Excellent pet store w/very large assortment of products for a variety of animals. Many store, brand name & specialty pet foods to choose from (perfect if you have a dog that is picky or has a food allergy). Store employees are very kind & extremely knowledgeable if you have any questions. Our local store also offers pet grooming services & they do nail clipping also. They usually have some great sales going on too. Large parking lot, handicap accessible.

I only give them a three star because they don't seem to have much inventory for pet supplies. We visited this store before the winter storm hit to purchase our little dog a pair of booties to wear in the snow. Unfortunately, they had a very limited number of sizes, (2), mostly for larger dogs and extra small, we need small to medium. This wasn't the first time we tried to purchase something and they didn't have the size we needed. However, it's still nice to have a pet store near us.

Pet Sense carries health aware food for our fur babies.They have clothes among lots of other cool things for all pets!We love the Royal Canin for our cats; they have diverse selections for special needs.They are always stocked well and very informative and always available to assist their customers.We truly are happy that Crossville offers this awesome store.Great job guys_ keep up the great work.Highly recommend.

Took my dog here for 1st time to be groomed. She's an older dog and they were very good with her. Groomer did an excellent job. Definitely recommend Petsense for grooming services

Lots of dog treats, toys, and helpful items....also cat stuff (we don't like cats at our house) 🤣Reptile items also.One star off because they didn't have de-skunk shampoo for dogs ...and in this area I don't know why you wouldn't stock it. This time of year TSC can't keep it in stock.

Usually a friendly place. As I understand it, they are sisters with Tractor Supply. Prices are competitive even with the big box stores but they are having trouble keeping inventory. Probably not their fault but still hard.

Name tag engraving machine in-store for immediate purchase of personalized tags with a decent selection of tags to choose from, and the store always seems clean and well-stocked on inventory. While I haven't personally used the grooming services, I've witnessed more than one displeased customer picking up their pet from grooming. Some of the staff is great, but I've also witnessed some very unprofessional staff interactions with and in front of myself and other customers.

It's ok. I wouldn't be back. Very little choices and hate they don't have options for small animal adoptions. Everyone was very nice though. Place is just not for me.

This was our first time going to this pet store. The Manager Simon, and his associate Rachel could not have been more helpful! Every question we had they took no hesitation with letting us know everything we were asking. Trust me we ask them a lot of questions! But very professional people and a great environment to go pet shopping. Thank you guys so much! You will be seeing us very soon.

A great place to shop for pet supplies. My daughter got a kitten. 🙄. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Not five stars because they sell pythons, but not crickets. However, we drove three times to Knoxville. Third time was a charm! Apparently there's shortage.

Fantastic place, had special item I needed for after my pups surgery, a donut type ring for his neck instead of the awful cone that was put on him. He's so much more comfortable!! Great supply of treats for him as well!! Will definitely be shopping there more!!

Very helpful friendly staff. Large selection. Took med size dog to have nails clipped. Charged 10.00 & missed at least 2 nails. Little strange. Won't be going back for that. Overall place is clean & spacious.

Dude with the long red hair does not know much about different dog breeds. Also, product did not hold up. Inflatable dog collar sprung a leak one day after purchase. Did not return. Lost receipt.

Daisy was so proud of her hair cut! I think her groomer’s name was a April. She was fantastic! I was a neglectful doodle owner and Daisy was very matted. They were very kind and took care of all her grooming needs. I needed her shaved down but keep some stache, ears, and tail. She feels like velvet and it has helped a lot with her shedding. Apparently she got the double coat and needed to lose her winter coat. I will be back!

Friendly and helpful staff. We just moved to the area and needed some flea pills. I asked the gentleman working In the front and he knew exactly what I was asking for and even directed me to a cheaper product from another company. I will definitely be using them in the future.

Nice place for pet products but when you want a simple flea collar or neck medicine, they tend to show you the most expensive products in their glass case. I think this is not professional to do that to senior citizens who live on fixed incomes. They have less expensive products on the shelves.

I recommend the grooming services here. The grooming area is clean and the staff is great with dogs. I am a repeat customers and today Jaclyn in the grooming department was great with my two little Maltese mix dogs and she made them look super cute! We've gotten several compliments throughout the day.

Took my dog to be groomed when I called I asked for them to brush him out very well seeing as he's shedding like crazy . I picked him up he still has loose hair all over him and clumps of hair thats falling out. I called and told them about this all I got was sorry no notes were made never will I go back . The pet store itself is great but grooming is horrible.
