Kristi did an awesome job on a Jerry Seinfeld! Everyone at The Pet Spa was very friendly. They have reasonable prices. We were able to get him in with short notice. Don’t hesitate to bring your pet to get trimmed up. We recommend The Pet Spa!

We set an appointment and brought our border collie shepherd mix pup in for a spa day and we're very surprised when picking her up, she had a shampoo, toenail trimming, ears cleaned, hair trimmed around her privates and between her toes and her teeth were brushed and probably more that we haven't noticed yet. So glad she shaved the privates due to the amount of hair these dogs have. The business was well kept and clean, nice place and the lady was very nice and obviously cared for animal's. Bravo, we are VERY happy with this lady. Thank you soooo much.

Finally a Pet Spa that my dog is not terrified to go to! I'm so grateful that after trying multiple spots, my dog loves Pet Spa. No shakes, no tremors going into or after service - priceless! Great cut & care by Deidra & staff. Oh, and it smells clean! HIGHLY RECOMMEND PET SPA

Saw the establishments owner roughly hit the dogs crate that my dogs were in and told them to shut up... Didn't give them a bath and cut them completely wrong and charged me $130 had been going to her for over five years and never complained once but this one time I did and she actually laughed at me I wasnt going to take them back any ways because she charged me and they did not get a bath I know when my dogs have been bathed good and when they haven't... I've never spent one day away from my sogs since the day I purchased them both...

We have used them three times. 1 I was unhappy with cut but gave them the benifit of the doubt 2nd time they did great. But took my little ones back in yesterday and my one little dog looks awful and charged me 100 for 2 small dogs that didn't have alot of hair to even cut.

My dogs do so well here! Both rescues and can be skittish and scared, but the groomers are so good with them. I can bathe my own dogs, but it's so much nicer when they go to the spa and have their nails done as well. Definitely saves me time. By the way, the 1 star review even left a 1 star review for dollywood. Some people just can't be satisfied.

I've had my yorkie in for Deidra to groom, she does an excellent job, Jazzy always looks so good! Deidra listens to what I want my pup to look like and is always professional! You can tell everyone that works there loves the furbabies! I recommend this shop to anyone looking for a great place for their furbabies to be pampered!

Dog was traumatized. She did not move from her spot on the couch for 2 days after being picked up from this groomer. She has NEVER done this before. There was a cut underneath her eye and she was very choppy. Went to pick her up at 3pm, and they had already closed down the register so refused to take my card. Knowing i was coming at 3 to pick up my dog. This was my first and last trip here.
