So Tractor Supply is overpriced more than anybody in town more than Rural King more than Harbor Freight and I'm not talking about a little bit over I'm talking about hundreds I just had to have a spare tire today they're the only store that had it in stock they're Tire price is $200 and some change after tax it's $189 on shelf why is it they're the only store that charges that at Rural King they're 117.00 on shelf and at Harbor Freight they are just a little over a hundred dollars so why is it Tractor Supply the one that's been here the longest takes advantage of its customers and over prices at stock by 80 bucks I learned the lesson today it will be the last time I go in that store by the way my purchase ended up being $308.75 they refused to do a price match for a tire and a trailer jack when I asked for a price match they gave me some kind of excuse blah blah blah but it was the same but they say it themselves they will price match anybody I want other people to test it I would like to know what other people think about Tractor Supply

Wanted to think this tractor supply for not carrying a product I have purchaseed here for years. They told me it wasn't available anymore. Funny thing is cookville and sparta stores have it and no problem getting it. Wow that's funny isn't it . Must just be this crossville store that can't get it. Anyway I found it at a competitor for a much lower price and free delivery to my home so thank you.

Rating updated. I ordered a pressure washer online. I was told to come to pick it up. But wait the pump is missing. How can you get a pressure washer with no pump oh sorry we can't order you another one we have three in the store. Well, give me one of those. It's missing something too but we can't order you one. The store has gone downhill in the past 2 years

Usually good...not today. Four items on my list: two over priced, one not carried (my bad...thought they would have spray paint) and one miss shelved item that didn't ring up as expected at the register...left with nothing purchased...found everything I needed right across the street... Oh well, it is what it is...

1-24-22, 7:20pm. "Cameron"... lied to me about having lids for 5 gallon bucks. first he said they were out, then he said they didn't carry them. I also asked for paint markers. he said they didn't have any. it seemed like he didn't have time to help. I was the only customer in the store!! and he was mopping the floors. I asked an other man in the back for lids, and he said they haven't had any in weeks. well, I decided to look for myself. low and behold, I found stacks of lids, red and white in the back on shelves. so happens I also found 3 different color paint markers!!! I've been a customer for 11 years. this boy really needs some customer assistance training!!!

Nice store and selection of items and farm supplies. Employees are very friendly and nice. One thing I noticed is you need to be observant when entering and exiting the store front entrance, the parking lot vehicle travel path is pretty close and they very often don't obey the stop signs.Overall a nice store.

I go there to buy feed for my animals every week, and this store is clean and easy to push a cart around in, very shopable! They also have a self service dog wash at this location!

Shop there for my dog food they use to always have but last few weeks haven't had it nor can get it on line. Alittle disappointed but still get other items there. Tried curbside the last time and thankful that my granddaughter was with me cuz I am barely 90lbs and in my late 50's and the little lady that came out was smaller than I was. But we got it 2 50 lb bags with my strong granddaughter. I'm disabled and I believe the lady was also but I went back to work part time and I am guessing she did as well. Cause the younger generation is not wanting a job. Will keep going to this store and hopefully things will get better.

Bad customer service, felt unwelcome. Visited store last night before they close , just to check a price on a grill thinking about to purchase. Soon as I enter the store the rude cashier let me know closing in 10 minutes. I know what time it is , I saw your hours how rude!!! I own a business would never say that to a customer. Will never visit this store again, also there was a price on the grill that had expired on the September 6th poor management. Shop rural king there the best!

A while section of bolts was in the wrong spot, I asked about them while checking out and then they tried to tell me a customer must of did it so they don’t honor that price. The cashier Sidney was nothing but rude. SAVE YOURSELF TIME AND HASSLE and go to rural king across the street. I have spent thousands here but will not ever go back.

Good customer service, clean store, good prices, and great location. The employees did seem a little stressed as a few of them were doing the jobs of two people, but I can say that even with seeing the stress they kept a great, can do attitude. Please hire a few more people so your current employees dont have to overwhelm themselves between working inside and outside.

Terrible customer service. The manager does not know company policy for loyalty program. Manager basically said oh well. I refuse to go here anymore. Sad, tractor supply was my favorite store until I came to Crossville TN

I was pleasantly surprised with my visit to Tractor Supply. Normally I hoin and get stuff and check out. I was unfamiliar with this store and wasn't sure where I was going, but I wasn't in the store long before two female employees asked me if I needed help finding something. One of them told me that what I was looking for, could be found in one of two locations in the store. She took me to both to ensure I found what i was looking for. I found the product and went to the checkout. The lady at the checkout was just as nice as the first two. Overall great experience.

Will not order online again. I ordered 5 items online to save time when I got to Tractor Supply Co. I was just going to grab it and go. I went inside and told Brittani I had an online purchase. The only thing she said was it will be a while there is 3 people ahead of you. I said okay I have never ordered online before do I let the loader know I'm here. Brittani didn't assist me in any way with an online purchase and did not explain how to receive my items. I said okay I will just go outside and park in the curbside pickup and call the number. After I parked and called the number (even though I wanted to pick the items up inside). It took 38 minutes to receive my items. It was not at all the loaders fault she had 3 people ahead of me. I only ordered online to save time and that was not the case so if your in a hurry do not order online. I was almost to the point that I was never going to shop at tractor supply co. again, but as the loader got my items she apologized and gave me a 10% off coupon for the next visit. If she wouldn't had done that I probably never would had been back. Crossville Tractor Supply Co. needs to hire more loaders. That's my recommendation.

I love this store 😁 wish they had a bigger variety of dog harnesses but over all it's a great store. They're very helpful and friendly. I would choose tractor supply over rural king any day!

I went there for a bale of straw. They had compressed bales of straw, which was even better for the application I needed it for. There's a little of everything in this store, and I saw a sign that they even have a do-it-yourself dog wash station now, which I'm looking forward to trying out! I think the sign said it was $9.99, which seems reasonable, especially since I think that includes shampoo and towels, etc.

I have generally come here to have my propane tanks refilled. It has always happened the same way. Step inside and let the cashier know, he/she says someone will be right out. Go stand at the gate for 10-15 minutes until becoming frustrated. Go back and tell them again, whereupon they apologize and say someone will be right out. Go wait another 10-15 minutes. See the pattern? This was the last time I'll go through it. Pretty horrible customer service every trip.

They have a dog wash station! Friendly staff clean well stocked store! I buy all my pet supplies ( dog and cat food 4 Health brand only sold at TSC). I love their gardening and hone decor also.

Had some great deals today. There was an animal shelter set up inside the store today. Had some of the cutest little dogs and cats. Please adopt from your local shelter instead of buying from a breeder. The adoption fee is so much less then the price you pay a breeder.

It's a feed/tool store. Good selection. I usually go here because it's open later than Harbor Frieght. They had the castor wheels I was looking for. 👍

I love all of the tractor supply stores that I've been to its the only place that I get what all my dogs need I also get my propane from these stores plus other items the prices are great they usually have what I need or want I will continue to buy these items plus other things from tractor supply but the one in Jamestown tenn is still my favorite fantastic people that works there Thank- You Tractor Supply

After all the years I finally discovered TS. It is the best place to buy 👖, great selection. Another thing is nuts and 🔩's. You don't have to pay for a whole package when you only need 1 or 2. They weigh them and sell them by the pound! Just how great is that? 😎

Bought a $2,200 compressor on 6-1-20 with same day delivery and have still yet to see the compressor delivered. Was told they could maybe get it here by Friday. Called the district manager on his cell phone and left a message and still no response. Spoke to customer support with no guaranteed delivery date either. I should have went to Rural King.
