When a customer tries to use the self checkout because there's no employees up front, instead of yelling from somewhere behind them "THAT DON'T WORK" maybe it's time to put a note on the self checkout register stating that it's Out Of Order. Or at the very least saying "I'm sorry, that's not working but I can ring you up" or something less abrasive than shouting from across the store. Ridiculously unprofessional. I'll drive to the Brighton store next time.

Awful management. They wouldn’t hire a girl I know because they found out she was pregnant. “Don’t even worry about coming in for an interview.” Is what they told her after they found out she was pregnant. They also cut another girl’s hours after they found out she was also pregnant. Kinda discriminatory if you ask me.

While these stores are a dime a dozen in today's age ,this one is undergoing remodeling and it shows. If that was the only complaint then this diatribe would be short , unfortunately being ignored when speaking/greeting a cashier and having said cashier treat you and your mixed family with not only indifference but a stern refusal to even give the common courtesy of looking at you period and stone cold silence except for the rather curt have a nice day after silently taking our purchases and ringing them up. This is what made this trip more than uncomfortable

Good prices but hot as HELL in the summer. Air doesn't work half the time in the stores. Candy melts on the shelves. Commenting about the Union City, Hornbeak and Lake Road store Tennessee's stores.

Because I needed lip balm I waited 12 mins in line behind 4 others with 1 or 2 items their selves . No one had a basket, just got to talking to the other customers and that's why I gave 3 stars, the customers stuck in line with me made it Bearable!

It was clean organized Pleasant you can find help when you need it did not have to wait too long at the register you can even walk down the aisles and not bump into anything

Got there at 9:55pm to get diapers , wipes , baby formula and pull ups could not get in bc they had already closed the door at that time in which I thought they didn’t close til 10:00pm
