My mother lives near this store. Went here when I visited her. I was very surprised. All the standard things plus a salad bar and large bakery area. Large beer and wine section. Well stocked and more than expected. I would be happy with this store in my neighborhood.

Such a huge selection of not only regular groceries but of service items as well. Their pizza was delicious and the fresh bread their great! The butcher was so helpful and kind. Everyone was so helpful and kind. It’s just clean and feels like family.

I'm just sorry we didn't get there earlier in the day to try out the hot food. I would've love to taste the fried chicken. But the backed goods were awesome and such a large variety of things. I was happy to see the local wine selection. I brought something to try. I would definitely say the prices were priced right. The only thing I looked for that I didn't find was a Baby Ruth candy bar. So few companies stick them.I'm on vacation in Crossville for the week. I plan to go back and try some chicken.

Convenient as walmart, Kroger, iga, and the other foodcity are all roughly 20-30 min from Fairfield glade. It stays open till midnight which is later than Walmarts closing hrs. Unfortunately they are higher priced on most items in the store so most of the time I drive the 20-30 mins unless it's late at night or need something rite away. Pharmacy closes super early to which is inconvenient. Those negative points is why it didn't receive more stars from me.

Food City in the Glade is very convenient, serving the residents of Fairfield Glade and those that vacation here. They have just about everything you need: produce, fruits, meats, cheese, condiments, wine, beer, flowers & candy for that special someone, deli, butcher, pharmacy, etc. there is even a Starbucks inside. They have gas pumps too.

It's Veterans Day and I was feeling kinda lonely, so I decided to go to Food City to get the free hot bar as I'm a veteran. I'm completely impressed!! The meatloaf was fantastic. The mashed potatoes and corn were wonderful. The staff was very kind and friendly. It made my day. Thank you so much for the kindness and awesomeness to offer a free meal in this day. I'm new to the area and it's been a struggle to meet people and feel like I belong. I appreciate you making this day worth it for me Food City!! By the way, the stuffed cookies are fabulous too. 😁 Thanks for keeping gas prices affordable too.

The Fairfield Glade TN Food City is a great place to shop. One major area for improvement is checking out. Today (23 Jan 2024), there were only 2 checkouts open with long lines of people waiting for quite a while in each line. There were several "self check" stations open with several capable Food City cashiers assisting numerous single self-checkers. This needs to stop if Food City plans to keep my business. It's as if the store manager is forcing folks to use the self checkout. I've noticed this on several occasions.UPDATE: 19 Feb 2020. The Fairfield Glade checkers are beginning to get rude. Two lines were open with high volume, one checker closed her register abruptly without notice, disappointing several elderly patrons who were waiting in line. When will this ridiculous customer service stop??

The store if fantastic with one exception, the produce department is terrible. The cucumber are usually shriveled up and spongy, one was so rotted that when I tried to pick it up, it fell apart. They also are covered in some kind of white mold, disgusting. I’ve complained to the produce department for over 4 years and they have not addressed this issue. Also,many rotten avocados, pineapple’s and watermelon’s.

We like this store. It is just the right size for the area. Nice deli., salad bar, hot food and sit down eating area. Starbucks, nice pharmacy.

Wendy at self checkout was horrific. When I was getting frustrated and embarrassed that I card I had wasn’t working, she straight up laughed in my face. Wasn’t helpful in the slightest, and further embarrassed me in front of other customers. Food City should be ashamed to have her at the frontline

Nice store Friendly employees. Always love the Ham Salad! Starbucks new inside. Remodeling about done some good sales if you get their card. Finished and looking good. My only concern is you can buy breakfast there but you MUST buy your coffee at Starbucks!

So this evening I was at the Fairfield Glade 📍trying to use the $15 coupon when you purchase $50 or more on Gift cards. Looks like no cashier knew how to use the coupon. 4 people trying to figure out how to give me the discount. In the end, all 4 associates couldn't help. That’s what you call “Fake advertisement”!On top of that when I arrive home; I checked my receipt and I got charge for some items that I never bought. 😭😩🤔😠How about the Pharmacist…terrible service.

While many of the employees are very nice, the store has a major problem with poor customer service. Called to speak to a manager and was put on hold repeatedly and hung up on 3 times in an hour long period. I called the corporate office and was told "this happens all of the time". Then spent another 20+ minutes waiting for corporate to connect me with the store. Not a good way to deal with the public. It gives the appearance that they really don't care.

Have ordered door dash, from the hot bar and a 16 inch pizza, the past 2 nights, and the food was fantastic!!! Just had the BEST cheeseburger I've ever had!! Will definitely do this again!! Was quite a blessing as I've been sick and getting good, hot food delivered is a challenge out where I live..

Second time visiting this area and was happy to find a grocery store so close to the resort so I went and stocked up on items we need while here. Actually some prices are lower than where I live. Friendly and very helpful staff. Store is clean and very neat. Great selection of food .As we all know however, groceries are higher. So smile and be grateful You don't have to milk the cow, churn the butter, pick corn, beans and other veggies 😂😂. Enjoy and don't forget to smile.

Great deals on meat but the cashiers destroy it. They only had self check out when we were in there and we bought a weeks worth of groceries so it was alot. The cashier over watching the self check out stood between me and the bags and acted like I was going to steal the steaks and things I bought and would not get out of my way until I asked for my personal space. Then a manager come stood a couple foot behind me looking over my shoulder the whole time. I will not go back open up a lane if you're that worried about someone stealing groceries.... problem fixed.

Do not shop hereManagement is an embarrassment. Like children, nobody is allowed or can make a decision. Shady business practices and do not back up their mistakes.I am handicapped and I felt they totally took advantage of me . A guy behind the meat counter actually raised his voice to me. I was quoted a price by two employees and they did not honor it.I will never go back in this store and will drive 10 miles where someone appreciates my business.They have lost my family's business

The prices are high . Make sure you have a Food City card or you will be paying outrageous prices for everything. There gas was reasonably priced and you acrue points to get even bigger discount on gas.
