There's a lady that was working the money center around noon today and I go to buy a pre paid card and load well over $400 on it for an individual I work with. Something I have done many many times. I tell her what I need to do and she says well I'm gonna have some questions about it. Kinda confused I asked what her questions were. She asked who the card was for and I showed her which person. She said what are you going to use it for. I said this is the only way they have to purchase items off of eBay, Amazon, and any online store. She shakes her head no and hands me the card back and said absolutely not. He could get scammed and I'm not going to be responsible for that. I said I do this all the time. She said well not with me, go to the customer service desk. Went to the customer service desk and she loaded the card no problem. Mind you I have a 71 year old man who's knees are visibly weak and buckling and a 70 year old woman who isn't Much more mobile. On top of that the individual I was getting the card for was in tears thinking he couldn't make his purchases online. To do that to a person with special needs is beyond me. I'll never understand. I just hope she feels as small as she looked today.

Not a bad store. Some of the customers look a little rough, but that’s how it is. They have a really neat local history mural on the grocery side entrance.

I came here to shop for supplies for work cookout & cleaning materials. My cashier asked me to do the stars on the register (she did it for me! That’s for the customer to do!!!) she entered all 5 stars for all 3 transactions instead of allowing me to do it. I’m not displeased other than the fact she crammed the bags full including the bread & ripped them so I had to re-bag them. Not allowing the customer to do what you requested isn’t really honest but I do appreciate you ringing the order for me. 4 stars is MY honest REVIEW Alisha. Have a great day!

Overall a great store. Wish they keep things more better in stock. But sure beats our local Dollar general market here in town. Atleast here I don’t have to worry about cashiers hinting around for money. I love the curbside pickup. Helps when your in a wheelchair.

Clean store most employees are nice however I had one door greeter practically accuse me of stealing. I bought a handheld car vacuum which was on sale for $22. I know from previous visits that if it is not in a bag they check your receipt so I had my receipt ready however after seeing the 22 dollar purchase she implied that I had scanned something else when I chuckled because I thought she was jokin she proceeded to look up the product upon realizing her mistake instead of apologizing she handed my receipt back and I left the store feeling embarrassed an angry

Frequent shopper, great store that seems to sometime ends up as a testing area for potential features for the company, such as Scan and Go, though it didn't work out too well when available to the general public, it ended up becoming a paid Walmart+ membership benefit.. not quite sure about the price match policy with sold by/shipped by Walmart items available on the app and in store at times, but when the app price is honored for a better deal, it's always appreciated! Some items seem to have better prices in store than anywhere else, including online, but always check the app to see if a better price is there(sold/shipped by Walmart of course!) and the worst case is, you can schedule a pickup of the item(s)!

I only visited this Walmart cause we needed more groceries. Just seeing the groceries area though, this Walmart is BIG and spacey. It's just like any other Walmarts. If I had the time, I would have gone to look more farther down at the electronics. You'll get lost here for sure.

I have been a resident and have lived in Crossville TN for over 15 years, The store itself has some serious issues, You did away with almost everyone one of the lines that you had and replaced them with your self check outs but yet you have had nothing but repeat problems with them and instead of addressing and fixing the issues you just ignore them and cause a severe strain on your customers and I am sure on your staff to which I am sure everyone see this except Walmart itself, You replaced most of your self check outs with NEW ones and they don't even work correctly half the time still, Now your wanting customers to use only there debit or credit cards for purchases with no cash back, Well I hate to say it but I will spend more money some where else, I am not catering to your store issues anymore with your own problems, No business has the right to tell someone else how they should spend there money, Yeah good luck with that one, Your lucky anyone still spends money there period with all your in-store issues, You would think as a business someone would understand this, I guess all the kids care about now days is money, To bad Sam Walton ain't still around all Walmart's would be ran a lot better then they are now days that's for sure.

Shopping buggies, how hard is it to keep them in the store? not just the large ones but the small ones. In the last few months the buggie situation has gotten bad, walking all the way into the store and there being none in the cart bay inside. And for the love of God when they do manage to do their job, would you tell them to bring in the small ones too? If Kroger and Food City can do it with no issue, a large store like Wal-mart should be able to handle it. I have seen tiny young women handle the small ones just fine and you have your big old boys saying " its too harrrrrd". Seriously?

I'm from CT, and comparing to that.. this place was immaculate.. nothing was out of place.. I was gonna put something back but didn't want to go back to where I got it and didn't feel right just putting it down because the store was so clean.. so I just bought it.. lol.

It's Walmart. The employees are very friendly, but stock is consistently low in most departments, curbside is remarkably slow due to understaffing, prices are sky-high, and checkout is frequently extremely backed up. Much of this is outside the individual store's control, and I cannot overstate that the employees are generally lovely to interact with, it's just not one of the company's better stores. Significant corporate investment would help tremendously. They do try very hard to make the best of what they're working with.

I don't know what we would do without our Walmart Supercenter. During the COVID lock down, we began to use the online ordering/pick-up process & we love it! But, I've never liked shopping IN the store & it's worse now than ever; because it can't handle our population & we have nothing else like it, to help carry the load. We could really use a second one, on the other end of town.

It's a Walmart. They did have what we came for but finding help in electronics was a struggle. There wasn't any help to carry the large item out and we walked right out the front door with a TV without a greeting or a check. Walmart be Walmart.

I swear, the person responsible for the new soda isle mod has a brain the size of a peanut. They had no consideration for we vertically challenged customers and customers with mobility issues. I know the employees at the crossville walmart are not responsible for this decision. Being a former walmart employee, I know this goes above you.

If they could go back to 24 hrs being open and stock at night, the constant aggravation of trying to avoid stockers and the online order pullers being constantly in the way wouldn't be so annoying.

Maybe management needs to learn how to staff better only one vheck out open and you got a long linw this is why you guys loose so much money only have self checkouts lol

Not a whole lot of traffic, way better experience when it's less busy. But let me tell you what, those loss prevention and secret shoppers need to be a little more inconspicuous unless you're trying to enforce not stealing in there because y'all stick out like a sore thumb.

I came here to buy some soap, when I went to leave I got confronted by one of their workers, Danny Fegusion, he said I was stealing stuff and that I needed to leave, he made me get it out of my pocket and put it back before I could check it out. :(

The Crossville Walmart is the best Walmart I've ever been in; everyone is friendly and helpful (special shout-to Chad) and it's always clean and well stocked.
