Today, all Christmas items are 75% off. I wanted to purchase the twin size Elf on a Shelf comforter set. The original price is 27.98, like the rest of the twin comforter sets. When I scanned it, the regular price of $27.98 popped up. I informed the worker and she informed another woman. The other woman said they can't override Christmas items.

Lots of stuff . It was almost unbearable.. but after closely inspecting my stuffed bear I realized.... I could see through all of the stuff.... With one eye only... I consider this opinion to reach out and touch people to Thier depths of questions. just not to Thier perseption or better yet,, depth perception... eye just felt chosen to deliver this vision of mine... I always try to stay focused all.. just to make someone feel better.... I'm blind in one of my eyes..... If you ask me which one.... I can't tell you,, I can't see.., oh wait just a sec... Walmart!!!!! You need to step up. Way to many employees and far to many lines... The majority of your employees are over worked and under paid.... For frick sake..... I can even see it .. Walmart used to be awesome... Now it's just a place to go and desperately try and find a good deal so you can stand in a line to the point.... People walk out... Other than that, have a blessed conglomerate an money making killing... We are all just out here,,, trying to survive... Later

I wanted to let you know about a positive experience. We frequent your store with my autistic toddler. He runs fast (sometimes into other shoppers and employees. Sorry about that) He loves the lights. It has a very calming effect. Everybody is so patient with us. Is Walmart always 5 stars? Definitely not, but today it was. I see a lot of the same faces and often run into a young man stocking. He always speaks. I wish I knew his name. I can always count on him to brighten my day. Today I was wearing my autism awareness shirt. He noticed the shirt and commented he is autistic. In that moment I saw a bright future for my son. Some days are so hard but your store makes them better. Also today the ladies working the deli were awesome. My son doesn't eat many foods, but loves the popcorn chicken. There wasn't any out. I asked and six minutes later I was walking out with my hot food. Thank you so much.

I went out to get early morning breakfast items .The normal things on a Saturday morning to eat . Eggs , orange juice , butter , can biscuits, sugar, cheese , sausage @ polar sausage , I found all l needed . Thanks Walmart my family enjoyed it , especially the biscuits

Not much to say about walmart, they are all kind of the same. This one seems nicer than the Millington store. We come here about once a month.

Just so everyone knows, Walmart in Covington TN has asset protection, I just left there as an employee. They don’t have any AP people there at the store anytime before 2 pm. So if you want to go in there and get stuff without paying, that’s the best time to do so. They do have cameras but they go out all the time. So the best time to do something like that is in the morning time! You’re welcome!

This store is trash! selling old outdated bread, cheese, etc...the employees are lazy, rude and lacking aptitude, spending most of their time loitering around the aisles on their cell phones. Meanwhile no stocking is getting done , just blocking off entire areas with full carts and not moving.Maybe this is acceptable here in this area but anywhere up north the entire staff would be replaced with more competent people.

This is one of the best Walmart's we have been in. Clean and the staff a friendly and helpful. It's in a good location and not crowded. So we go here when we have to go to Walmart verses the others in the area.

EDIT: I did end up going inside and spoke with upper management and thanks were resolved bit and they would work on figuring out the issue.This location need to get their Online Pickup Order delivery figured out...I shouldn't have to call twice and wait 40 mins for my Order to be delivered when I've seen 15 orders delivered AFTER I notified them I was here to get it...

My experience was absolutely terrible l got a oil change and they didn't replace the filter I have purchased three Douglas tires that have and they didn't explain that the warranty didn't include balancing and labor it wound up costing me and$33 on top of the fact three went bad shortly after purchasing

I see on the truck drivers app called Trucker Path that you all do not allow truck parking on your property. It would be so much better for me. If I could drive up there today, park someplace in your town, preferably at Walmart parking lot and wait to pick up my freight in the morning. I attempted to call your store, but there was no answer. I have to pick up a load of freight in your community tomorrow. Many of the people who work at the warehouse where I’m picking up at, no doubt, shop at your Walmart. That particular warehouse I’m sure brings quite a bit of revenue into your community. Much of that revenue comes to your community because of people like me who drive trucks. But you do not want my truck on your property. No, I am not trying to pick on Walmart. I think all such businesses similar to Walmart should be a little bit more open to helping out those who bring you your food, your medication‘s, your clothing, your building supplies, your automobiles and automobile parts And pretty much everything else you need to live your life. On top of this because of us one of your local businesses is doing quite a bit of revenue. But you are all too good to let me park my truck on your property.Yes, I am well aware that some unfortunate and unprofessional people who drive trucks do stupid things. That is not me. I would never dream of disrespecting somebody’s property. Most of us truckers would never do anything disrespectful to your parking lot or your store.I do not know if this is a Walmart policy or a policy from your community but it really kind of stinks. All through the so-called pandemic when most of the nation was obediently wearing their little masks and hiding in their houses, my associates and I were out driving on the roads, bringing you your economy. I’m not saying we deserve any sort of metal or any sort of credit for being heroes or anything like that. All I’m saying is people should show each other a little bit of common courtesy. Obviously I am not going to get any here at your Walmart or your town.Thank you, good day.

Horrible environment. Too many workers with no direction groups gathering/shopping, totally ignoring customers. You can’t send teenagers and young people out to do something together without supervision. And they don’t need their boss to be their friend. The boss is there to direct and teach.Do not even get me started on the self checkouts. 🤬

In the pandemic this year I have been doing a lot of crafts projects and ,I can always find new and pretty things in the Covington store only. Great job to the Covington buyer in that department. I Can say your store is far better than the few stores I been in. That says slot causes I'm hard to please.

ZERO stars! Very UNSATISFACTORY! Checked my vehicle in for a basic oil change. After 2 1/2 hrs, was told sorry, we can't touch your vehicle due to make and model. I said "No worries", went to my nice clean vehicle to find 3 big oily paw prints on my door and window yet Goober the technician told me he couldn't touch it. UNSATISFACTORY!

They have definitely lost the lack of people skills. The whole store now has maybe 6 or 7 cashiers and the rest are self check outs. Then they demand that you stop at the door and treat you like a theif if you don't want to show them your receipt even after going through a line with an actual person checking you out. There is a super rude old man as a door greeter and I just don't like going because I know he'll just make the experience not great from start to finish.

Bag states 4 pounds. The wings on the plates were separated to get ready for marinade. CLEARLY NOT 4 POUNDS!!!! Walmart AND Great Value are clearly a RIPOFF!!!!!!!!!

Great, put a laptop and external CD Drive in layaway. There was a little hiccup, the External CD Drive not being in the system or something but over all the visit was great. Staff was friendly and helpful and didn't feel like I was constantly being watched, as if their hot on my tail thinking I'm gonna steal something...

The Covington location is currently going through renovations. Most stuff isn't stocked well IF it's even stocked at all. They are out if so many items that it's almost not even worth going to this location. The Millington store is also going through renovations as well. This is still not a complete excuse for being so poorly stocked. Please do better. Because even before renovations they had issues with keeping things in stock.

This place sucks. Our community was without power for a week in 100 degree weather so I went in to find a rechargeable fan (charging stations had been set up around town). They had one! ...it was open and didn't have the charge cord that was supposed to go with it. I was going to buy it anyway and hope I can find a cord to fit and because...desperation and a 1 yr old overheating. I asked if I could get a discount since it didn't even have the cord to make it work. It was a $23 fan, the manager would only agree to 10% off of an item they otherwise wouldn't be able to sell. Seriously! 0 sense of community. Probably 1 of the most trashy locations I've ever been to.
