I had a wonderful time at Grand Harbor with my good friends Mike and Cindy Bollenburg. The golf course is beautiful as is the entire resort. Food and drink at the golf club restaurant were amazing and the people I met were very friendly and welcoming!! Can't wait to go back!!!

My Happy Place... my Home away from Home. EVERYONE is always so nice and has a friendly smile to offer. We have a condo but.if you don't... that's ok bc you can rent one.. complete with amazing views, playground, swimming pool, tennis and basketball courts, boat rental and some delish bites for your tummy down at the dock store..... and so so so much more!Did I mention the spa.....

Our family owns a condo here and has for several years now ... we also keep all four of our boats onsite which is amazing and so convenient. The staff, spa, amenities are still just as outstanding as the day I stepped foot on to this beautiful property ... I cannot begin to express how happy we are to call this a second home to make wonderful memories with our entire family every year!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

The fuel docks and store here are pretty popular. Nice little bathroom. Fuel and store are overpriced by land standards, but pretty in line with what you’d expect to pay for being on the water. The area can be very wakey, especially in busy times.

Beautiful marina with great ammenities. Courtesy car was readily available, laundry facilities easy access. The covered swings along the dock were a great touch. Bathrooms were either near the fuel dock or in the condominium facility dependent on where your boat was docked. Staff 2as friendly and helpful. Would stay here again.

Anne, the property manager showed up over 40 minutes late to give us our keys at check in. She did not apologize and began making excuses. After she realized that I was upset, she told me I should be grateful to stay at a place like this and asked if I made mistakes in life. I was completely shocked by her statement and angry that anyone would dare say such a thing. I told her that I do make mistakes, but I make up for my mistakes and I make them right. Then she said, oh well I guess you think money is what can make it right. I was so angry by this point that she acted like I was a horrible person for expecting some kind of refund for the hassle. Finally, I said yes because you aren’t my mother or my grandmother and I don’t know you.Her behavior was unacceptable and if she would have apologized instead of making excuses at the outset, the situation would have turned out differently.When we complained to the owner, he said that if he gave us any kind of credit, that the property manager would quit. Horrible people, horrible company. $700 a night comes with much higher expectations.

We left our boat here on two occasions while we went home to Chicago for a week or so. We have totalConfidence in the marina and the staff. They bend overBackwards to accommodate their guests. Neely knows how to makeYou feel special. Let’s not forget free loaner cars to get to dinner and the store. I highly recommend this marina.

I didn't even realize that the Grand Harbor existed, until I went there with a friend. I was so amazed by the calm presence of the harbor. I was honestly impressed. I will differently go back and will be recommending it to family and friends!

The place is nice and they have multiples boats with a good prices , but my experience there was horrible after I dropped off the boat. they charged me over $300 on very old scratches on the propeller of the engine, according to the worker there, he charged many people for that , and I feel after you drop off the boat they gonna tell you you has damage on the boat even if you sure you didn’t do anything and they will charge you for that ( making extra money out of you ) so TAKE PICTURES OF THE ENGINE AND EVERYTHING ON THE BOATS TO AVOID charging fee

The staff are more than willing to help with fueling, docking, and helping out in the ship store. The condos are gorgeous too. Lastly the pool is so much fun and we'll taken care of.

The Good...Beautiful complex. Great boat dock and marina, plenty of parking, staff very friendly.Fuel prices comparable.The Bad...No internet in condos although it was advertised. VERY HARD to find. Boat ramp extremely congested. Front desk not open past 5pm for trouble issues. No onsite dining.The Ugly...Doused with buckets of cleaning water from 3 floors up by attendant throwing buckets out window. Condo we rented was not worth the premium rate. Furnishing mediocre. Toilet seats cracked. Took forever to get hot water. Water pressure very low. Contacted customer service rep about problems after we left and had no response back.

The dock hands are always A1! I love this marina! They always have hot food, and even a life jacket that I desperately needed was at a more than fair price. Kuddos to the staff for ALWAYS being so kind!

Went there twice. Family rented a slip for 1 month. Nice enough for their needs. I live 9 miles away but they live in a suburb of Memphis. Didn't want to drag it & launch every time.

The fantastic people at the marina, everyone from the manager to the night watchment took awsome care of me a few months ago. I was headed south on my sailboat and had a reservation and talked with the competing marina a couple miles away when I went through the dam. When I arrived at the other marina they had all left for the day and abandoned me! The people at Grand Harbor stayed after hours to help me secure my boat and make sure I was completely setup before the left. They have a customer for life anytime I am cruising through. First class operation that truly cares!
