I called and explained I had family coming next week and they had an opening the day of their arrival. I was called this morning and they wanted to be sure the carpets were dry so they came today. I’ve never had a company look out for us that way wanting to be sure the carpets were safe for my family. Plus they did such a wonderful amazing job and my carpets look brand new. Plus we got the extra silicone for the top to protect them longer. I am so impressed with this company and I will be calling them again in the future. Prompt professional reasonable pricing and they just care. Thanks you guys. We appreciate it.

Experience with Floorcovering Technologies was great from beginning to end. The staff who assisted in setting up the appointment was prompt and courteous. They answered all my questions and were able to get me an appointment to have my upholstered chairs cleaned. Joe, our technician, was polite and very informative. My chairs were my dog's favorite place to sit. It was covered with her oils and dirt. I was very happy at how clean the chairs were after years of use and neglect.

Well this guys did it again! Larry and Ben were here on time and were very thorough. I also had them to clean our couch and recliner. Super great job! Most of what we needed was the head stains to be removed, and presto they are gone!I love the fact that they take our area rugs to their shop and really clean them. When they brought the rugs back they look fresh again and I feel like I have all new area rugs.This company has always done what they advertise they would do and were very friendly and professional when they did it!Floor Technologies is the BEST!Service: Area rug cleaning

We have a messy dog and she has had emergencies in the past. Those stains were noticeable and odorous. But the worst was my own coffee stains and red Gatorade stains. The crew from Floorcovering Technologies did an outstanding job. No stains remain and odors are gone. We will use them again.

I bought a house three years ago and never had dealt with tile floors before. I had tried all kinds of floor cleaners and spent many hours on my knees trying to clean the stone tile in my kitchen. Someone had suggested that I get it professionally cleaned and sealed. Fortunately I went to the Home Show in Crossville a couple of weeks ago. I had asked a couple of businesses there about it and they told me they didn’t do i and they knew a couple of people but that they were like six months out. I was walking by Floorcovering Technologies booth and told them I didn’t have carpet and started to move on when Vin said” tile floors?”. He had my attention 😊 So Monday after the Home Show I talked to April and set up an appointment for an estimate on Friday afternoon. I replied to April Saturday morning by email that I would love to have them do my floors. She called me Monday morning and we scheduled Friday the 24th at 9:00 am. Larry and Vin arrived at nine this morning and went right to work and in a little over an hour did two bathrooms, laundry room and kitchen. They were very professional and conscientious about my hardwood floors and put down blankets to walk on. My floors look absolutely amazing. So nice to work with these guys. I used this company back in 2017 or 2018 but before I had a Google account to leave a review. I'm getting ready to use them again so thought I'd write the review they so deserved back then.I was given an old wool rug years ago that had been in my family since the early 70's. When it was given to me I was told that it had been cleaned by some company (in South Carolina). It looked ok but had some large stains on it. (The rug is a rich thick wool with a light cream colored background and "carved" in mauve colored flowers w/light green leaves along with other pastel colors in the mix.) As I moved around, for the most part, I kept it rolled up and didn't use it waiting for the right place to display it. When I called Floorcovering Technologies they explained how they cleaned the rugs and I decided to use them. I was astonished when they brought it back and I unrolled it in my living room!!! It looked almost brand new. All the old stains were completely gone. Even the old fringe at the ends of the rug looked good though a little tattered from wear over the years. They picked up and delivered, were on time and very professional and courteous. Now a few years later and grandchildren (lol), it's ready to be cleaned again. There is no question who I'll be using. Tech Chris Cotter did an outstanding job cleaning all the badly soiled wall to wall carpeting in our downstairs basement! The results exceeded our expectations on every level. The price was very fair and worth every penny. When we saw the type of powerful, industrial type equipment he had to clean the rugs it just can't be compared with what smaller businesses use to do the job. I had two area rugs cleaned. One was a hand made braided rug that my mother-in-law made over 30yrs ago. We had never had these rugs professionally cleaned prior. What a fabulous job they did.
