Casey has groomed our boy several times now and has done a wonderful job each visit. He is happy and beautiful every time. Other groomers at a national store charged us more because they said he was so difficult, but Casey never complains about our Professor Snape and he loves her. He walks in and walks out with confidence, so that tells me he is treated well. We love Pet Maekover and highly recommend it.

Jaclyn does an awesome job! Fenway does not like people messing with his paws. She is able to do his nails!! When I drop him off he lets Jaclyn take him without whining or barking.

This was our first time bringing our fur baby to Pet Makeovers. It looked very clean when I had walked in. It didn't sound like they had 10 or more dogs barking so that by itself felt wonderful 😊. When I had came in to pick her up she wasn't in a cage, but a little play area. She was happy to see me but wasn't frightened. She's a pretty nervous girl. Her hair cut was wonderful. Smooth and nothing choppy. For a shitzu this is wonderful. The people who worked there were very nice and it didn't feel forced. We will be returning happily with trust. So happy about this because this is our child. Thank you.

I take my two pups here to be bathed and groomed. Jaclyn and Tracy always love seeing them. Ben, my beagle, was able to socialize with other dogs being done. Buster, my golden retriever, is normally anxious, but he seems more relaxed in their open and easy-going environment. Jaclyn does Buster and has won a grooming competition with him (picture at another location). Highly recommend them.

Our two dachshunds look and feel great after Jaclyn grooms them. It's a huge relief knowing that they are well taken care of from start to finish. I would highly recommend Pet Makeovers, and I wouldn't think of going anywhere else in the future.

My wife’s dog needed her glands expressed while I was visiting town. $10, done within minutes of arrival, and then we were out the door. Can’t beat that!
