhance their breakfast menu to accommodate some of the travelers to add more options. This place is on the creek I mean in the creek with plenty of outside seating we were able to enjoy our breakfast and coffee in the morning and played in the creek. Great times here with a beautiful backdrop of the rock face mountains.

Gap Creek Coffee House is Hands down the best food in Cumberland Gap, and possibly Claiborne County as a whole. I’d highly recommend their chicken salad sandwich, club wrap, or white bbq chicken melt. They have many food items and daily specials that you aren’t up online when you search for their menu. They also have a wide variety of drinks, coffee, and ice creams. It’s the perfect spot for lunch, brunch, dinner, dessert, or even just a study break. You can eat inside or outside by the creek. It’s stays packed on nice days, so the service can be slower at peak times, but never a real issue. If you are ever in Cumberland Gap or Harrogate, Gap Creek Coffee House is a must visit. I cannot recommend it enough.

A quaint cottage cafe with delicious snacks and drinks and an amazing view. Order inside, the friendly, tireless staff will label your drink with a description of you and then come find you and deliver the goods! We had a regular black coffee and the Sometimes U Feel Like A Nut Latte with, what I can only describe as, a pumpkin cake with a cream cheese filling. The coffee was delicious, the latte was similar to a hot chocolate with coconut and the cake was akin to a carrot cake. Can't wait to visit again!

Nice little local coffee shop. Limited indoor seating but some nice creek side outdoor seating. We enjoyed our lattes. The espresso was pretty smooth. Also had toasted bagels which were above average. Service was friendly.

I love this Coffeehouse, they make the best smokey mountain chocolate shakes and delicious chicken salad sandwiches. They have ample outdoor seatings with a mulberry tree and small stream close by. It is such a beautiful place to enjoy a nice lunch. I just love this area and a must stop by when in Middlesboro KY.

Friendly, tasty and fun stream side cafe/coffee shop. Ordered a ridiculously gooey grilled cheese and a dark roast drip coffee. Sadly they use styrofoam cups (😒) which cost them a star. I requested a to-stay ceramic cup when they reached for the styrofoam (which I got) but then they proceeded to give me a styrofoam cup for ice. Hopefully they will upgrade to more environmentally friendly cups. But, I digress.This grilled cheese was very good with 3 different cheeses and a light horseradish based "secret sauce" (less ominous that it sounds). While I was waiting for my food I found this grumpy doodle book that I flipped through and found to be hilarious. If you go you must doodle as there are many blank pages and there is also as happy one so depending on your mood you are good to go.The view of the Gap and mountains is superb and there is a stream alongside it with an outdoor sitting area and a very nice porch so lots of good outdoor seating options (and plenty inside as well).Highly recommended!

I was in town visiting family & we visited Gap Creek Coffee House for a light supper & sweet treat. I was very surprised with the variety of sandwiches offered & the seemingly endless options for coffee/ ice coffees/ lattes/ frappes. Very cute seating both indoors & out. Loved the holiday decor throughout! I look forward to visiting again & trying one of the coffees next time I’m in town! ☕️

Before going to The Pinnacle, Chained Rock, or any local hike stop by Gap Creek Coffee. It’s a great place to get a cozy cup of coffee or a bite to eat. There is plenty of outdoor seating for when the sun is shining. We also had the chance to talk to the owner Dr. Tony who told our group all about the history of the area. Gap Creek Coffee also caters local events.

By far one of the best places to get a great breakfast sandwich. The bacon was cooked to a solid crisp, the croissant was fluffy, warm and soft, the egg and cheese was neither overcooked or undercooked but just right. The coffee was on point. I could not reccomend this place enough for its quality food and service. Its lunch and dinner is also superb, if you are just passing by or in for a while this is a place you absolutely can't miss!
