Boots & Brew merged with Up In Smoke BBQ on Oct. 19th 2023. The new owner said that he’s trying to make it feel more like a restaurant with a bar versus a bar with bar food.It’s a nice local hangout spot, they offer live music and karaoke at night. Pickle fries with ranch were yummy, Nashville hot chicken tenders and fries were good but I personally like hot chicken a little more seasoned/spicier.Excited to see what they have in store for their customers.

Owners are amazing! Food was great… gotta go. Ate cheese curds, salads, fries and Nashville hot chicken which was so yummy and spicy. Great stop… great service. We also had cocktails!

Small menu, but the food was good. They were waiting for their liquor license to be approved in about a week. Fast friendly service. Will return once the addition is completed with the mechanical bull.

Felt like home, even that we came from Poland and different culture. Matt, the owner and his wife greeted us like we were locals and like we knew each others for years. That was so kind of them. It was mine and my friend birthday, and we stopped here totally by accident without any plan. It turned out great and we had so much fun! The bar has some hidden gem, but I won’t spoil it here in the review, come here by yourself and ask the owner what it is. Food was good price and delicious, drinks were tasty. They have bull riding and axe throwing, pool table and live music! Awesome place!

My wife, having lived in west Texas for a number of years is very picky about her Brisket. I'll try and get her to let us go back for the Ribs next time. It's hard to find BB-Q in Franklin County.Parking: Easy but not real busy at 7pm on Saturday night.

Well my wife and I decided to go out for our weekly date night and we ended up here at the good old "Boots and Brew"....... We walked in and got us a table and our server was right on top of things...... Took the drink order then our food order...... My wife's drink took 15min from the bar..... So I decided to order me the Philly cheese steak and Bam 🤤 now that was a great sandwich....... The owner even came by our table and thanked us for stopping by.......... Now as of going back the answer is 💯% YES!!!!!! WE LOVED it!!!!!! See y'all soon!!!!!

We loved gathering with friends listening to music and enjoying the delicious food. It was a busy Friday night and the food and service were still amazing.Cathy & Matt are super nice and very on top of everything going on! I look forward to going back soon!

Burgers were delicious, drinks were solid, but it all took entirely too long to come out. They need to hire more servers/bartenders, especially for a Saturday night. I'm not entirely convinced it's worth the price because of how long we waited, but I'll give it another try on a week day. Also, don't get the Philly, it's not good. Bland and soggy.

This place is cute and casual and the food was decent. The owner was very friendly and chatted with us. I give it 3 stars because nobody greeted us when we walked in, we weren't sure if we should seat ourselves or not. We had to wipe off our table with napkins. We had to ask for our waitress several times. We had to ask for silverware. The service just kinda sucked tonight.

Doc and I had the burger with fries and onion rings, Kathy had the Philly cheesesteak with sweet potato fries, Trip and JP had the Cowboy Stew. Everything was delicious and cooked perfectly!! Service was exceptional and Alex did an awesome job!!!!!

Outstanding food and service! Quite amazing such a fun place in such a small town. Nice atmosphere and fun whether playing pool, throwing axes, or riding the mechanical bull.

I haven't actually been in here yet, however our car broke down outside and the owner came out and assisted us in getting the car started. Thank you so much for your kindness and assistance today, it is much appreciated. Looking forward to coming in when I get back to the US!

We enjoyed a breakfast here and it was delicious. We had the Eggs Benedict and it was phenomenal. We would go back tomorrow to have it again. The space is cozy and the service excellent. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

We are new to the area and discovered this gem in downtown Cowan- The owner/his wife and the staff were friendly and very responsive. The food was fresh- well plated and delicious. Highly recommend this place for your casual dining experience
