This is a pretty good Dollar General store. We enjoy clearance shopping here. The store is clean & employees are nice.The only reason I didn’t rate 5 stars is because of my dissatisfaction of a clearance sale excluding items that had prices written on them in black sharpie. This needs to be corrected.

Workers are rude. Ask for the women's bathroom key they give you a fake one then argue and act like your dumb because it doesn't work just because they don't want anyone using the girls bathroom because they use it. They have smart mouths!]

This store is nothing short of a complete nightmare! Not only are there NO employees to help you, there's not even any to ring you out! And to top it off, the manager is NEVER in a dollar general uniform , and she is very abrubt and just plain rude! Not to mention they have recently closed well before their 10 pm closing time , but this week couldn't even OPEN at all because there was not enough staff to run it!! That is where the "manager" comes in again!! Out of all of the years I've been a customer, I've never seen them conduct business in this manner!! Whoever is allowing this store manager to very obviously POORLY manage this location? Should find another job themselves! Unbelievable! It is also a mess, which I can't possibly understand! Seeing how you are closed to the public, you should have plenty of time to clean! Again , unbelievable!

It may have everything that you need, but good luck finding it. The shelves are completely a mess, I honestly, not being dramatic -- cannot find half of what I'm looking for in this store. I know its there somewhere, but who knows where. It honestly looks like there was an earthquake that knocked everything off and around the place and they just never cleaned it up. I don't think it's the employees' fault because there's always only one, at the most two, people working the register while also trying to put up huge totes of things that stay there all day and night. I'd I was the manager there, I would have the entire store perfect in 3 weeks, I promise you. 🤣 Anyway, its gotten to where I only go here for an emergency now. I'd rather go to Tobacco Junction for snacks and drinks lol. It's when I need other single items that are in the very back of Walmart that it's a problem and I HAVE to go.

Always ready to pop in a dollar store, the prices are decent, they almost always have everything I need whether it's drinks N chips, or Tylenol, toothbrush N socks. Only problem I have time to time is the Isles get cluttered up with overstock, and leftover half torn up products thrown in a box marked down cheaper. Still love the Dollar Generals tho.

Overall this is a good location. They are always friendly. But the employees should wear masks if their signs ask you to cover your face.

This location seems less cluttered than my local DG. However, some of the staff seems to lack personality and customer service skills. The line is usually long and moves too slow.

As usual the store is an unorganized haphazard accident waiting to happen. The food boxes have faded from age and the selection is cheap and disappointing. I only went in to save a few minutes from running around Wal-Mart. The frustration isn't worth the time trade off.

Haven't been to this location in a while. Stopped going after store manager was making fun of me where she thought I couldn't hear her. Cashier yesterday was very nice and helpful.

Store is always cramped with merchandise in the iles and not on the shelf or displayed, Never enough registers open so the line backlog is annoying.... Prices are Good, Staff is Friendly No Issues There.... Will Still Shop There

Covington, TN. Just went inside there to buy some snacks and where the employees had just mopped smelled like pungent baby puke. Awful sour smell. It was the same when I went in just two days ago. Most likely the mops are not properly cleaned out and full of bacteria. Smelled so bad i put my shirt over my nose. Will pass by next time and go on to Walmart.

Great place .. Having a sale now on really cute clothes for summer . extra 70% off on yellow and white dot and 50% off blue dots I just got 50 bucks worth for less than 15 dollars . that's awesome

Very unorganized and the staff are not knowledgeable about their coupon policy. They outed me as a criminal because I was trying to use a coupon on an item on sale which would result in an overage. I had to show them their policy and then was not given an apology, just more attitude.

Extremely messy, stock everywhere on floor, could hardly walk. Stuff falling off shelves, could get no one to help me at all. Only 2 employees working.

Very poor service, workers don't seem to care if you are there or not. Not helpful at all, nose up in the air like they don't want you there to shop. It's not business fault, it's who they have running it for them. It will slowly go down hill, got to many stores as it is in the area.
